Chapter 287 - Arresting It

Arata, Haruki, and Shizen held back the aura that was released from Zangetsu's body, the aura was able to injure them little by little and had a great urge that was able to throw them out of the Touri universe. The aura that had enveloped Zangetsu suddenly disappeared and the three of them now had a chance to attack themselves.

"So it's a snippet of my original strength.Unfortunately, the body is still not perfect and used to it!" The three of them shot towards Zangetsu at the same time, Zangetsu appears right behind the three of them then he kicks Arata so he is thrown backwards and tries to continue his other attack but fails when Shizen releases an explosion capable of pushing them all to the ground backside.

They again moved towards Zangetsu and launched several attacks, Zangetsu resisted all those attacks easily as both of his arms were currently enveloped with an extremely dense black aura. Their attacks started to get stronger and faster so Zangetsu smiled full of satisfaction when holding all those attacks.

Zangetsu resisted Haruki's attack and then he hit his face until he was thrown backwards, Zangetsu hit Arata's face using his elbow and then he kicked Shizen's face so they were thrown backwards. Zangetsu looked at Haruki and tried to get close to him but Arata threw his seven swords at Zangetsu so he immediately let out a huge push that was able to thicken the swords.

Zangetsu looked forward and saw Haruki who was charging his strength to launch the [Chaos Vengeance] again, on the other side, Shizen also looks that has gathered all his strength and signifies an explosion symbol under Zangetsu so that the two of them together using the magic.

Baaammmmm...!!!

There was an explosion and shock so fierce that Zangetsu still survived and launched a fist attack towards Haruki, fortunately he could see a series of his attacks and managed to dodge him, he said, otherwise he would be caught in Zangetsu's barrage of attacks. Although he manages to evade the attack, he sees Zangetsu approaching so Shizen pushes Haruki and Zangetsu attacks Shizen's body.

"Grghhh!" Zangetsu widened his eyes when he injured Shizen, he was instead thrown backwards due to the explosion coming from inside his body, now Zangetsu understood... shizen's body is enveloped with an ability that can create an explosion if he is injured like that.

"The pain was not felt. You just made the pain an explosion for me." Shizen smiled.

Haruki moved forward then swung his two swords and using his sword arts, Zangetsu held all the attacks with both of his arms shrouded in his own aura... Haruki was surprised because all the attacks he did were not effective but able to hurt him little by little.

Haruki still has not stopped attacking due to the increasing speed of the attack so many times now that they both continue to retreat backwards and hit some asteroids behind Zangetsu. Arata suddenly appeared behind him and Zangetsu looked back.

"Don't take your eyes off me!!!" Haruki tries to stab his heart but Zangetsu deflects both of his swords upwards so he hits Haruki's chest using his elbow then kicks him in the face until he is thrown up at speed naked until Arata himself did not see him he moved.

Now that part of Arata had started swinging the seven swords simultaneously, Zangetsu held back all of the attacks while clenching his teeth as this attack he felt was quite painful and distressing... haruki's scar plus Arata's attack only further worsened his condition.

Arata retreated backwards and Zangetsu began to chase after him but Shizen launched a large amount of explosion magic until he jumped backwards to dodge the attack. Haruki came back and at this moment he darted towards Zangetsu then he swung both his swords simultaneously so that Zangetsu immediately resisted the attack using his index finger.

"Grghhh...!!! Goddamnit!"

"Your attack will only get my body used to it!!!" Zangetsu's right fist began to be enveloped with a pitch-black aura and he directly smashed into Haruki's stomach so that he was instantly enveloped with a black aura and black waves began to break loose all over his body, causing himself to be thrown backwards and unable to move for a moment.

"Haruki...!" Arata saw the defeated Haruki when he received the fatal attack earlier, he immediately shot towards Zangetsu quickly... he had already used all means but that way would only last once because Zangetsu could fight him back with the magic he had, his experience was really vast about fighting.

Zangetsu fended off all those swords so Arata instantly gave rise to the God Slayer capable of leaving a huge slash wound on his chest, "AGGGHHHH!!! DAMN YOU!!! HOW CAN YOU HAVE THAT WEAPON!?" Zangetsu was pushed back with a straight slash wound on his chest that began to bleed profusely.

"You turned out...!!! Possessing the title of God-Slayer, I respect you!!!" Zangetsu launched a punch upwards so that he managed to destroy the wave, Arata widened his eyes so that Zangetsu began to release a high thrust that was able to make the sword he was holding flung backwards.

"I...!!!" Arata tightened his teeth until Zangetsu launched another blow that hit his body, he was late because once he was hit by the attack then he would be trapped in a barrage of attacks that were able to throw him backwards towards the border of Touri.

The barrage ended when Arata created a barrier on his body, landing on the asteroid and his body still felt limp... both of his legs goosebumps suddenly until both of his arms feel very stiff. This Zangetsu actually continued to grow stronger until they did not see any gap even though it had injured both of his arms.

Zangetsu starts to approach Haruki and Arata who are still recovering but he suddenly feels a touch, he looks back and sees Shizen who is installing explosive magic right behind his back, "Peek ba!" Shizen instantly activated the magic of the explosion causing an enormous explosion power, the explosion could be seen by both sides fighting.

"The explosion was great too, just like him we managed to keep Zangetsu busy." Haruki smile.

"Yes..." Replied Arata who began to look forward, the black smoke still blocked Zangetsu and Shizen who were suddenly thrown out of the smoke. The explosive magic he put up earlier was able to make Zangetsu annoyed so that he released his other impulse, Shizen looked forward and saw Zangetsu's charred back.

"This is my training!" Shizen smiled.

Zangetsu looked at Shizen with a threatening look, "You will pay for it!!! You turned my back skin black!!!" Zangetsu darted towards Shizen and Shizen immediately unleashed several explosions through his eyes but all of the explosions were unable to hurt Zangetsu at all and he was immediately greeted by Arata along with Haruki who able to leave a cut on his face.

"Adrrghhhh!!!" Zangetsu jumped backwards, "We saw a gap...! Come on, use this opportunity to end it!" Arata.

Zangetsu was now staring at the three of them with a calm looking expression, that layered black aura was reappearing permanently now. It was not a good sign but Legends like them would never give up in the slightest, Shizen launched one explosion magic but both Zangetsu eyes glowed red and were able to destroy him.

Zangetsu widened his eyes when he saw Arata and Haruki instantly welcoming themselves with their own combination attack, but all the attacks can be easily held back by Zangetsu but Haruki managed to kick his leg so Arata slashed Zangetsu's face until he was thrown backwards, his aura was useless because Arata used Logic Breaker

The three of them moved towards Zangetsu and launched several attacks that were no longer able to injure Zangetsu, currently his body was enveloped with a black aura and he instantly widened both of his eyes until the aura enveloping him began to spread and was able to push them backwards.

The black aura instantly injured them, the wound felt like a continuous attack and in the end they lost, their bodies felt cramped and unable to move.

"Hahahahaha!!! My body can know my heart!!! Ahhaha!!! Whatever attack you will try next, I am with this body ready to receive it!!!"

Shira looks annoyed when Zangetsu manages to defeat them all, "Damn it..."
