Meet Miss Rumi

The area of the Royal Group's orchards reaches tens of hectares. This tourist spot is professionally managed, with various facilities such as shops, places to eat, outbound places, and tours ranging from plant nurseries to harvested fruits. Not to mention, to increase its economic value, these fruits are also processed into various food products ranging from chips, sweets, to jam.

Vara was enthusiastic to see the number of fruits that exist, even though in the yard of the Viceroy house there are also several kinds of fruits that are ready to be picked at any time. After collecting the desired fruits in a rattan basket, Vara took it to the clerk who calculated the total fruits to be paid. They then headed to the gazebo in the north, located close to shops and restaurants.

Vara soon joins Ozy and Santika who are already sitting lesehan in the gazebo. It looks like Ozy has started peeling off the fruits she wants. 

"Well, where's Mas Handsome, Vara?" ozy asked to see Vara coming alone.

"Some time, there is still to be taken care of" replied Vara.

"His job?" ask Santika.

"It seems so," replied Vara.

"Vara!" someone called Vara. 

Vara turned to the middle-aged woman who called out to him. 

"Bu Rumi," Vara greeted the middle-aged woman back.

Vara immediately approached the middle-aged woman he called Bu Rumi. Bu Rumi is Riko's mother, the woman who almost became her in-law. 

Of all the Riko family, Bu Rumi becomes the one who accepts Vara with open arms. Ms. Rumi already considers Vara like her own child. Miss Rumi likes Vara very much, in her eyes Vara is a beautiful and obedient girl. Miss Rumi really wants Vara to be her daughter-in-law. When Vara comes to visit Riko's house with her mother, Bu Rumi prefers to spend time with Vara, while Vara's mother used to spend time with Bu Muji, Bu Rumi's sister-in-law.

"Riko likes to eat chili, Vara must be smart to make good sambal, Mother will teach her how," said Bu Rumi who immediately invited Vara to her kitchen.

Rumi likes to cook a lot, so Vara became interested in learning to cook because of Bu Rumi who taught her.

"Sambal not only must be spicy, there must be a taste that can make people who eat it always addictive, even miss your homemade chili," said Bu Rumi.

When Riko returned home for the semester break, Bu Rumi always invited Vara to cook together, but Riko was never willing to eat the cooking of small children like Vara, even though at that time Vara was already sitting in the first grade of High School. Bu Rumi always tried to get Vara closer to Riko, but Riko of course always avoided.

"Vara, Riko likes women who are not just beautiful, must be smart, deft, and smart to cook. Riko's heart must be broken, I really can't wait to see Vara become Mom's daughter-in-law" said Bu Rumi who hopes very much for Vara.

However, Bu Rumi is disappointed when Riko decides to marry Laras. Bu Rumi feels bad for Vara who seems to have hoped very much like her. 

"It's okay, Vara, hopefully Vara will match up with the best man for Vara" Bu Rumi told Vara when Riko refused the arranged marriage for them because she was going to marry Laras.

"Thank you for the kindness of Bu Rumi all this time," Vara said hugging the middle-aged woman.

Vara immediately kissed the back of his hand and hugged Bu Rumi after making out, as was his habit long ago when meeting and saying goodbye to the thick-bodied middle-aged woman.

"How are you, Vara? You look more beautiful" said Bu Rumi, taking off Vara's embrace, looking at Vara with a sparkling look.

"Vara's fine, Mom. Rumi ma'am how are you?" ask Vara.

"Good news" replied Ms. Rumi. 

"Mother came here alone?" ask Vara.

"There are you, already to the parking lot first, I'm still waiting for friends," said Bu Rumi. "Vara also came with friends?" ask Miss Rumi.

"Yes, ma'am," replied Vara.

"Oh yeah, Vara, the news that I heard Vara was married, huh? Mom and Dad were out of town when they heard that Vara was getting married" said Rumi.

"It's not sudden, ma'am, it's time, '" replied Vara smiling kindly.

"Vara's done, huh?" ask Miss Rumi.

"Haha, why do you ask that?" vara answered, laughing.

"Finally, I see it's a bit fat," said Ms. Rumi.

"Mother just long time no see Vara," said Vara.

Vara is unlikely to admit that her mother was very watching Vara's weight. I do not want Vara to look fat which will later be the talk of neighbors, still single but already so fat, especially later married, can-can be as big as a water cannon. During his life with Viceroy, no one was watching Vara's weight. Vara can eat anything she likes without a warning alarm going off. 

"Vara, how are you doing in the village?" ask Miss Rumi.

"Mother and father are in good health, ma'am," replied Vara.

"Alright, then I say goodbye first, healthy yes, if there is time to stop by the house, I miss cooking with Vara," said Bu Rumi say goodbye.

Vara kissed the back of her hand, splashed and hugged Bu Rumi tightly before they parted ways. It is very deep, Vara wants to have a mother-in-law like Miss Rumi. Whether what sins Vara committed in the past, to have a mother-in-law like the Queen Mother who even gave him a test so that Vara divided her husband with other women.
