Chapter 84 - Who?

Korrina was sitting on a chair while opening a few pages in the book she had just taken from her library, she was currently studying the full history of the core of the universe that is [Touri]. Selvia and Korrina were in the same room of healing where they were both busy doing their own activities, Selvia was doing the exercises in her mind because the demons had such great abilities.

Korrina had looked at Alvin who was still resting on his bed, Korrina had put everything into using healing magic and technology that could heal her. Alvin was still not awake even though a month had passed quickly, Korrina had no intention of attacking the Devil nation that was currently conquering the entire universe.

There were so many races who contacted Korrina to join the fight but she could not help them alone without her comrades, her friends in the academy alone still had not met Korrina again. Most likely they were all trapped in a place where they were lost and could not go anywhere because of the demonic invaders or demon gazes that roamed everywhere.

In the room was a radio where a man was talking about the Devil nation invading and conquering the universe, all that Korrina had in mind was the safety of Alvin and his children including Haruka who was a baby. Selvia opened her eyes and saw a confused looking Korrina, she could do nothing but feel annoyed at her own father who started everything.

"It looks like there's a massive mess out there because of my Dad..." Selvia said it in a tone that felt guilty.

"You don't have to feel guilty like that, Selvia. My father also once declared chaos and massive war. This world... People change... Evil people just want to get the real power to give themselves to that peace... The point is that strong people can do whatever they want." Korna closed the book she was reading.

Korrina immediately examined Alvin's condition through both lenses which are currently showing Alvin's status where his heart rate can be seen only [1%] only, he said, it made Korrina sweat and worry because she herself did not feel the soul or spirit in Alvin's body.

"Is Alvin's condition okay...?"

"The more days his condition is getting worse... There seemed to be no other way to be able to save her in such critical moments..." Korrina creates a digital keyboard in front of her to do another way in curing Alvin.

Tech was no longer able to help Korrina because all the ways he used were not successful to make Alvin's condition improve.

"Corrina... Sorry, looks like Alvin can't be saved-"

"Don't argue...!!! Just do...!" Shouted Korrina in an annoyed tone, the shout had shocked Selvia.

Korrina did another way but failed when her lens warned her that Alvin's heartbeat was currently at a percentage [0], Korrina widened her eyes because Alvin's current life could no longer be helped. Selvia was even surprised when she heard a loud enough sound like, 'tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii......'

Korrina took off her own glasses, it seemed like she was too forced to change the fate of death by force. Korrina could already see from the condition of Alvin's body that he was severely tortured until he continued to feel eternal pain despite being healed in any way without stopping.

Korrina could only shut up, Tech and Selvia together tried to calm Korrina down. Selvia could see the face of Korrina who had been upset like wanting to kill someone turned into a sad expression, her face now more shows that she accepted Alvin's death destiny.

Korrina began to remove all the technological tools and hoses attached to Alvin's body, Selvia helped while patting his back so he could feel calm. After all the tools attached to Alvin's body were removed, Korrina immediately took out a red blanket and covered her entire body.

"You're great, Alvin... Even if you go home and leave, at least I can see your face for the last time. At least you're dead safe now... You don't have to feel what that pain means anymore..." Korrina said with a smile, her tears flowing quite profusely from both eyes.

"Since then you said you wanted to give me something after you came home... But it turns out that you gave me an eternal gift where you would leave me with your children... We'll meet someday, okay...? You just have to wait for me... I love you, you can rest in nature where it is your last abode..." Korrina smiled and gave a kiss on the forehead for Alvin and then covered her face with a blanket.

Korrina placed a chest in the hole that Selvia had just dug, after which Korrina entered with Selvia and put several flowers of different colors into the hole. 

A few seconds later Selvia buried the hole with the soil she dug and after the tomb was finished, Korrina put up a large tombstone where there was the inscription [Alvin Ghifari].

"It's all my fault... I should've come sooner than earlier, it's possible that Alvin's life would have survived..." Selvia felt guilty.

"We must not blame anyone for the fate of death. Fate has existed since we were born let alone the fate of death, this is not anyone... Looks like Alvin's fate has enveloped him." Answer Korrina.

"I'm sorry... Because you have seen yourself experiencing something bad like being left behind by your husband, bad times are always there, right...? Looks like we're both left behind by someone we care about so much..." Selvia.

"Are you also left behind by someone you care about very much...?"

"Hm... My mother was killed by my own father..." 

"It seems we're the same..." Korrina was calm a little, she looked at the grave one last time and gave a goodbye in which she gave the tombstone a kiss.

Selvia rubbed Korrina's back to calm her down, "Let's both run life... If we continue to be sad that our loved ones are dead then they won't be able to live quietly up there."

"You're right..." Korrina nodded and wiped away the tears that kept flowing in her two eyes.

The two of them go back to living together, a few days go by and their friendship begins to grow closer. Korrina is currently trying to innovate the system and technology that he made. The circumstances of Rexa, Agfi, and Haruka seemed to be safe because Tech had just detected the existence of those in another universe along with the members who had attended the academy.

Selvia is currently getting news from a different universe that a lot of people are protesting and suffering because of the Rxeonal attack. It seemed like the Rxeonal army was getting bigger and wider even itself could not count how many troops were currently conquering the universe of Touri.

"Dad... You're the fucking devil I know... Why are you trying to achieve peace this wrong way...?!" Selvia was upset with herself.

"I should have stopped him since then, but I didn't have time because that damn Master threw me into a different territory." Selvia got up from the sofa and she started to look at her two katanas that were littered with demonic blood as some demons had attacked Ghisaru village or the village where they lived.

Fortunately the entire nation of Devils had not had time to give their leader any information that the son of Rxeonal was currently in Ghisaru village.

"... ..." Selvia walks out in search of the nearby Devil's whereabouts but she can't feel it anymore because Ghisaru's village is currently protected with a protector where someone who touches her will instantly burn to dust.

Selvia and Korrina immediately raised their heads when sensing the extremely stinging existence in the living room, the two of them immediately went towards the living room and saw a mysterious man standing up. Korrina looked shocked as the mysterious man reminded himself of someone.

"A-Alvin...?" 

"Huh...?" Selvia looked at the mysterious man with a doubtful gaze, "True... It's similar..."

Korrina immediately hugged the man and looked at his face with rushing tears, the man looked confused and he immediately made Korrina keep her distance with him.

"A-Alvin...? Do you remember me...?"

"Who are you...?" Ask the man.
