Act 17:Rememberment - Friends

Rhart was his calling, he was the commander of the eastern royal army, as long as he served as commander he did all his duties well, his youth was full of glory thanks to his fighting skills and skills even he was very trusted by King Tarnatos.

In his senior years he became more and more in carrying out his obligations by trying as well and as hard as possible to devote himself to the interests of the eastern kingdom.

No doubt he is often visited by young soldiers who ask that they can be as good as him, but there is no instant success there must be a struggle passed. Rhart strives to give what he knows and open himself up so that everyone can model the good in him.

His past is not without challenges, he tried to kill himself at a young age because of his failure to run a mission, lucky he had a friend who stopped him from doing the action.

At first he wanted to jump from the royal wall that was over a thousand meters high, where he was thinking about the despair that was engulfing his life, he deliberately took his own time when no one saw him he planned to do the action.

But his close friend Rudolph came and prevented Rhart's action, with the right time he was able to reach the hand of Rhart whose body had fallen partially. Things become dramatic as Rhart does not expect that he will be saved.

Rhartpun finally pulled by his best friend and at once the young man was angry at Rhart.

"Rhart! what are you doing?!"

"Re...dolph?"

Rhart who was just confused and did not know what to say

Rudolph saw that his best friend was in a great confusion, his eyes blank he was like a man who had lost his mind

"Let's go" Rudolph said as he held Rhart's hand

Rhart could not refuse because he was still not aware of his condition. Rudolph took her to his house.

Rhart lived alone, his mother died after she gave birth to him and his father left him at the age of ten. Rhart now lives with his uncle.

"Excuse me..."

Uncle Rhart opened the door, seeing that their two young men were Rhart being carried by Rudolph

"Uncle.. It looks like Rhart needs a break.." Rudolph

"Why is he sick?"

"It looks like it"

Finally his Uncle was helped by Rudolph to take Rhart to rest in his room.

"Uncle, I seem to be guarding Rhart"

"I have permission to go home first"

"Oh, thank you very much Rudolph you are indeed Rhart's best friend" his uncle said in a statement

Then the door closed and Rudolph kept Rhart resting on the bed. Rudolph knew the reason why his best friend wanted to end his life.

This is because he failed to save his lover who is also a knight, in his mission he was surrounded by evil bandits who had attacked a village, instead of winning, instead, many had to die in the battle against the bandits.

In order to save another Rhart lover named Patricia decides to protect Rhart from the attacks of the bandits, Rhart who lost his strength due to being trapped by the bandits was unable to do anything but rely on his lover.

Due to the onslaught of bandit attacks, the knight's army decided to retreat, as Patricia was the only remaining knight who could use defense magic, he decided to resist the magic attacks of the bandits.

Rhart who was not even able to stand or speak due to the bandit power-killing trap was forcefully carried by Rudolph who was also on the mission.

Rhart who could only raise his hand at Patricia in the midst of the devastating onslaught was unable to do more. His body was about to thrash but he did not have the strength for it.

A powerful explosion that also threw some soldiers so that they fell that Rhart fell out of the sling Rudolph. Rhart stared at the tremendous thump of fire caused by the bandits and realized that Patricia was still there.

Her tears began to drip, but there was not much time to cry because the purpose of Patricia sacrificing herself was so that the knights could escape safely. Rudolph immediately carried Rhart back and ran back to a safe place.

From then on, Rhart experienced a tremendous mental fallout he more often daydreamed, his eyes blankly realizing it was only Rudolph. So secretly he always keeps an eye on Rhart so that he can know and avoid things that he does not want.

Not long ago Rhart had a love affair with Patricia, but it was fate that separated the two of them as if the newly formed memories would be destroyed instantly. Rhart who no longer cared about his life planned to end his life but it was prevented by Rudolph who had been watching him.

Rhart began to open his eyes

"Rhart?"

He saw Rudolph watching by his bedside

"How are you doing?"

"A.I.I...."

Rhart no longer knew what to say to his best friend

"Have not thought about what happened.."

"What happened is impossible to change"

Rhart began to pay attention to Rudolph

"But the future can be changed"

Hearing that, Rhart's heart began to open to him

"I'm sorry Rudolph..."

Rudolph just smiled

Finally they chatted for a while and Rudolph said goodbye to him. Throughout his room he pondered with what his best friend Patricia had said, his lover did not sacrifice so that he would also follow him but to continue his life, during this time Rhart thought after losing Patricia he lost also this world so that made him depressed.

But because of the support and guidance of his best friend, he could rise from his slump and return to the royal duties as usual

He began by getting used to being grateful and excited for what happened in his life, the more change he felt from day to day and in the end he could escape from his sadness.

After many years since the incident, the kingdom asked him to lead a royal operation, in that mission he was required to eradicate every wild beast in the magic forest. Rhart thoroughly prepared himself for this and he also invited his best friend Rudolph and the other good knights, bringing a large army of three squads with a total of a thousand soldiers.

The forest that others call the 'Dawn Forest' is a forest full of unsolved mysteries, will luck or defeat befall them?

Dark skies, thunder and rain accompanied their departure to the forest.
