Towards the Unbeatable

Towards the Unbeatable
Act 299: Finding Things

"Hm? Did it rain here?" Arthur suspects that in this area there has been rain that causes the puddle, because indeed he did not find another reason why the puddle could appear other than indeed because of rainwater.

There is no water source whatsoever to be seen, there are only some areas of trees that are destroyed and still intact and the building is empty.

"There's no waterway that looks broken here, it's true it was raining here." Arthur was sure that there was some rain that drenched this place.

"Did the rain last only a little while? Or maybe it's rain that happens when the weather is clear like this? Yeah, both of these possibilities could happen."

Arthur assessed something in sufficient detail, it seems that even a small thing is still being noticed by this holy knight.

"Oh, it's possible that two men named Brock and Vincent brought Danny back to the place where he died before, since indeed they did not know if they had not gathered at all with him during the teleportation rescue, then it seemed that there was a possibility of them returning to the starting place to wait."

Arthur knows, this incident happened also because he was not very careful and did not check anyone who was with him, he said, even those he knew had to be left behind and in the end Arthur did not know their whereabouts with certainty at this time.

But there is always a possibility that can happen, someone like him is also not spared from carelessness, but at this time compared to just thinking about his mistakes, he said, there was a good lebib he was carrying out his purpose of going to this place again; arthur finally decided to explore this area, and, it was then possible that he had found the clue needed to know where the four men were looking for.

Arthur went into the area of the trees, along the way he noticed the surrounding conditions, indeed in this place not so many things can be noticed, he said, even animals rarely appear and there is only silence and deep sadness, this place is suitable for someone who does not like and hustle because indeed they will find peace in a place like this.

Arthur guessed whether this was the reason where the group called Dark Shadow had decided to establish its headquarters and actions here? Because it is indeed a very calm atmosphere that even animals are rarely here?

It is difficult to find a sign of life here, because this area is not touched by outsiders at all so that the Dark Shadow group can freely carry out its actions with the slogan 'behind the shadow' because no one can find out from here.

Arthur finally reaches the place where he finds Danny dead and his guess is not right, he does not meet anyone there, there are only traces of Danny's blood still visible there; that's the wound that bears witness to the dead Danny.

Arthur apparently can not feel anyone in this area, so he currently does not have any guesses about Danny, The man named Brock and Vincent and the one person left behind the teleportation magic.

"Nothing ... It turns out that guy Brock and Vincent didn't bring Danny back here, so where did they take him? And again one person I don't know whose name he's going to?"

Arthur wonders if with a question that no one can answer right now, maybe there's a possibility that the man named Brock and Vincent took him away somewhere else? That possibility could happen ... but what about that one person left behind? Why not just wait in the first place? Where'd that guy go?"

"Holes? The shape of a long box is large and deep enough..What is this made by animals that are around this forest?" Arthur had not realized the hole in the ground he was looking at.

Then he also realized there was a mound beside the hole, and indeed it seemed to be a trace of land that had been dug up to make the big hole.

"A hole like this is not foreign, the size is right for the human body." Arthur begins to realize there is something strange here, he thought before this hole was made by animals or created because of something, but two possibilities it fell and that makes sense here: the: this hole was indeed similar to one's final resting.

"I-this, it's not wrong .. This is the tomb place, where people died and will be laid here, then why would anyone dig this tomb hole and leave it just like that? What the hell is going on here?"

Arthur wondered why there was a tomb hole near the place where Danny was found dead, whereas before when he first came to this place, this tomb hole did not exist at all.

"Wait ...." Arthur realized that there was some kind of rock big enough there that was square in shape, he walked up to the sand dune that contained the stone and then he looked to check it out.

"What's this?" Arthur looked at the empty side while holding the stone, and then he saw the other side that was not the same as the side he had seen earlier.

"This?! Danny?!" Arthur could clearly see that the name 'Danny' was written there, and he knew that the stone he was holding was not an ordinary stone that was scattered below, it was a tombstone!

"Danny? This is Danny's tombstone and this grave hole?" Arthur can easily relate this, there is an empty tomb hole and there is a tombstone that says 'Danny'? Of course, this is not a deliberate coincidence.

"I found Danny's empty tomb, Danny's tombstone where Danny's gone now. It's the indisputable relationship I'm meeting with right now."

Arthur soon finds out that the dead Danny is going to be buried, and some have even made his headstone, planning to bury him in the place where Danny himself died as a final tribute to him, all of this was obvious except for one thing .. why wasn't Danny actually buried in the middle of this finished preparation?

"I think it was two guys named Brock and Vincent who prepared all this, because they were the ones who brought Danny along with them ...."

"But why didn't they bury Danny? Is there something that causes them to stop? Why?"

Arthur again had many questions that could not be answered other than by his own assumption, a strange thing if there were funeral preparations to be carried out but not until completely completed.
