Chapter 104 - The Universal Code

Makarov and Haruka agree to work together to retrieve the RDS-U launch code, Makarov also even gave the nuclear to Haruka because he had an important reason to have the launch code, he said, he only had to secure it from the demon race as well as living beings who were completely thirsty for destruction.

"Actually our headquarters has a lot of RDS-U, with the amount of RDS-U we have then this universe called Touri can be destroyed in minutes. Our goal to create the nukes was just to protect Yuutouri and our country from any attack, but all of those plans failed because the Devil nation did have abilities outside the human brain like ours." 

What Makarov said was true, humans could not do anything when the demon race that was at the high level attacked. They were no match for the strength of the Devil nation and most likely their rifles did not have time to injure that demon because all of those demons brainwashed the Russian army first.

"I'm sorry, Makarov... I've killed a lot of your troops..." Haruka began to feel guilty, he opened the back door of the garage and saw a lot of troops who had prepared their weapons and their tanks.

"It's okay, traitors should be paid back in blood. The Russian troops in this place mostly had the thought of starting a new world war because of the RDS-U, they never understood the risk of declaring war against each other... We Russian troops are supposed to be there to protect the earth and our country from threats out there." Makarov said, he clenched his right fist and took out a semi-automatic rifle.

"Let's take that nuclear code and all the RDS-Us they've collected..." Makarov immediately flowed his Mana to the rifle he was holding until there were some blue lines on the rifle.

"You don't have to fight, just let myself fight them." Haruka said, who began to have bad feelings when Makarov joined the fight with him, there are Russian troops out there who are preparing to attack us both with their deadly weapons.

"All right, I'll protect you, Makarov!"

"Oi, a real man like me doesn't need protection--"

Haruka leaps out into the battlefield in front of her where the entire Russian army immediately attacks Haruka with the rifle they are holding as well as tanks and automatic rifles that have unlimited bullets start attacking the girl that also. Haruka smiled faintly and he lifted up all the surrounding tanks then blew them up with just one flick.

The entire bullet that shot towards Haruka stopped instantly as he stopped the time for a few seconds, he started to attack back all those troops with the bullets that shot towards his direction, all the bullets hit the entire Russian army until their bodies exploded into tiny pieces.

Makarov did not even have time to advance to the battlefield and pull the trigger because Haruka stopped the time for a few seconds so that he could finish off the entire Russian army quickly. Some of the Russian troops in the rearguard immediately retreated backwards while throwing some grenades towards Haruka.

"Brighthhh..." Haruka widened her eyes until the clockwork in her pupils began to move backwards.

All the grenades that the Russian troops threw at Haruka began to retreat again until the grenade was now held back by all the Russian troops who had fled, he said, the entire Russian army was shocked when they realized that the grenade was still in their hands. The grenade immediately released a huge explosive power.

"H-great... Humans can never touch you, Haruka. Looks like I gained some other knowledge to create a much more powerful weapon, as powerful as your time magic." Makarov took off his rifle and he immediately noted the new weapon he would make later.

The sound of sniper rifles from all directions, Makarov could clearly hear the sound of the rifle coming from a sniper named [Barrett Model Universal]. Sniper rifles that have been created perfectly because this rifle can explode small bullets quickly even until it can penetrate through other universes.

Rifles are extremely rare to find in Yuutouri because they are extremely illegal and could even threaten the balance of the Touri, this rifle was famous since that time because it can be used as a weapon to kill secretly where humans are carrying out a mission to kill Vampires in Zuutouri.

Haruka widened her eyes, she did not have time to dodge the entire small bullet. All the bullets hit his body until it left a hole wound around his body. Haruka spewed a lot of blood from his mouth until fresh blood flowed out from inside his hole.

"Hehh... You humans do use your brains to create weapons of this magnitude, but you have limits that are very influential to each of you. Are you able to create a weapon as powerful as this magic!? Just as powerful as the gods and goddesses!?" Haruka was emitting green light through her eyes until the clockwork in her eyes started to move backwards.

The entire bullet that pierced through his body shot back towards the direction of the entire army that used the sniper, haruka's wounds recover and Makarov comes back to life thanks to his time magic which can run time backwards for a few minutes, paid for with less blood in him.

"There is no such thing as a god-" The last words of the Russian troops were until his head was crushed by a small bullet from the sniper he was holding.

Haruka steps forward, Makarov looks confused and feels like he woke up from a dream where his head was crushed by a small sniper bullet. He saw Haruka who stepped forward while resisting the entire Russian offensive and returned it to them, causing their bodies to disintegrate.

Makarov did not seem to intend to fight because Haruka could indeed fight alone holding all the Russian troops he had trained. He felt a failure because his entire army easily fell to the wrong side.

A warrior stepped forward and faced Haruka with a serious look, Makarov knew the warrior because he could be called the best warrior he had ever trained.

"Vladimir Mikhail..."

"You know him...?" Haruka almost killed the soldier named Mikhail with a snap of a finger.

"Yes, he can be called the best soldier I've ever trained." Makarov stepped forward and passed Haruka.

"Hmph, it looks like you've been saved by Legend huh, ck..." Mikhail began to feel annoyed at Makarov's face, he was eager to pull the trigger of the rifle he was holding at the moment.

"Tell me, where did you guys hide that RDS-U...? Along with the launch code." Haruka blocks Makarov because he has a bad feeling that he will soon attack the two of them using the rifle he holds.

"The RDS-U is in a place where you can't take it...!" Mikhail took out a laptop and he immediately entered a code to launch the RDS-U, he typed [Universal Code: 666].

"Basic fool...!" Makarov immediately killed Mikhail by pulling the trigger from his rifle until Mikhail's entire body was filled with holes and he melted into thick blood.

The laptop he was holding was destroyed but a rocket was heard hurtling from the direction of a garage that has a black color, the garage was in the east and they saw the roof of the garage was wide open until they could see the RDS-U missile hurtling up into the sky, Makarov took off his rifle and knelt down because he was with Haruka too late.

"No... What has he done...! He's gonna kill us all...!" Tears flowed out from both of his eyes.

Haruka could only remain silent while showing a flat-looking expression, "Ok....?"

He flicked his finger until the RDS-U was back in his garage and the laptop for the RDS-U slide. Haruka takes the laptop and sees a screen showing a launch code for the RDS-U, as if Haruka's half-mission is complete. Now he just needs to take all of RDS-U's nukes.

"Huh...?" Makarov looked confused.

"What happened...?"
