Chapter 15 - Light of Hope

When Yuuki's fight against Shira is over, Shira falls unconscious because she has crossed her limits and can't destroy it anymore, if she forces her entire body then her body could be destroyed by being too imposing. Korna advises Shira to rest like sleeping and eating a lot so that she can return to fighting and doing activities like a Legend. Shira has now rested for almost a week.

Megumi who was holding a bowl filled with porridge and a glass filled with cold white water, came to the bedroom where Shira was at that place resting like a bed, "Shira...?" Megumi began to knock on Shira's bedroom door, after a few taps Shira did not answer and opened the door, "Shira, are you inside?" Ask Megumi.

Megumi starts knocking on the door again so that it starts to open, Megumi starts to peek a little then she stares at Shira's messy mattress, she raises her tail high when she doesn't see Shira, "Shira!?" Megumi approaches the mattress and she starts to keep Shira's lunch on the table next to the mattress, and begins to look for Shira using her nose sense of smell, "... ..." 

Both of Megumi's ears clearly heard Shira's loud screams, Megumi began to glance towards the wide-open window, "It looks like she's practicing... How many times has Shira run away for the sake of practice, is she not aware that Legend also needs rest...!?" Megumi asked while showing an annoyed face, she patted her own face and jumped out of the window to bring Shira home.

Shira is currently training on the high mountains, she is already really tired but she does not want to stop because she wants to break the true boundaries, "Hah... huh..."

Shira began to sweat quite a lot until her current clothes had been torn and shattered marks from her heavy and torturous training for herself, he trained and learned from the experience he had in the universe called Yuusuatouri. Starting from Shira exerting all her magic and launching it to herself then Shira starts to resist and attack back the magic using all her strength, The current Shira only focused on power and magic including training her Lenergy so that her Lenergy could grow bigger.

"Huh. huh.... huh..." Shira started to take a deep breath and then she exhaled forward, she started clenching both her fists and after that she raised both her arms up, "LIGHT OF HOPE...!!!" Shira shouted loudly until her entire body was immediately protected with a bright golden aura that was almost the same as white and at the ends of the aura there was a golden color that lit up almost as much as fire.

"GRRRAAAAAGGGGHHHH!!!" Shira shouted loudly again, she unleashed a wave of golden aura over the sky until the clouds above the sky instantly disappeared, Shira even released some thrust around her to make almost the same tremor as an earthquake.

Light of Hope is a power-up magic created by Shira herself since she finished fighting Yuuki because she realized that she needed a power-up magic. However, Shira is the only Legendary Saint who managed to create that power-up magic alone without anyone's help as she trained for a full 24 hours. 

It's a magic power-up that doubles Shira's Lenergy for "heart beat" thus increasing Shira's own strength and speed and allowing her to inflict serious damage on opponents who are much stronger than them. However, the downside of the Light of Hope was that it required a huge toll on Shira's body, making itself more vulnerable to enemy attacks. While in this form, the color of the user's aura becomes gold and whitish yellow. This magic required a large control of Lenergy to handle it properly and if he absorbed the sunlight then he could also slowly control this magic, otherwise Shira's body could have been destroyed.

Shira started to sigh slowly and after that she looked at her right fist, "Alright... I can definitely...!!! THIS EXERCISE WILL ALLOW ME TO CONTROL THE LIGHT OF HOPE!!!" Shira shouted loudly until she began to point forward where she started to create an enormous ball of light energy to be made her enemy, Shira began to show her fighting horses and after that she showed an expression that looked very serious.

Shira began to raise her entire aura high until slowly Shira's entire body began to tremble by itself, "... ..." Shira began to stare at the ball of light that began to move around Shira's body, she continued to force her body until slowly her aura continued to enlarge endlessly to make the mountains crack and quiver by itself, "THE LIGHT OF HOPE ASCENSION...!!! FIVE TIMES!!!" Shouted Shira loudly until she now began to shine very brightly.

The Light of Hope could continue to grow stronger and had several levels or levels ranging from one to a hundred, The current Shira could only use the fifth because her body could only survive at the fifth level, if Shira directly used the hundredth level then her body would be destroyed like a grenade, "JYAAAGGHHHH!!!" Shira directly hit the ball of light towards the top of the sky so that the ball of light was blown away into the sky.

Shira darted towards the ball of light and then she started to hit it with both fists and both legs without stopping and then she kicked it up into the sky and after that she started to put her right hand on top of the head with his right palm facing the target and the fingers of his right palm began to open wide so that a bright shining golden ball was created. As Shira pushed her right hand forward, she shot out a beam of yellow, white, and orange energy that shot towards the direction of the ball of light.

OHHMMMM!!!

shira's energy beam of fire was able to create an explosion large enough that the ceiling was so filled with blackish ash fumes, "Hah..." The Light of Hope Shira's magic instantly disappeared and she slowly fell down on the ground in a tired and cramped condition. Shira tries to move her body, but she can't because she has forced her body to break the restrictions that are blocking her and look at her now.

"Wahh~ Awas~" Suddenly Shira heard Megumi's voice from behind, and, he looked up where Megumi began to look at him with a look of admiration that he saw the process and results of Shira's practice that went quite smoothly, "Megumi..." Shira smiled a little at him then Megumi started to sit next to him and after that she helped him to sit down.

Megumi takes out a small bottle filled with angel blood, she opens the cover and helps Shira drink it, Shira smiled and then she drank the blood until slowly the whole body and her condition began to recover, "Thank you, Megumi..." Shira began to clench her fists a few times and after that she looked at Megumi whose two eyes looked like they were sparkling.

"A-What's wrong?" Ask Shira.

"Have you given a name for the magic you shot using that one hand!?" Megumi asked while showing an excited look, Shira shook her head as she was still at a loss to give her what kind of name, "May I give her a name!?" Ask Megumi.

"Of course."

"What if I named that magic Megura Light!?" Megumi asked while showing a face that looked more excited than before, Shira could only smile then she got up from the ground and after that she started looking at the ceiling, "Megumi, let's go." Shira.

Megumi nodded then Shira began to raise Megumi until her face began to turn red when she was held by Shira in a style like holding a princess, "S-Shira, what are you doing...!? D-Down me...!!!" Shouted Megumi while showing an expression that looked embarrassed. Shira could only smile, "You're going to love it-"

Megumi immediately jumped up high and left Shira alone. SWOOSH! Shira showed a look of annoyance and after that she started patting her face, "I should have done it slowly." Shira flew up into the sky and then she shot towards Yuuki's castle.

"Norug." Korrina started flicking her fingers until Porugi immediately appeared behind her, "What can I help you with, miss...?" Ask Porugi.

"Please bring new clothes and pants for Shira." Tell Korrina until Porugi starts bowing his head to Shira, but Megumi raises her right hand, "We want to go to buy some new clothes." Megumi said until Korrina immediately smiled and then nodded and she began to approach Porugi and told him to take some Legend's Diamond so that Shira and Megumi could buy a suitable outfit for each of themrespectively.

Porugi nodded then he looked at Shira, "Here, Shira." Said Porugi who started telling him to follow himself, Shira nodded then she followed Porugi from behind.

At that time Porugi provided fitting clothes for Shira and he received whatever was available as long as he wore clothes that could hinder his aurat. Porugi also did not forget to give Shira some Legend's Diamond which amounted to a lot, "Ehh...? What is this for...? That's plenty...?" Asked Shira who started holding a sack containing the Legend's Diamond, Porugi began to take out the gold card he immediately took the sack again and he gave the gold card to Shira.

Shira took it and looked at him, "Is this some kind of credit card...?"  Shira began to remember something when she looked at the gold card, she began to remember an electronic device that serves bank customers to take money and check their savings accounts without needing to be served by someone, "Use the card as much as you can because it can buy anything in Ghisaru city, you should thank Miss Korrina later when you get home." Porugi and Shira immediately nodded.

A few minutes later, Shira and Megumi plan to go shopping, but Shira begins to think that they are going on a date together. Shira starts to look at herself in front of the mirror and she starts to tidy up her pony hair and after that she walks away from her room to meet Megumi who is waiting in the living room.

Shira looked at Megumi who was sitting while rubbing her tail, "I'm sorry for making you wait so long, Megumi." Shira. Shira has some last things she has to take care of before she joins Megumi, who is waiting in the living room.

"Humph..." Megumi looked at Shira with an expression that looked like she was surprised and she could not get the words out when she saw Shira who was wearing very neat clothes, "What's the matter...?" Shira asked as she realized Megumi's expression looked different.

"none... I always see you dressed differently." Answer Megumi. Shira pretends not to know it, she replies, "oh, really" Shira starts to stare at herself who is dressed pretty neatly, today is the day that Shira and Megumi will be dating indirectly. Perhaps only Shira is aware, but Megumi also realizes that they will go on a date indirectly.

They never go out walking and shopping together, but they never really spend time alone together. So Shira decides she wants to dress a little nicer than usual, while Megumi grumbles, "sure," she looks at herself, "Hmmm... Looks like I'll find a better outfit than the one I'm wearing right now." Said Megumi who started to lower her two ears.

"Isn't what you're wearing good? You look good, and it suits you, Megumi." Shira smiles.

"Think you once said you wanted to watch a movie about the war between the Legendary race and the demon race right...? We better hurry up before the tickets to watch the movie run out." Shira said while showing a serious-looking expression. Megumi nodded, she knew that they really did not have much time.

"All right, let's hurry up and go." Megumi smiled then she moved her tail, Shira nodded then they walked away and started to look at Korrina who was standing in front of them, "Be careful ya~" Korrina said and the two of them could only nod and move past Korrina while showing a happy-looking expression, "Alright... Time to work..." Korrina's expression began to change which had looked happy and now looked creepy.

Shira and Megumi arrive in Ghisaru city, they see a lot of Legends who are doing their own activities. Ghisaru City is very crowded even most Legends sometimes often get lost including with a Legend who is under twelve years old, "A lot..." Megumi opened her mouth.

Today is Sunday, so it is clear that the city of Ghisaru will be filled with Legends who are on vacation or resting by spending time shopping, just by looking at it Shira could feel the weight of all those Legends, "This place is very classy." Megumi sighed slowly.

They are currently in the western city of Ghisaru where the western part of the city caters to fashion with more than just building design. Everyone who came and went had already dressed up full of decorations, seeing that Shira was beginning to think that this western city was filled with rich Legends.

Ever since Yuuki brought Shira here, Shira has been coming to this western city of Ghifaru regularly to see various shops aside from the underground shopping mall selling groceries. When Shira came with Yuuki, the western part of the city looked rather quiet and calm. Those days seem to be the exception, not the norm.

"It's not a relaxed feeling in my hometown." Shira's inner speech.

"Megumi, you've lived in this universe since childhood, haven't you? So you're used to a place like this?" Ask Shira. Shira imagined there were many cities with shopping malls like this

"My mother and sister are leaving ... I also visited them, but ... It's been a long time." Said Megumi who started to show a worried-looking expression, "T-But... It's amazing to be here dating you, Shira!" Megumi began to show a happy expression back to make Shira blush red.

"Yes, right!?" Shira feels quite happy that Megumi just said dating. There is no doubt about it, this is not a common thing to do every day, for legends, who are always training and fighting, a place like this gives a fresh feeling to the nation like Legend.
