Chapter 117 - Anger Changes You

Shiki along with his army is completely slaughtered by the rampaging Haruki, without using any magic or ability... He managed to defeat all of them by just swinging his sword alone and unleashing some thrust capable of splitting them in half.

Makarov and Haruka retreated as the push released by Haruki signaled to the two of them not to bother him to finish off all those demon troops, Haruka immediately warned Makarov to stop and just rest while enjoying a glass of Vodka which had ice cubes in it.

Haruki unleashes his negative aura around the region until Haruka briefly creates some Sacred shields to protect Makarov and his other Legends so that they don't die silly from Haruki's own anger. Haruki advanced towards the direction of the army that numbered over thousands and he started using his sword ability now.

 "Calamity Impact!" Haruki exclaimed, he attacked the entire demon army that was in front of him by using both swords five times in a row, and took blood and life to serve as a healing wound.

"Sad...!" Shiki advanced forward and managed to resist Haruki's attack using his thin sword until their clashing swords began to emit a noisy sound that resounded around the region.

Haruki was about to cut off Shiki's neck, Haruki's speed suddenly increased when he tried to attack. Fortunately Shiki managed to sense his next attack thanks to his demonic instinct which could warn him that Haruki would launch a few more attacks. Shiki immediately jumped back and released some ice blood which he released through his sword blade.

Haruki kicked all of the ice to the point of being crushed and he could feel that the blood inside him was being absorbed by the icy fragments of blood, Haruki did not allow Shiki to retreat or recuperate, he immediately chased after her until some of Shiki's troops began to attack her by besieging her but Haruki used his [Calamity Impact] again.

Haruki appeared right behind Shiki and he immediately swung both of his swords simultaneously, but Shiki began to grow a thorn made of his hard bone and the bone began to be covered with blood ice, as a result, the two swords were unable to injure Shiki but only destroyed the ice that enveloped him.

"Slash Demolishing!" Haruki exclaimed, he carried out a very powerful slash attack on Shiki, ignoring every defense he did until he pushed himself backwards and left a bleeding wound in his abdomen.

"Sad...!" Shiki began to seal her bleeding by using her bone manipulation magic.

Shiki smiled cynically and laughed heartily at the sight of a worthy Legend, able to injure himself. Shiki's countenance began to look solemn until he released darkness from his body and unleashed an ice-blood-thorn magic around the region, Makarov leapt upwards and managed to evade the ice magic's attack.

"So it's almost, don't you touch that ice... Its coldness is able to absorb your blood like a leech." Haruka said with a serious-looking expression, Haruki immediately destroyed all the ice, but the ice started to reappear with a larger size and length.

"What should we do now, Haruka...?" Ask Makarov.

"We leave after Haruki has defeated the demon leader Shiki." Answer Haruka.

Haruki exterminated the entire demon army that blocked his path, he tried to attack Shiki but he continued to hide behind his entire army. Haruki jumps up and Shiki welcomes Haruki with several combination attacks that look so fast that Haruki does not have time to resist all the attacks because Shiki's sword is too thin.

Shiki retreated backwards and immediately controlled all of the blood ice using the sword he was holding, which he was holding, the entire thorny ice shot towards Haruki but he immediately slashed all the thorny ice with a single swing. All those blood icicles started to form a huge dragon.

The dragon groaned loudly and darted towards Haruki, Haruki held the dragon's mouth so that he would not devour him. The power possessed by the ice dragon was so great that Haruki was pushed back, but he managed to destroy the dragon using the [Calamity Impact]. 

"You're great too...!" Shiki leaped towards Haruki and the two of them started to clash with each other swords, their attacks were as equal as his even their swords kept clashing until it made the region around vibrate and crack.

Haruki deployed the [Calamity Impact] and [Blade of Downfall] abilities simultaneously, all of the attacks successfully hit Shiki until he did not have any body. But the rest of his small body was able to regenerate a new body and make his strength double than before, he saw Haruki who launched several attacks.

Shiki lowered her head and pushed Haruki backwards, her body filled with cold sweat as Haruki almost finished off the entire side of her body. If there were no more remains of his body that were still safe then he would definitely be enveloped with the death given by Haruki.

"Looks like you're a lot stronger than I expected..." Haruki said softly as he could see all the different dark auras begin to permeate Shiki's body to give him his ever-increasing power.

"This is [Satan's Blessing], the power of demons and all my comrades gave me this great power...!" 

Haruki and Shiki both darted towards each other then they started to pitted their swords again and again, none of them managed to dodge their respective attacks. But Haruki's attack is able to make Shiki feel a very painful pain.

Despite gaining more power than his other demons, Shiki is defeated by Haruki's combination attack which makes him fall to his knees in front of Haruki. Shiki can't do anything else but stare at Haruki who's trying to decapitate her, but Shiki can still fight by turning into an ice sculpture.

"Q...!"

Haruki increased his speed drastically enough that he darted forward towards Shiki's whereabouts which began to drift away, after he found her... Shiki was not given any mercy because he launched an attack that pierced his stomach until Shiki bounced back with a large bleeding wound in his abdomen.

"You want to run...? Don't make me laugh..." Haruki said softly where he saw Shiki spewing fresh blood.

"I'll run away of course...!" Shiki's body begins to freeze and Haruki immediately shatters the ice until Shiki has disappeared somewhere, his existence could no longer be felt because all those blood ice were existences capable of making Haruki himself fooled.

"It turns out you really ran away, just be careful if I meet you..." Haruki put his two swords back into his sheath.

"In the end Shiki fled..." Makarov said slowly.

Haruka patted the top of her head, gesturing her to go over to Haruki and trying to calm herself down to get back to her normal state. Haruki stopped moving when he sensed Haruka's presence approaching.

"What do you want...?" Haruki asked who started looking at Haruka.

"The death of your brothers changed you, Haruki. You're planning to chase Shiki and escape reality aren't you...?" Look at Haruka seriously.

"Don't interfere. My goal is none of you two's business." Haruki quickly disappeared.

Haruka and Makarov did not have time to see Haruki leaving just like that, his existence was no longer even felt by Haruka, it seems like Haruki has become a different Legend because his anger and sadness have been left behind by his sisters. 

"Will he be okay...?" Ask Makarov.

"Yahhh, I wish he could go home when the war between universes begins, our task here seems to be done... In short we just watch and do nothing." Haruka begins to touch Makarov's shoulders until he can fly and leave the planet Legendarius, which is still under attack.

"Now, Haruka... What are you planning?" Ask Makarov.

"Finding someone who can interest me like you, Makarov. Let's report to Mama first." Haruka replied with a smile on her face.
