Chapter 503 - Feeling Motivated

The usual day that happened in the academy, there was no longer such thing as trouble and conflict coming all of a sudden but rather the disciples who were enjoying their time inside the new city of supplication.

"Where, Minami?" Hana asked Shuan who happened to pass in front of her.

"Sister...? Ahh, she's in her room, she said she wants to rest for a while. I suggest you don't visit him first..." Shuan said because Minami looks tired easily lately maybe because of too much hard work.

"If Minami's resting, why don't you stay in the room or something?" Hana who originally wanted to visit Minami started following Shuan who was about to go towards a Mansion.

"For now, I'm fine. Looks like you were going to visit Brother huh, what if you come with me to meet those three brothers?" Shuan asked because he had just been invited by Haruka to come.

His voice was so small that Shuan waited for a while and heard Kou's voice in his mind, asking himself to enter the room.

Shuan opened the door in front of him and then got a surprise with paper and books piled up to touch the roof, Kou's work looks very much.

"All this in one day...? That's so crazy, aren't your two brothers helping!?"

"Hm, it's okay, I asked them to hand everything over to me... I should be able to do what my mom can." Kou clenched both of his fists then nodded full of determination.

Seeing such an excited and determined Kou made Shuan feel curious about what had happened to him lately.

His sometimes gentle and shy attitude is able to show great spirit and strong determination to continue his mother's work even Shuan himself had felt worried and curious.

"Why did you become like that...? Lately...? Your head's all right?" Shuan started stroking his head so that Kou puffed up both of his cheeks.

"I was excited to try, but you didn't believe... Shuan, you're evil..." Kou averted his gaze, continuing the work to do the stamp all over the paper.

His body was filled with sweat because it had worked from the morning to fill all the paper, paper that came from various kinds of universes including outside the core of the universe.

"What are you going to do next... After finishing all this?" Shuan asked, he took out a paper.

"W-What's that...?" Shuan pointed to the floating paper.

"M...?" Kou tilted his head, he looked back and saw someone helping his work.

"Kouko..." Kou smiled.

"My Eternal Curse... He can't talk or communicate, he'll stay by my side while looking after me and helping me..." Kou smiled then rubbed the cheek of Kouko who still did not appear.

Shuan took out a handkerchief then he wiped away all the sweat running down Kou's face, Kou smiled and thanked him.

"I'm curious... What's been going on with you lately? Your two brothers say something to you?" Shuan asked while fanning his body with a thin book.

Kou smiled and blushed, "Uhh... Umm..."

"...maybe because of your fight since then? Especially the effort and the awakening that always brought you down, I want to change..."

"I want to feel what you feel... Look at the light you released against Oskadon... It really makes my heart feel warm.I force myself to try too..."

"I myself am aware that I have never stood up or tried to go against the limits myself... My sickness and my curse, this time I want to fight it and destroy it..."

"With determination. zeal.. and try as hard as possible so that I can keep as good as Mama..." Kou said it with red cheeks.

His memory begins to show the events of yesterday where Shuan often felt defeat but he managed to change himself because of the effort and training with Minami.

Kou smiles happily, he approaches his face with Shuan, trying to give himself a kiss but is interrupted by the arrival of Haruka and Rokuro who are knocking on the door.

"Kou! Shuan! Meal time..."

Shuan sighed, he could not feel the security and calmness when with his friends especially the two brothers who always interrupted his time together.
