Chapter 434 - Lahar Hell

Asriel quickly begins to freeze Shuan's body to recover the pain he felt, the flames burning his body instantly extinguish and Asriel immediately lifts his body and flees to safety.

Rokuro looked back and then he ordered Mammon to hold all the lava waves that had sprung up right behind him as it followed and Mammon managed to hold it back.

There is another obstacle where the land they stepped on was wide open so that it showed lava that was so hot, Asriel managed to make a path using both of his ankles that could help himself with Rokuro to keep his distance from the lava that was popping up everywhere.

Rokuro starts to move away from Asriel and tries to absorb the lava using his Greed tattoo and it works.

The lava attack carried out by Grust was not working on Rokuro right now but it was a good sign.

Rokuro asks Asriel to escape as far as possible with the dying Shuan as he will hold back all the lava that is now strengthened by bacteria.

A huge lava wave appeared in front of Rokuro and he tried to hold it in but he felt a tight grip on both his legs so he turned his head down and was startled by Grust who was already wearing his armour made of hellfire.

"... ...!!!" Rokuro tries to hit Grust but his right arm is suddenly enveloped with a red-colored blob that starts burning his right arm.

He could feel the pain because it was caused by a lump containing strong bacteria in it, he did not try to ignore it because he saw an enemy who was willing to face him directly.

"I see now.The two remaining disciples had abilities that could merge into one, creating such a deadly attack."

"This blob originally had a blue color but was now red in color and the attack it did was hot."

"It's like trying to burn my right arm! Blue signifies cold temperature resistance while red indicates heat resistance...!" Rokuro who can still endure all the pain.

He had seen Mammon who had difficulty dealing with a red blob that had a large size because it could absorb the lava belonging to Grust.

If the red blob absorbs or hits the lava created by Grust, it will grow in size like a balloon filled with air inside.

The situation is getting worse for him but Rokuro asks Asriel and Shuan to look for a disciple who has the ability of the bacteria.

The Grust started pulling Rokuro into the lava so they started fighting inside the lava, the red clot began to enlarge and spread throughout Rokuro's body but he was still able to endure the pain that the clot was giving.

"I feel quite interested in fighting the Netherian race like you who have high powers over fire magic or abilities related to hell."

"Then let's do this fight fairly!!!" Rokuro loudly.

Grust was stunned when he saw his speed so fast, he started to launch several attacks that hit his body even to the point of destroying his armor.

He ended the attack by raising his scythe and slashing it out of the lava, all the attacks received by Grust was able to injure him quite badly and he did not understand why Rokuro could still attack like that even though his body was slowly digested into bacteria by the red blob.

Grust began to flee from Rokuro in a panic as the attack was quite devastating, he had grossly underestimated the power of Legend in terms of any attack related to blows and weapons attacks.

Rokuro jumped out from within the lava and saw all the red blobs enveloping his body melt as all this time Rokuro's body was enveloped with the same light as Golden Earth, he had time to absorb the power of the Golden Earth using Greed so he could use it in times of emergency.

"The power of Legend sucks indeed.how could he survive when receiving an attack from my hot bacteria and lava!? Damn...!!!" Grust exclaimed loudly, he began to contact Eldamon through his cards.

"What do you want...? Have you gotten rid of Rokuro?"

"Legends like them cannot be underestimated just like that, asshole!!! They have a hidden ability that is hard for us to know, the bacteria you are combining with my lava are not even able to turn itself into black dust, you liar!!!" Grust yells hard.

Rokuro sees Asriel and Shuan who are already at a considerable distance from him, he only needs to follow Grust by following the charred footsteps he created on the road.

Rokuro quickly started running following that trail and got ready to receive another attack from Grust as he felt very sick of seeing an enemy who dared to attack from afar.

Asriel occupies Shuan on the roof, he can see Shuan slowly waking up and trying to create a new Golden Earth to recover half of his already numb body.

Asriel was startled by a red blob appearing before him but he directly hit the roof to create a wall that managed to hold the red blob.

"Why did the color of the blob change now--Ahh!" Asriel was shocked when she saw the wall before her begin to melt.

Asriel's heart began to beat rapidly as he watched the entire house around him burn by the red blob that released the temperature that the bacteria contained within.

All those bacteria started turning anything into dust and the red blob ate it right away, another ability demonstrated by Eldamon made Asriel instantly create a wall of ice around him to keep his distance with all the red blobs that burned down the haunted house.

"Alright, it looks like Asriel and Shuan will be my prey because Rokuro is currently busy taking care of Grust who is looking for another way to defeat himself-"

Eldamon was stunned when he felt such a cold temperature around him, that was when Asriel learned the enemy's position based on their warm temperature.

He reflexively shot some Dark Pulse magic at Eldamon, hiding behind the roof of the destroyed house.

All of the attacks were suddenly devoured by a red blob that appeared right in front of Eldamon, after which the blob began to move towards Asriel and enveloped both of his arms.

Asriel could only stay still so he felt the movement behind him, Eldamon tried to intervene now by turning himself into a red blob so that he could make a move towards the bacteria close to Asriel.

After that he appeared from inside the roof and tried to stab her in the back but Asriel slammed into his face using a hard ice fist.

Ohhmmmm!!!

"Aggghhhhhh!!! Grrgghhhh!!!" Eldamon began to turn into a blob again and fled by moving and devouring bacteria to heal the frozen wound he received from Asriel.

He started to look around and froze all the red blobs that were trying to burn his body, fortunately his ice magic could turn those red blobs into ice.

"Harrrggghhhh!!!" Eldamon was moving ahead, this time strangling Asriel by the neck and trying to steer himself towards a land filled with hot lava.

He was surprised by the appearance of Eldamon so fast that even his entire body was now enveloped with a red blob, he could not use his magic as it continued to be digested by the blob.

"D-Dam...!"

"It seems like Legends like you have a big weakness in long-distance combat huh, especially again if you don't know the location of your enemy."

"This is my dream, I've been looking forward to all this from the beginning that I will defeat a Legend like you by digesting you into bacteria that have a short life!!!"

Eldamon launched several attacks on Asriel but he held it back by turning the cold temperatures around into ice so all of Eldamon's attacks were only held back by all of the hard ice.

Eldamon tries to push Asriel's body into a lava filled with bacteria, the bacteria would instantly turn his body into black dust but his plans failed when the roof he stepped on started to freeze making himself unable to move.

After that some ice began to appear around them and slid towards Eldamon then pierced his entire body, the red blob couldn't digest Asriel's ice because it was too cold and contained the little Golden Earth light that Shuan released.

Eldamon had just remembered that he had forgotten about Shuan, the Golden Earth he created successfully and all the ice magic created by Asriel could not be destroyed as it was already strengthened by the light from the golden earth.

Asriel began to climb onto the roof with the help of ice that created a hand, the hand took him to a safe place so that he could see Eldamon in front of him who looked in pain as he received some pricks from the ice he had created.

"You underestimated our resolve as one..."

"...Legend!!!"
