Act 244: Start Open

Thor looked at Arthur meaningfully. "Can you listen and understand what I mean now Arthur? Or are you still unaware?"

Arthur shook his head while bowed, then then looked at his own two palms. "W-what have I done?"

Arthur now knows the full course of events that overshadowed this lame law enforcement problem, after hearing this Arthur became increasingly convinced that what he did first was a mistake that he had not realized until today before he met Thor in his subconscious.

Arthur already has nothing left to say, all the pride of his achievements to make the citizens feel safe with the 'ala him' law enforcement' it seemed to disappear instantly because there was no right thing he did when he realized the truth.

Arthur was still on his knees bowing lethargic, there was already nothing he could say because the revealed reality seemed to silence his mouth to speak again.

With no more defense everything clear, Arthur finally has a new thought that he has never tried to think about.

Thor then invites the lethargic kneeling Arthur to stand back up. "Do you know any other reason why I said I was surprised when I met you here?"
