Part 48's

Kania stared at the number she still kept. Though hesitant, he was determined to call her to ask about the 10 million dollars Arya had sent her. With trembling hands, Kania began to press the number.

The sound of the phone ringing shocked Arya who was also holding her phone. He stared at his phone which now says "My wife" calling without a blink. His heart wobbled to the point of making him take that phone call. "Hello."

"Arya, what do you mean you sent that money to me? Didn't I tell you that I did it sincerely?"

"I know, but you're still my dependant. In any case, I should still support you because you are still my legal wife. Don't worry, the money is your right and I'll stop it if you're married to Ryan." For a moment, the atmosphere became silent. Far away there, Kania was wiping away her tears. It felt, Arya's words so struck his heart. How can Arya expect her to marry Ryan while her heart and love are still too big for the man.

"Don't cry. If you're like that, how can I calm down. I'm sure, as time goes by, you can definitely forget about me and your old love for Ryan can come back. Ryan loves you so much and he wants to marry you, even he's been working at my company because he wants to support you with his own hard work. I'm sure you'll be happy with her."

"Can you just as easily forget me? Can you marry a woman you don't love? Why do you expect me to forget you, I can't." Kania cries to make Arya cry in silence. He held back his cry even though his heart was now crying.

"I can do it. I will forget you and I hope you too can forget me. Accept Ryan because he'll make you happy."

Hearing Arya's words made Kania very disappointed. At least, he still wished for the man to change his decision. She still hopes for Arya to be frank with Ryan about their feelings, but her hopes are now dashed because Arya has determined to forget her.

"If that's what you want, I won't hope anymore. If you want to forget me, do it, but I won't forget you too Tania and I will accept Ryan in my life. Thank you for everything you've ever given me. Thank you for giving me love. Although short, it means a lot to me. If we meet later, think of me as a stranger you don't know because I won't know you again." The phone call was suddenly cut off. Arya covered her face with both hands as if wanting to cover her tears that were now falling.

Kania's speech was like a painstaking pain that sliced his heart slowly. Wounds but no bleeding. Pain to stab his heart. Not only himself, now Kania was dissolved in deep sadness. The girl was unable to hold back her tears and made her cry sobbing. Really, his hope is gone. His love is gone and it is impossible for him to return.

In the midst of his grief, his phone rang. A name was on her phone screen. The name of someone he originally wanted to leave behind, but now he will defend even if the love does not exist. "What's wrong?" tanya Kania weld.

"You haven't slept?" ask her a voice that sounds attentive to her.

"Not yet, why aren't you sleeping?"

"Because I want to hear your voice. I miss you, Kania."

"Sleep, don't you have to work tomorrow?"

"Where do you know I'm working? I haven't told you?"

Kania was surprised when Ryan asked her that. "Didn't you tell me yourself that you will work to save me later? Therefore, I'm sure you must have gotten a job." Kania tried to sound natural so that Ryan did not suspect her.

"Oh, so that's why you think I'm working? Yes, I have worked at Kak Arya's company. I will work well so that I can propose to you and I will not allow you to work again. If we're married later, your job is just to sit sweetly in the house and wait for me to come home from work. I want us to build a happy little family with the laughter and jokes of our children. Are you ready?"

Kania speechless. Slowly, her tears fell. Because it was his dream with Arya. She wants to be a wife and mother to their children, but all are dreams that can never come true.

"Kania, are you crying?" Suddenly, Ryan got up from his bed when he heard the girl's sobs. "Wait for me, I'll go to your place."

"Don't, there's no need. I just cry happy because you still love me. I ..." Kania tries to organize her now desperate heart. "I'll take you back, but for now we don't see each other. I don't want people to be prejudiced about our relationship because I haven't officially divorced your sister. You focus on working and I will focus on my work. You can, right?"

"I can't because I will miss you. How could you tell me not to meet you. Kania, do you want to drive me crazy? Come on, let me meet you because I can't if I don't see you." Ryan whines spoiled at the girl and hopes Kania changes her decision.

I don't know what Kania should answer because she knows how reckless the man is. "Yes, it's up to you. I won't ban you anymore." Ryan smiled triumphantly. Her handsome face looked so charming with a smile engraved on the corner of her lips.

"I love you, Kania. Loves you so much. Be patient, for I will surely marry you. Now go to sleep and dream beautiful things about us. I love you." Ryan ended his phone call with an expression of love that made Kania worried. The man's words of love can't change his feelings for Arya. Although the sky high expression of Ryan's love for her, will not make Kania waver because his love is only for Arya. No matter how deep Ryan's love for her, it won't make Kania drown in the sea of love Ryan made for her. However, she still has to accept Ryan's love for her because she knows Ryan's happiness is the happiness of the man she loves.

That night, for some reason Kania was so hard to close her eyes. It felt, he was so difficult to be able to sleep, despite trying, but his eyes could not be closed because the image of Arya's face still disturbed his heart and mind. How he was so tormented by the game of love that fate played for him.

While far away, Arya looked awake while sipping coffee that had run out a few glasses. Bi Suri's artificial honey tea was just stooped on the table without being touched by it. Although the same, but for him it feels very much different. I don't know what makes him different until he doesn't touch her. Now, an old habit that has been lost since the presence of Kania, slowly reappears. His eyes seemed to be still firmly awake accompanied by several cups of coffee. The loss and separation he felt, it was painful compared to losing his first wife. At 7am Kania was ready to leave for work. With an online motorcycle taxi, Kania rushed there. Until arriving at the door of the restaurant, Kania immediately ran after paying the fare of his motorcycle because if within 5 minutes he did not immediately report himself, then he would be declared late.

"You're 2 minutes late. Didn't I tell you not to be late. Do you want to get fired on your first day of work?" The woman's gaze looked sharp and pointed at Kania as if she wanted to pounce on him. Kania could only bow down resignedly when scolded by the woman.

All the employees who were still unmoved looked pityfully at Kania's direction. Just because it was 2 minutes late, Kania had to hear all kinds of rants that took almost half an hour. All the employees had already disbanded and done their duties, while Kania was still standing in front of Bu Risna who had not tired of lecturing her. His legs that now began to feel sore because almost an hour of standing began to make him unable to stay afloat. Not to mention with his stomach that began to ask to be filled because it had not yet breakfast. Because sleeping at 4 am, makes Kania wake up a little late and there is no time for him to have breakfast. Finally, on an empty stomach, Kania left for her workplace.

"Why are you tired of standing?" asked Bu Risna who started to notice Kania who looked agitated.

"No, Ma. Sorry for my delay. I promise, from tomorrow I won't be late again." Kania lowered her face as if wanting to cover her grimacing face from exhaustion and also hunger.

"Oh, you better get back to work. Miss Risna, for today forgive her for I made her late. If I hadn't blocked his path, he probably wouldn't have been late." The voice of a man now sounded in front of her to make Kania lift her face. In a nutshell, he was surprised because that person was a young man who had been hit by him.

"You?" kania asked as she looked in wonder towards the man.

"Yes, i. Wh why? Are you a new employee here?" asked the man who was looking straight at Kania.

"Yes, Sir. He's Kania, the new employee. Today's his first day of work, but he's already made the mistake of coming late." The woman stared at Kania with her sharp eyes.

"For today, you I'm sorry, but if it happens again, don't hesitate you'll fire me, okay?" Kania nodded her head while smiling at the man.

"Good, Sir. I promise I won't be late again."

"Yes, now go do your job."

"Good, Sir. Thank you." Thank you." Kania smiled back and walked away leaving the man and Miss Risna who was looking at her departure.

"Sister, isn't that too cruel for him? He was only 2 minutes late, why did you have to make him stand for almost an hour." The man walked towards his room and followed Bu Risna behind him.

"Why should you be angry? After all, Brother always does it to your late employees the same as usual, but why are you even angry with Brother this time?" The woman complained while throwing her body on the sofa chair in the room.

"I know, brother, but he was late because I was blocking his way. Try if I wasn't on that road, he wouldn't be late."

The woman looked towards the young man and raised a smile at him. "Don't you like him?"

"What does Brother mean? How could a handsome man like me like such a woman? Brother doesn't doubt my taste about women, does he?"

The woman smiled wryly when she heard the man's words. "Alright, Brother admit your taste for women is very high and Brother is sure you will not be lured to the new employee. In fact, her face is quite beautiful and her body also looks sexy. Ardi, remember, don't get you hooked on her, okay?"

"That's impossible, brother. Already, Brother just leave before all the employees are suspicious of us. Later they thought that Brother was trying to seduce me." The man's face looked upset.
