Chapter 712 - I am Shiratori Megumi! The Neko Legend!

Megumi and Regulus stared at each other, their golden hair continuously floating upwards without receiving any rain drops as all the water turned into golden particles that fell on the ground.

Creating a new golden plant, Regulus can only smile as he will never be defeated by Neko's lowly Legend like him until he begins to raise his body much bigger than Megumi.

"Building your body will only give me a much greater advantage...You know my body is small, right?" Ask Megumi.

"No matter how small you are, you are still Neko Legend who has lived for almost hundreds of years more, the potential you have is different because of the light from the descendants of Shiratori." Regulus releases more electricity.

All the streams of electricity that tried to sting and enter his body instantly turned into golden seeds that grew more plants until he closed both eyes.

"Light ability that can turn anything into a living thing huh...? Quite surprising since magic that was once underrated would evolve into something like this."

Regulus continued to speak at length while Megumi could only remain silent without needing to say another word because kings like Regulus often spoke nonsense until Megumi focused on imagining the beautiful nature.

The golden bird flew up into the sky and turned into lightning that caused an explosion in the air until Megumi continued to stand in position while closing her eyes.

His mind was filled with calmness that brought his consciousness towards the room filled with golden plants and living beings until his soul felt so calm.

Although Megumi was currently not thinking about the situation, her body moved by itself like a reflex until it made Regulus feel humiliated by Neko Legend who fought while closing his eyes.

"Fight me seriously, asshole!!! You have broken many Emperor laws that I made...!!! You deserve a great punishment...!!!"

Regulus conjures up countless holy magic circuits that cast lightning magic and streams of electricity, all of that magic instantly slipping towards Megumi who started smiling.

Megumi appeared right in front of Regulus without any sign until she shocked herself instantly as she could see Megumi darting straight towards Regulus with her eyes open until she emitted a silver-colored light.

Regulus stretched out his arms and held back Megumi's three sharp claws using his treads until he clenched his teeth as he felt his speed increase instantly.

"That speed increased in such a short time that I'm not quite sure whether you've made the move or that your speed of light is quite annoying..." Regulus.

Megumi's claws managed to pierce through Regulus's treads until he began to protrude several veins through his forehead due to feeling depressed.

"Based on a fucking animal...!!! What have you been doing all this time...!?" Regulus asked so that he realized his body was beginning to shrink until it returned to its normal size.

"I answer you if you want to answer this. Why do you oppress the weak and kill them if a weak result can produce something like this power of mine?" Ask Megumi.

Megumi did not need an answer, her arms instantly moved by themselves exceeding the speed of light by many times until Regulus could not see the attack but felt an intense pain.

All of Legetsu and Hana's troops began to look back, looking at Regulus who had fallen on land with a part of his body that looked like it was covered with golden herbs because Megumi changed it.

Megumi landed on the ground with a serious look as she managed to win this fight with her light and peace of mind.

Golden Life was also quite helpful as all of Regulus' attacks continued to turn him into golden seeds, plants, and animals until that ability continued to make Regulus feel very upset.

One scratch managed to leave a large wound right on Regulus' chest and abdomen, after which Megumi strangled her neck using her tail and then hit Regulus' face with full force.

Regulus bounced backwards, Megumi when finished attacking instantly disappeared that enhancement ability because he did not want his power and stamina to run out faster.

His body that was already moving by itself like a ray of light along with his extremely positive mind filled with calmness helped him to stay focused.

Using the Light of Hope would only dissipate some of the effects of that calmness so Megumi used her mind and brain to use that enhancement ability when she wanted to attack.

The attack was so much more painful that Regulus himself did not notice it because Megumi was using her ability as quickly as the speed of light multiplied.

Regulus and Megumi land on the ground, each attack received by Regulus makes him realize that Megumi fights using his plan until he knows clearly the ability to increase the Light of Hope.

"...you're using it secretly, you fucking cocksucker.this time I'm not gonna fall into the same stupid trick." Regulus wiped all the blood that came out through his mouth.

Megumi appeared right in front of Regulus and clawed at his face, after which she continued her attack by hitting him hard enough until he bounced into the palace.

Regulus throws a few more electric hammers at him but Megumi turns her body into light and ties Regulus' arms together with her tail, after which it hits her face hard enough.

"Basic cat jerk...! How could he increase all of this power in such a short time...!?" Regulus who saw the eyes of the cat Megumi began to grow sharper.

He used the power of the Legendary Beast Neko within his normal body so he managed to control all of that anger power and made it another advantage to suppress Regulus.

Regulus tries to hit Megumi's stomach and puts electricity into it but her tail continues to hold her arms tightly with a bond that feels tighter now.

"It is enough to injure the people of the same legend.You are a king but you cannot accept a difference of the same taste." Megumi.

"You Neko Legend do deserve a reputation as a monster that has terrible power if not overcome quickly!!!" Regulus cried with a look of annoyance.

Regulus tries to turn his body into lightning but Megumi's golden aura continues to hold him back until he prevents the change.

Megumi began to push Regulus backwards while releasing a huge thrust through her body that was able to turn the raindrops that hit her body into golden particles.

"ROAAAGGGGHHHH!!!" Megumi released a very loud roar of a lion.

Megumi kicked Regulus' stomach with her knees and kicked him deep enough to bounce back.

Regulus tries to counter-attack but Megumi is already in front of him with another kick that he took off hitting his stomach until he bounces back and hits his palace.

Megumi began to press Regulus' chest deep enough to use both of her soles, Megumi slammed into Regulus's face and resisted the attack Regulus unleashed.

Megumi's formation changed instantaneously, she continued to attack until she hit her target, every attack that hit her enemy made Megumi instantly prepare to withstand another attack.

But this time, Megumi's ever-increasing speed helped her to kick Regulus' body several times until she clawed her face deep enough to reach out her right eye.

Her face also began to tear while shedding a lot of blood and showing her skull little by little, Megumi tried to hit Regulus' chest but her punch was caught.

Regulus puts on a menacing look now, his entire wound recovers and he gets one Legend's Boost because Megumi has no time to change it with Golden Life.

Regulus created a large hammer through his right hand and then he hit Megumi quite hard on the head.

Megumi flew back inside the palace while holding out her right arm forward so that Regulus' back could hit all those floors.

"Any one's shortcomings can be corrected if you want to change and try as hard as possible...!!! There is no such thing as a wise and just king when they cannot appreciate and accept the shortcomings of their own inhabitants!!!"

"But your already enormous self-esteem and ego messed things up so much that you just looked at those who were filled with talent!!!"

Megumi threw Regulus' body through the basement, after which she began to hit Regulus' body several times using both arms that moved as fast as light.

The punch that hit Regulus' stomach instantly released an enormous light until it destroyed the entire palace with a golden sound that continued to enlarge until it created waves that released out into space.

"How can...? How can my power which should surpass any Legend... Saintly Heaven's..." Regulus asked with a look of annoyance.

Megumi held onto Regulus's hair tightly and lifted him up until their gazes met each other.

"That's easy..." Megumi hit Regulus in the face with her tail and pushed him backwards with her thrust.

"You're satisfied faster with the power you've gained through the ritual.The ritual itself isn't even you trying to gather it."

"The greatest mistake of the people of Legend is to be satisfied. With such power, you should perfect it and advance it to a new stage that has never been known before."
