Chapter 156 - The Source of Power

"Kurou... I'd better leave the attack and diversion to you, let me take that Grimoire off him." Korrina said whereupon she immediately informed Kuro of his plan until she could understand the situation, the entire statue created by Shinku was able to launch a red beam that made Shinku feel like it was filled with full power.

"It... This was the prowess of the magic book created by the God of all things itself...!" Shinku said, some of the ground they stepped on started to shake until Asuka and Yuffie were thrown up and pierced by some very sharp Crimson thorns until the two of them started screaming in pain.

"Yahagggggghhhhh...!!!" Shouted them together until Makarov threw a grenade containing magic to destroy the other magic, makarov quickly threw the grenade so high that it was pierced with the thorns which caused the grenade to release an enormous explosion.

Asuka and Yuffie fell on the ground with injured conditions, fortunately Korrina came in just in time to give them both her hair until their condition recovered. Shinku began to feel irritated until he released several red crystals that extended around him and was able to stab them together one after another.

"Uggghhhh...!" Korrina smashed the crystal that had time to pierce his shoulder, Shinku deployed another attack in which his two eyeballs began to be enveloped with a dense blackness until his mouth was wide open. 

The three pitch-black red lasers began to glide around that universe even beyond the limits of the Touri, they began to point towards an army that could attack from a great distance. Aditya's body with Makarov burned until they began to fall on the ground with dying conditions.

They all began to be attacked simultaneously by Shinku, the book continued to spin rapidly until it released all kinds of existing Crimson magic and one of them started to get critically injured. Some of them were also unable to continue the fight, Kuro tried to stop all the chaos by jumping towards Shinku.

"Don't interrupt my fun, damn it...!" The size of the magic shave began to grow until it created a large giant with sharp fangs in its mouth and pointed spines all over its body. A punch floated towards Kuro and made him himself flung backwards along with the punch.

"Sad...! You're trying to seal me...!?" Kuro resisted the blow using both of his arms, the giant tried to envelop Kuro and tried to seal him into the magic book.

There was nothing they could do anymore because all of those statues could amplify Shinku's Crimson magic, Korrina was also unable to attack as her entire body was enveloped with Crimson magic which exerted excessive pressure so that Korrina was unable to move a little of her body. Kuro was also still restrained by the blow which had such great attack power that he was not given a gap to escape.

"The "Assault Formation V...!!!"

A demon came and swung his sword five times until the entire statue shattered into small pieces and made them all able to escape from Shinku magic now.

The demon who came to save them was Oni Yusakage, he immediately raised his sword up until his sword blade was enveloped with a dark light that made its size become very large. Yusa swung the great sword with all her might until it pierced the land releasing some dark light.

Those who were injured started to recover again due to the help from Yusa thanks to her fifth recovery formation as well, they were instantly stunned when they saw an enemy coming and saving them from death. Some of them still hold a grudge for Yusa but Selvia and Itsuki immediately stop them all.

"Don't attack this demon... He has become one of us all...!" Selvia said, his breathing began to feel heavy because he was not given the opportunity to help them all because he continued to be detained by Crimson troops, fortunately now he had time to save Yusa's life.

"I've seen it through my eyes... This one demon has a pure heart that is natural, he seems to be a Rxeonal army because of the compulsion and doubt that you have..." Korrina said because in her heart, she was really forced to follow Rxeonal's orders.

"Thank you for giving me the opportunity to join you all. Let me avenge all the evil I've ever done." Yusa said, she immediately clasped tightly onto the handle of her sword.

"It's okay, you've already avenged all your crimes with your rescue..." Kuro replied, he immediately appeared next to Korrina while looking at Shinku who was now starting to be attacked by Asuka, Yuffie, Vania, and Aditya. Their combination attacks were able to make Shinku feel even more irritated and annoyed.

"I'm sorry... Itsuki's... I'm really sorry for what I did..." Yusa.

"Hmmm...! We will always forgive you, you fool." Itsuki chuckled while giving himself a pat on his back.

They all started to refocus with Shinku releasing thick wave magic towards the four of them with the result of the four of them being thrown backwards with a sizable wound, which was quite large, but they could still get up and continue the fight for the sake of retrieving the Grimoire book.

The rifle they used was unable to injure Shinku's body as all the bullets that hit him instead shattered into small pieces and turned into red-colored energy. Korrina along with the others immediately advanced to attack Shinku as the affairs of the Crimson forces could still be handed over to Haruki and Choloe along with the other alliance forces.

"Ohhhhh....!!!" Korrina took her breath deeply and she immediately danced all the Traditional dances to give her whole comrades a fairly effective enhancement magic, Yusa also started to float the same thing, she said, he used his sword formation to create an area of magic enhancement against all attributes.

When all of them were ready and obtained the enhancement magic, they attacked with all their might and sacrificed all their strength and strength until they were exhausted. Aditya and Makarov begin attacking the Shinku from close range using a Sniper that shoots a large bullet that can explode. 

All the attacks released by Shinku begin to be resisted by Yuffie, Kuro, and Akina because of their magic and physique being able to survive while trying to withstand all those deadly attacks. Andrian began to take out his Garuda from both arms until it was able to make Shinku pushed back, the monster he released was also immediately devoured by Garuda.

Asuka leapt forward and began to perform her sword dance until all of her attacks were able to make the Shinku protector shake violently and release an echoing sound. Asuka, Chiara, and Akina began to carry out a combination attack in the form of a death triangle until the Shinku was injured bit by bit.

"What the fuck...!? Fucking mortal...!!!" Shinku unleashes even more powerful magic but Korrina and Kuro manage to remove all of that magic using their abilities, fortunately Kuro can do so without having to bear any different risks from Korrina who starts to feel weak.

Some of them were still hit by the Shinku's devastating attack and were eventually knocked down on the ground with injured conditions but all of those injuries recovered again due to the area of enhancement magic created by Yusa. Vania and Elvano together flew towards the Shinku and swung the big axe and the big sword simultaneously which caused the Shinku protector to shatter into pieces.

The other attack came from Yuffie releasing a large crystal over Shinku's head until it hit the top of his head and destroyed the protector that protected the book, that meant that the book could already be snatched away without having to feel any pain and be burned by the perfect level of Crimson magic.

When Shinku recreates his sculptures, Yuuna exerts all her abilities until the statue is crushed into small pieces and then she launches another attack that pushes the book backwards. Selvia tries to grab her but Shinku releases a huge wave that gets her pushed back.

Karla immediately stepped forward and released a freezing magic capable of freezing both her arms and legs in addition to Itsuki who pierced her body several times until the paralyzed poison began to affect her body for a few seconds, the two of them immediately got a reply by Shinku's devastating attack.

Shinku is caught off guard when those who attack him in different ways until Kuro has no intention of taking the book again because he is withstanding some very powerful and powerful magic in order for the magic not to take the lives of other important colleagues.

The last attack was unleashed by Haruki's arrival, his two swords he threw until they pierced Shinku's stomach and sent him slamming thousands of meters back. His book started to shake because Shinku was unable to get the book balanced again on top of his head because of Haruki who appeared right in front of him while floating a combination attack.

Korrina leaped high towards the Grimoire and she smiled with satisfaction as she looked at all her comrades who were doing a very good job, "I can...!!!" Korrina touched the book and she picked it up and hugged it until it fell on the ground.
