Love Kania

The Part 51

Kania wakes up and finds herself on the bed. While sitting down, Kania curled up the origin of her hair. For a moment, he remembered the short message that last night entered on his phone. A short message that makes him determined to change his destiny as Ardi tells him. "I should be able to do it. It's better that way than I have to be tormented."

Last night, when she got out of Ardi's car, a short message came from Arya saying that their divorce papers were ready and she was expected to come and sign the divorce papers. At that moment, he was determined to change his destiny.

After cleaning up, Kania comes out of the room and finds Ryan sitting at the dinner table. "Come, let's have breakfast first, and then I'll take you to your place of work."

"No need, today I'm authorized because there's something I have to do." Kania sat down at the table and looked at the table full of food.

"Fine, we're fast for breakfast because today I want you to take me to your house."

"My house? You mean, to Arya's house?" ryan was a little surprised.

"Yes, I have to sign the divorce papers, as well as I want to see Tania. You don't mind, do you?"

Ryan nodded and smiled. At least, that's what she expected, which was Kania's divorce legally.

After breakfast, they left and before long, their motorbike had entered the yard of the house which made Kania's chest pound violently. Yes, right now, his chest was pounding as he was about to meet the man he loved so much, the man he still expected to be. Until at the door, Arya was surprised to see Kania who came while directing a smile at her.

"Sir Arya hasn't been to the office yet?" ryan asked when he saw his brother was still wearing a casual dress.

"Not yet, Big Brother will be leaving after lunch. Come on, please sit." Arya tried to look relaxed, even though her heart was now filled with a sense of longing that peaked. He hugged Kania and asked her to stay, but it was impossible for her to do so.

Hearing an unfamiliar voice in her ear, Tania rushed to run and found Kania sitting in front of her father. Suddenly, the little girl ran over and hugged Kania and cried in Kania's arms. "Mrs ... " Tania hugged Kania with tears, as well as Kania who hugged the tiny body to make her shed tears.

"Tania's healthy, right? Tania's not naughty, is she? Tania take care of Papa, right?" The question that Kania asked made Arya also shed tears.

"Yes, Ma. Tania is not naughty with Papa and Tania take care of Papa. Tania will follow what Mama says, but Mama don't leave Tania and Papa again." The little girl's face begged that she would no longer be left behind by Kania.

"Today, Mama wants to play with Tania. We're gonna spend the day together, Tania wants to, right?" The girl nodded and looked towards her father.

"Papa will come with us. Tania wants us to go to the playground together. Can you, yeah, Pa?" Tania begged her father and Arya nodded with a smile.

"Well, today we're going to the playground together." Hearing her father's words, Tania smiled again.

"Uncle, today Uncle's home first, yes. Tania and Mama and Papa are leaving. If Uncle comes, Uncle will bring Mama again. Tania doesn't want Mama to go."

Ryan nodded in front of his nephew. "Well, Uncle won't come and have fun there." Ryan gently stroked the top of his nephew's head. "I'll be waiting for you here, after that I'll take you home" said Ryan, staring at Kania. Kania nodded. Ryan then leaves with Tania, leaving Kania and her brother so they can settle their affairs.

Kania was still silent as they sat together. Arya was still staring at Kania who was now bowing her face. "Are you healthy?" arya asked that made Kania lift her face.

"I'm healthy, you're healthy too, right? Do you often drink honey water made by Bi Suri? You're not staying up anymore, are you?" kania asked him so much that he made Arya smile.

"Don't worry, I always drink it and I don't stay up anymore." Arya smiled wryly because she had lied to Kania as well as herself. Since Kania's departure, it felt like half of her soul had left. The habit of Kania who always pay attention to his health, remind him to no longer stay up late, he will no longer feel and now, his bad habits are back again. It was as if Kania, like a depleted opium making her return to what she used to be, was silent in the silence of the night with coffee as a friend.

The mood became quiet again. It felt, they were so awkward to stare at each other, despite the longing in the hearts of the two who were stirring. However, the longing should they tepis and show the strength of the heart that is in fact so fragile.

"Wait here, I'll get the divorce papers." Arya then got up and went to her room and before long she returned with a map in her hand.

The map was then placed on the table and thrust slowly towards Kania. "I've signed it, it's your turn to sign."

"I think it's better and I hope you're happy with Ryan." Arya took the white paper back and put it in the map.

"Are you happy too? Are you happy with this divorce? Do you not feel a bit tormented? Is that how you feel?" Kania's question was like a trick that sliced his heart slowly.

How could he be happy to give up his love. How could he be happy with a separation that was so painful for him. How could he not be tormented by the yearning that daily disturbs him, for that is all he now feels.

"Already, Kania. Everything has happened and I can't change the decision that we agreed on together from the beginning."

"Well, if that's what you want, but I'll also make my own decisions and I hope that this decision is better for us. Ah, never mind, now let me be in this house one last time. I will do my last duty as wife and mother to Tania. I hope you can allow me," said Kania who tried to smile among the cries she was trying to endure.

"Do it, I'll let you." Arya then went into her room and there she made her cry. The tears she tried to endure earlier, were now spilling and wetting her face. She saw her wedding photo with Kania plastered on her desk. It felt too hard to let go of the feeling of love that was already ingrained in his soul. "I have to be strong. He was not destined for me, but God, if there was a miracle that could change my destiny, please show me that I was too cowardly to hold him back. I'll wait until fate is no longer on my side. I'd be sincere if at last, it's our destiny to be apart." Her tears fell as she prayed because that was the only way left. God's Miracle.

Together with Bi Suri and Surti, Kania cooks in the kitchen. As if without any burden, they were joking and laughing. "Madam, Auntie hopes there is still a chance for Madam and Master to return. Aunt pity Non Tania for always crying out to Madam. While Master, never touched the honey tea that Bibi gave, he said it was not the same when Bibi made it as the Madam taught. Also, you start again with the bad habit that is always awake until the morning. Madam, this house is like there's no more happiness. This house feels empty without the presence of the Madam in this house." The middle-aged woman cried considering the sadness her employer felt. How touched he was when he saw his master who always looked at Kania's face on his cellphone screen.

Kania let out tears when she heard the woman's expression. "Bi, I beg you, please take care of them. I know, it was a tough decision for us, but it's the way we've got to go. I can only look at them from afar and pray that they will always be happy."

Bi Suri then hugged Kania while stroking the girl's back. "Patience, Son. Aunty sure, surely happiness will come for you." Kania nodded while wiping away her tears.

That day, Kania spends time with Arya and Tania at the amusement park. Looking at them, one would think that they were a harmonious and happy little family, but who would have thought, they were just a family that pretended to be happy and smiled between wounds and regrets.

"Arya, can I ask you something?" kania asked as they were sitting together on a park bench and noticed Tania who was while playing the riot.

"Say, if I am able, I will give you what you ask."

"Marry back and be happy. I know, you lied to me and said that you drank the honey water made by Bi Suri and even you still stayed up until morning. Arya, don't torture yourself. How can I leave you while you live like this. Promise me, give up your bad habits and try to be happy. I'll be happy too even though I know it might be hard." Kania looked at the smiling Tania and waved at her. With a smile, Kania waved her hand back.

"I can't promise, but I just want to make sure that Tania and I will be happy. Kania, I'm sorry for my decision to hurt us, but I can't be happy if Ryan gets hurt. I know, you can make her happy because you loved her. Love him as you used to and be happy, then I will be happy too."

Kania fell silent and only looked at Tania who was still engrossed in playing. Ah, it felt hard for him to make a decision, but no matter how difficult it was, he was already determined to change his destiny. "Alright, I better get going before Tania realizes I'm not here. I don't want to see him cry. I hope you and Tania will find happiness." Kania got up and looked at Tania. "I'm leaving." Kania then walked away from Arya who was still silent, but slowly the man ran after Kania and hugged her.

"Let me hold you one last time." Arya hugged Kania to make her tear up.

"Go back." Kania breaks away from Arya's embrace and leaves the place. Tania who realized that Kania had left could only cry and whine in front of her father. From a hidden place, Kania still looked at them and joined in tears when she saw her little daughter crying and calling out to her.

With a heavy heart, Kania then left the place and went to the boarding place. His black bag is now in his tent.

"Kania, are you sure you want to get out of here?" asked the hostess who was staring sadly at Kania.

"I'm sure, Mom. Thanks for a few days I can rest here. If anyone comes to ask me, just tell me I'm gone. I'd better get out of here before anyone comes looking for me." Kania hugged the woman and said goodbye to her. While carrying her bag, Kania left the place.

On the road, a car was waiting for him. While wiping away her tears, Kania found a man standing looking at her. "Are you ready?" ask the man.

Kania nodded and got into the car after the man opened the car door for her. "Are you sure you're going to change your destiny?" ask the man who is now sitting on the wheel.

"I'm ready and I beg you, take me away from here. I don't want them to find me." Kania wiped her tears. The man then runs his car and takes Kania somewhere. A place where Ryan and Arya would never find her.
