Gonna Get Married

Viceroy swung his racket, hit a feather ball so light that it flew into the sky, the opponent in the next net had prepared the horses to return the ball. 

"Out!" shouted the linesman, making the game of badminton complete.

Viceroy walked out of the field, he immediately headed to the sidelines to fetch his mineral water. Exercising is the most effective way for him to release stress and fatigue of mind.

"Tumben your blow is messed up, Roy," said Viceroy's opponent approaching Viceroy.

The man smiled and offered a bottle of mineral water to Viceroy.

"Thank you for being my co-star, Riko," Viceroy said to the man named Riko.

Viceroy sat on the sidelines straightening his legs. Sweat washed all over his body. Viceroy has not been on the badminton field for a long time because of his busy work schedule.

"Frequently take to the field, do not just work," said Riko.

Riko is a friend of the Viceroy badminton club, in addition, Riko also works at his company. For Viceroy, Riko is a smart and mature figure who is nice to be invited to discuss and exchange ideas. 

"Riko, I'm getting married" Viceroy said.

"Seriously?" ask Riko not to believe it.

"Why doesn't everyone believe that I'm getting married?" Viceroy asked back.

"Are you being betrothed?" ask Riko.

"No" replied Viceroy.

"If you're not dating, not being betrothed, then why would you suddenly get married?" ask Riko again.

"Are you recklessly carrying out the loading and unloading of dangerous goods, until you are finally charged with responsibility?" Riko continued the question.

"As someone who's been married, what do you think?" viceroy asked Riko.

He knows Riko was married, but the marriage ended four years ago, until now Riko seems to be single.

"Marriage is not good, but it is delicious," replied Riko as she chuckled.

"There will be someone who serves you from you to open your eyes until you close your eyes, it's an experience that I feel even if only temporarily," replied Riko.

Viceroy took a sip of his mineral water, he could see the bitterness radiated from Riko's facial features. 

"Roy, do you know, actually in the near future I will also end my dual status, it's just that this woman who was betrothed to me rejected me," said Riko.

"Seriously, is there a woman who rejects you Riko?" viceroy asked in amazement.

"Did that woman go crazy for rejecting you?" ask Viceroy.

To Viceroy, Riko was the perfect man. Men with a good family background and are well educated. Viceroy knew Riko's father when he started his business twelve years ago. Viceroy finds out that Mr. Rusdy is Riko's father when Riko takes his father into their badminton club activities.

"Yes, I certainly don't want to blame myself for having rejected it when betrothed, because I already have a lover. Then we met again and she was still single. Don't you think we're fools?" Riko looked enthusiastic.

"If a soul mate meets, don't you think?" comment Viceroy.

"So, you're going on leave to work for the wedding?" ask Riko.

Viceroy shrugged his shoulders, he would not waste money to throw a wedding party that he really did not want.

Viceroy wanted to get married, but not Vara. Vara was present when he needed someone to be invited to marry in order to fulfill his gamble with his brother. It just so happened that the woman came to fulfill the invitation made by him. Incidentally, he became a strong candidate to be invited to make a deal. Vara is single and she is not in a relationship with anyone else. It is very difficult to get someone else's wife married. And more importantly, the woman is not a problem to be invited to get married suddenly and without the hassle of having a wedding party that certainly requires a lot of funds. It was redemptive for the Viceroy to spend money to celebrate a marriage he did not want at all. At the moment Viceroy's focus is on winning bets with his older brother who always takes him for granted.
