Bosscha I

In the morning I woke up. Shower and breakfast. I have an appointment to submit the research report to Gian and Rima. The two of them will compile a report for our group.

I accidentally got on an online motorcycle today, because I had an appointment to accompany someone while sending a totebag order to some online customer.

Today is Saturday, I have a college holiday because there is no scheduled Saturday lecture for new students. Hanifa is on schedule with her LDR boyfriend Faraz who is returning to Bandung. Arika is also busy putting up stories with her boyfriend Endrik. If the Nunu at most still sleeps in his boarding house.

I was quite excited this time, because I was going to visit one of the places that often appeared in my dreams. Bocha!!!!

Bosscha Observatory is one of the oldest stargazing sites in Indonesia. The Bosscha Observatory (formerly Bosscha Sterrenwacht) was built by the Nederlandsch-Indische Sterrenkundige Vereeniging (NISV) or the Star Society of the Dutch East Indies.

Bosscha Observatory is located in Lembang, West Java, about 15 km in the northern part of Bandung City with geographical coordinates 107° 36' East Longitude and 6° 49' South Latitude. This place stands on an area of 6 hectares, and is located at an altitude of 1310 meters above sea level or at an altitude of 630 meters from the highlands of Bandung.

The reason why Bosscha always appears in my dreams is because I grew up with the movie "Adventure Sherina". I grew up with the carefree and brave character of Sherina and the spoiled Sadam.

The magic roof of the bosscha was indeed true, the roof could open in case anyone was looking for stars. The length of the binoculars is also not a joke, the lens can come out of the roof.

The building is also distinctive with architecture somewhat similar to the Netherlands. The page is also broad. No wonder why Bosscha was built here, because this area includes highlands and beautiful so the possibility to see objects is greater than the observatory which is located near the city center. Motor vehicle fumes can block the view toward objects.
