AS A SLEEPING FRIEND

23. Lmjut me! (Author POV)

"We slept in the nearest hotel. How's it?"

Elin blinked several times over Javier's statement just now, he did not understand what was really on the mind of this man but indirectly Elin was tied to him so he could not refuse.

"Tomorrow, early in the morning you can come back here to look after your mother. We can't sleep here sharing a room with another patient's family. I can't, Elin."

Elin breathed out slowly. "Alright, brother. I don't think I have a choice, do I?" abugn.

"Good girl," Javier's kekeh was brief.

The man pulled slowly Elin's hand so that the two could get out of the room as soon as possible because Javier was very guarding his privacy and did not like to be stared at by many eyes that made him uncomfortable.

Elin looked at her own wrist where Javier's fingers were holding her now. For whatever sake, Elin had to try hard to hold back from screaming in joy just because of the little touch Javier had made to her.

Some time late in the situation where Javier took him out of the room, in the next minute Elin realized the situation. He shouldn't enjoy this because it will make him look more and more at Javier. Maybe one day he will feel more terrible heartache because in the end Javier will release him and return to consider it only limited to the girl he bought or even worse is Javier pretend not to know him again later in the day. I don't know.

For that, Elin needs to fortify himself so that he does not like Javier more. By rejecting the warm attitude of the man slowly so that Javier is not offended by his rejection.

"Ehm, Brother?" elin's great-grandson while Javier was still holding him and taking him to the outer area of the Hospital.

"Why?" javier looked at Elin.

"Can you please choose a twin bed room?"

Javier's eyes bully upon hearing Elin's request.

"Why?" ask again with the same word.

Elin scratched his nape at a glance. He could not possibly say that this was a form of self-fortification that he made in order not to get too close to Javier. Mumpung they will stay at the Hotel because if in the Apartment the bed remains one and has no other choice.

"Ehm, we can still sleep in the same room but in different beds. Think of it as an early exercise so you can learn to sleep without me, brother."

Javier looked silent, he thought there was a point in Elin's remarks. He also has to learn slowly. Most importantly there was Elin in the same room as him maybe he wouldn't be worried anymore.

"Alright, let's try your way."

"Gum." Elin nodded. "You'll be able to swallow it without me, brother," he continued.

"Yes, let's try it."

A hotel located not far from the hospital became an option for Javier. It took them less than 10 minutes to reach the building. Even Javier's car is still parked in the parking lot of the Hospital without the need to take him to the basement of the Hotel.

According to Elin's advice and wishes, Javier ordered a room that had 2 beds in it.

"Huh, sleepy," Javier chirped as he entered the room. He threw his body on a soft bed that was not as big as his personal bed in the Mansion or in his Apartment.

From that position, Javier looked at Elin who was walking towards the toilet. Javier thought Elin would clean up before going to bed.

Elin came out of the bathroom a few moments later. He didn't change his clothes because he didn't know he was going to spend the night outside Javier's apartment so he didn't bring a change of clothes.

Javier did too, but just as casually the man undressed the clothes that had been bandaging his body. He was uncomfortable if he had to sleep in a work suit and he forgot to ask Jack to bring a change of clothes or Elin's change of clothes. Javier forgot about the important thing only because he did not want Jack to appear in front of Elin.

Javier began to want to close his eyes, but occasionally he glanced at Elin who looked comfortable in the other bed.

Javier commented with a smile, before long he really intended to sleep. Javier hopes he can rest well despite not being in the same bed as Elin. At least, Javier knows Elin is still in the same space as him so he thinks he will still feel calm.

Gradually, Javier was sleepy until he fell asleep.

Elin gasped in surprise when she realized that something was pressing her body on the bed she was in.

The type of twin bed room often facilitates two beds that are not large in size so that for two people to be occupied it will feel narrow even though it is actually still able to accommodate one more person on it.

"Sir Javier ..." Elin knew that the one currently sleeping by her side must be that man.

Elin tries to flip the body, she wants to wake Javier who makes his sleeping position uncomfortable. Unfortunately, when staring at the slumbering man's face Elin so heartless.

"Why is he so perfect?" inner Elin adores the good looks of Javier who is still asleep.

Within this close range, Elin could even hear Javier's breathing, even seeing clearly the man's skin that had no pores at all.

"Anyone will fall for you, brother. You're endowed with a face and financial excess. Not to mention your kindness," praised Elin. Although Javier rejects his feelings raw but for Ekin this man is still a person who has become a hero for him. Javier is good in his eyes because he receives the guy's kindness every day even though sometimes Javier is also annoying.

"May I ask one request, brother? I want you to never set me free. My snare like this continues and I swear that you will always depend on me" Elin said in her heart. Before long, he giggled at his own words.

That's how he is, sometimes he wants to fortify himself from Javier, but sometimes unconsciously he is also so happy if close to this man. Maybe because of his frequent instincts to make him forget about the reality.

It made Javier rub his eyes, because he heard Elin's giggling that was somehow caused by what.

"You're laughing at me, aren't you?" javier asked looking at Elin in astonishment.

Elin still chuckled in her position lying very close to Javier.

"Yes, yes, it turns out I can't sleep alone in a different bed with you. That's why I switched positions to your bed."

Elin nodded with a smile and Javier noticed Elin's actions were very sweet in his eyes.

As if hypnotized by the circumstances, Javier unconsciously stretched out his hand to the side of Elin's face, the fingers were fixing the children's hair that covered part of the girl's chubby cheeks.

Elin himself was silent because of the actions that Javier did, he was quite shocked actually. However, Elin also did not want to brush it off. He enjoyed this moment where Javier's face was so close to his.

Until finally, Elin felt something chewy touch the tip of her lips. Elin opened her eyes that had closed because they could not stand Javier's attitude that was difficult to predict.

When Elin's eyes are completely open, she witnesses for herself how the moment Javier in front of her is closed and looks to enjoy the union of their lips started by the man himself.

The side in Elin seemed to feel hysterical, Javier was kissing her. Or rather, just tucking his lips. But, this had an impact on the rhythm of Elin's heart that suddenly went too fast.
