The seal has three layers, where each layer will differ greatly in the degree of sealing.

The first-layer seal is the earliest layer of this seal, his strength is equivalent to all the power of the chairman - the previous seal he had placed on Arthur but was ultimately unable to stem his power.

When the first seal has been destroyed, then the second seal will be activated, now the person who is attached to a seal like this will feel tired and sleepy forcing him to close his eyes and immediately sleep in order to dream beautifully.

After the second seal is destroyed, the third seal will activate, which is the last seal, which is also stronger than the previous two layers of the seal.

The impact that can be felt when the last stage of the seal is active is that the sealed person's body will issue a kind of red thread, not an explanation or conclusion but it looks like that, yes, maybe in other words like a protruding vein but red in color.
