Act 242: I Am Acting Right!

Arthur felt that he was in a dark vacuum for a moment when his consciousness had disappeared; this could be said he was in his own subconscious.

In-where am I? Why is this place so dark?

Arthur, who knew he was conscious in the dark room, was trying to find a ray of light so he could see the surroundings.

But he walked and ran in search of the light, nor did he find what he was looking for; there was only the sound of empty footsteps coming from himself.

Why is this place so quiet? Is there no one else here?

Suddenly Arthur sees an impression in the room that looks like it was shown in infocus, a shadow of his past life, and, out of curiosity he finally approached the screen that suddenly lit up because it was only there the only light that was in the dark of the empty space's skin.

After a while Arthur finally arrived at a show that was airing himself was with his friends; he saw himself having fun with his friends, was walking in the city, was, eat together, stay together, and do not forget to carry out the same mission.

Everything that aired made Arthur smile gently, he remembered the warmth of his friends who cared so much for him even though sometimes his indifferent attitude relapsed, but ultimately Arthur can be open and have fun with them together.

While enjoying the beautiful moments that were aired, suddenly the subconscious impressions turned terrible; he saw himself laughing wickedly, smiling cynically, he said, eyes full of ambition with no regard for anything, against everyone whose opinions are different and so many things are clearly not a good attitude for the value of people.

Arthur was surprised to see this show, he saw himself behaving badly and being completely unpleasant; he himself could not deny that what was on the show was indeed himself.

But when he saw this show, Arthur felt pensive and wondered, is he really that bad?

It was not that he did not realize around when he was doing bad things earlier, he just felt that he had obeyed every rule he had taught to knights like himself.

And by acting as an enforcer of the rules that makes him feel free and free to do anything.

Catching the bad guys? Acting badly to bad people? Stop the bad guys? Is all that wrong?

Arthur thought only in his own glasses, only in his own rules and no matter what other than what he considered to be true, he had not realized this at all.

Then the show changes when Arthur tries to catch the illegal organization, at least what he believes is Alliance Fight's even he stops their escape and kills most of their members.

Is there something wrong with this? Didn't I do the right thing because the bad guys would harm others, right?

After his subconscious impressions were shown to him, Arthur could not draw any conclusions about what he had seen before; he still did not understand what the impressions of memory he had seen meant.

As if there is something to say, but Arthur has not realized it, the impression of subconscious memories ends and the atmosphere becomes dark and empty again.

What did that show mean?

Shortly afterwards the holy knight heard voices that suddenly appeared near his ears.

He was a little surprised because he suddenly heard a voice that he did not know where it came from because he could not see anything there, but he tried to calm down and pay attention to what he heard.

The voices sound like a lot of public praise to a person like Arthur who has protected the royal citizens as well as being an example to other young knights, it is the voice of pride and the voice of kindness that appears. He was happy when he heard these voices.

Then a different voice came up again, it sounded like the defense of people he considered 'evil' who were arrested and said various things to Arthur.

Actually there are still many voices heard, it's like a roar, moans, and a very sad appeal from people who are stamped 'evil' by him, but the attitude that Arthur shows remains the same, he views crime as a crime and does not tolerate any reason.

M-may I overdo that little bit with those bad and evil people?

Ah no! They deserve a punishment that will keep them deterred for the rest of their lives!

With Arthur's unawareness of what he saw and heard in his subconscious, this makes there a small glimmer of light that is heading towards him.

Ca-light!

Arthur, tired of the empty darkness, enthusiastically approached the beam of bright light, and soon he saw someone familiar to him.

"T-Thor?"

Arthur was shocked to see his long-dead friend, and now he was reunited with him.

Arthur is on the dark side and Thor is on the light side, although their distance is close, but in reality they are very far away.

"You're still alive?" Arthur tries to communicate with his old friend.

The figure of Thor he saw was glowing white - not a light that shaped himself, just his appearance like emitting light.

The radiant figure of Thor smiled. "I wouldn't have thought I'd be able to meet you here Arthur."

Arthur was astonished and wondering. "Didn't you? Isn't this really you Thor?"

For a moment Arthur thought that Thor was his friend back to life, but he looked around him again carefully and finally he realized that this was not the real world.

"A .. I really miss you Thor! Since you left me. .. And our other friends have said so."

Thor smiled gently. "Is that so? Have I left you guys long ago? Am I as popular as I thought I was?"

Arthur nodded. "Of course Thor! Many good deeds and services you did, even you would sacrifice your life for us while holding back the demon horde. When remembering that incident, my heart aches from having to lose you!"

"Hellen missed you too! He talks a lot about you because you're the one who's been helping him all this time" Arthur continued quickly.

Thor was slightly startled and then smiled back when he heard that. "Is that so? I think it's a fact like that ahaha .. I'm happy as long as I live I do a lot of good things for him, but unfortunately in the end I'm not able to express my feelings to him."

"However, you know Arthur ... hearing what you said earlier had made me quite happy, which at first I thought I didn't attract him at all."

"You're the kind and cheerful person that was among Thor's other friends, your kind and caring attitude is what made us lose you so much."
