Decision Letter

"Again what to talk about? It was so exciting like," Jenah suddenly appeared.

Vara laughed again, so Vara, he prefers to answer with a smile and laughter so as not to herd public opinion.

The phone on Vara's desk rang, he answered immediately.

"Siang, Vara," said Vara.

"Vara, calm and quiet, yes," said Mbak Luna who called Vara.

"Yes, Ms. Lun," said Vara.

"Vara, have you got SK?" mama asked Luna in a low voice.

"Not yet, Ms. Lun," replied Vara.

"Maybe it's not your turn yet, Vara," Luna said before hanging up.

Vara suddenly filled, SK referred to by Mbak Luna is a Decision Letter of Appointment from a contract employee to a permanent employee. A piece of paper that is so meaningful to all employees, which is predicted to change the fate of employees. The letter that was so coveted by Vara, every year waiting, without ever being certain when to be appointed as a permanent employee. Luna joined three months earlier than Vara. So, it is only natural that Mbak Luna was first appointed as a permanent employee.

Ma'am Noer, enter Vara's office. He sat down at Vara's desk, opening a white envelope.

"Where's Noer from?" ask Vara.

"Called HRD, given this, did you get Vara?" mbak Noer asked to show a letter of appointment of employees for him.

Noer's mother has been appointed as a permanent employee. Suddenly, Vara felt her head empty. Mbak Noer joined Victory Group on the same day as Vara.

"Never, Ma'am," replied Vara trying to smile despite how heavy it felt.

"Wait for your turn, Vara," Noer said. "But reportedly, Si Yana only four years of work has been appointed as a permanent employee you know."

"Patience Vara, just follow the words of the HRD Manager, if it is still paid by the company, it means it is still used!" Noer's mother comforts Vara.

"Yes Ma'am, I understand, all the decisions are clearly in the hands of Mr. Ryo as I have the company, I'm just coming along" said Vara.

There are two things that are the most sensitive issues in Victory Group, namely salary problems and staffing status issues. As a company owned by one person, of course the absolute decision is in the hands of the owner. All the decisions that exist in this company are entirely the policy of Mr. Ryo.

Vara so thought, if Vara did not pass the test given by Mr. Ryo, so he still did not receive the decision letter that he had been waiting for seven years working at this company.
