Vara headed to the laundry located not far from his office to deliver the dirty clothes and take his clothes clean. Today he decided not to overtime, because he wanted to rest after drunk vehicles.
Vara tries to call Viceroy's phone, but again the phone is busy. Vara wondered why it was so difficult to contact the man. It was as if only that man was free to contact Vara. As Ozy said, is Vara the umpteenth wife of Viceroy?
Vara immediately typed a message for the man.
I need to get to the hotel faster, I'm tired of it
The man did not even reply to Vara's message immediately. Though the cellphone is an item that cannot be separated from the man's grasp. Even Viceroy was still busy talking even though it was late at night. It was as if the man was feeding her with something else, so Vara was not important at all.
Ck, Vara is upset.
Vara soon realized, for what he was upset, really like a fool. Didn't they agree not to interfere in each other's personal affairs?
The two of them did not even live a married life in general, because their marriage was just a formality.
Vara heads to the town square for dinner. So when he arrived at the hotel, he just needed to take a shower and go to sleep as usual. The square looks crowded with visitors because it has entered the weekend. Moreover, the city square became one of the culinary centers of the five feet. Many merchants are selling food and drinks filled with visitors.
Vara has arrived at the merchant entourage of fried chicken that became his subscription. He also ordered red bean ice and fruit salad.
Vara's phone rang, finding Viceroy's name on the flat screen. It felt like Vara was reluctant to answer the man's call. But he finally answered too.
"Where are you?" ask Viceroy.
"I'm in the square" replied Vara briefly.
"Alright, I'm going there" Viceroy said.
"I was just about to take you out to dinner together" Viceroy said as he met Vara, who was enjoying a bowl of red bean ice.
Vara just silently did not respond, because all this time they had never had dinner together.
"Take a taste," Viceroy grabbed Vara's hand holding a spoonful of red bean ice, then pointed it at her mouth.
"Where do I want to, too?" ask Viceroy.
Vara simply pointed towards the middle-aged man who was selling two troupes from their position. Viceroy immediately approached the man, he also ordered the fried chicken dishes as ordered by Vara.
"Why do you just shut up?" viceroy asked towards Vara.
Vara did not answer, he chewed red beans slowly.
"You're mad at me?" ask Viceroy again.
"No, why am I mad at you?" Vara asked back.
"Then, why are you just quiet?" ask Viceroy.
"I was just thinking, why am I so hard to reach you? It's like you're the only one who can look for me" Vara replied.
"Sorry, it's not that I'm really very busy, but I know you called me, so I called you after my business was done" the Viceroy replied.
"Viceroy, I'm looking for you because there's something important, I'm not just a prankster just to ask if you've eaten or not" Vara said.
Viceroy looked straight at Vara who pursed his lips. Viceroy felt that Vara looked cute when she was upset.
"Viceroy, sorry, please ignore my words, I feel my emotions are currently unstable, please do not take heart," continued Vara.
"Why are you the one apologizing? I was wrong" Viceroy said.
"No, I was wrong" said Vara.
"Vara, I was wrong" Viceroy said.
"I was wrong, Ma'am, Mas" said the father of the ice seller who delivered Viceroy's order.
Vara and Viceroy looked at the two of them and laughed together. They really look like fools because they fuss about the unclear.
"How much is it, Mom?" ask Vara to the seller's mother.
"It has been paid the same high Mas, Ma'am," replied the mother of the seller defaults.
Vara immediately approached Viceroy.
"Viceroy, how much do I have to pay for my food?" ask Vara.
"No need, I'll treat you, '" replied Viceroy.
"Don't act like someone with a lot of money! You better save your money to help ease your brother's burden, don't let your sister work hard on her own" Vara said.
Viceroy frowned, did Vara take Viceroy's words seriously as he was drawing the sympathy of his future in-laws?
Did Vara really think that Viceroy was a fish trader like Vara's mother said?
Really, why would Viceroy help his brother work? His brother could make a lot of money without having to work hard.
"So, where are we staying tonight?" ask Vara.
"You wanna guess again?" Viceroy asked back.
"No need, it's up to you to take me where, '" Vara said.
"So, doesn't it matter if I take you to hell?" viceroy asked, laughing.
"No problem, the important thing is that you come too" said Vara.
Viceroy laughed again, but this time he felt a thump.
