Fleur looked at the father increasingly sharply. The gray-eyed little girl did not say a word, other than through a gesture. He wanted to show that he did not like the name Benjamin mentioned earlier. Fleur then turned his gaze to the rest of the macarons who were left with a few more fruits in the box. The little girl fell down. "What can Elle do? I think she's just a spoiled, angry girl" Fleur said grimly, making Benjamin quickly move from his seat. Half crouching down, Benjamin grabbed the little girl's hand then grasped it. "Don't persuade me, Papa," Fleur said. He knew what Benjamin was going to do.
"I must persuade you, Fleur," said the gray-eyed man still with his gentle demeanor and tone. "Listen, Elle is a nice girl and also very fun. You have to know him better to know how amazing he is" Benjamin said. He kept trying to convince the princess.
"It's amazing for Papa, not necessarily for me," Fleur argued, throwing his face away from his father.
"Please, Fleur. You're a kid, honey. It's not appropriate for you to be this tough" Benjamin scolds. "Know something. I've planned a wedding with Elle" said the man, confidently, making Fleur turn his head and turn his eyes. He seemed to be very dislikeful of what Benjamin had just told him. "Yes. You didn't hear me wrong. I'm going to have a wedding with Elle this fall. I hope you can cooperate and accept my decision" Benjamin said.
Fleur did not answer. The little girl was still with her pair of eyes staring intently at the father. He also made a box with the rest of a few macarons, until the box became shapeless. After which, Fleur threw it before Benjamin while crying hysterically. The copper-haired brunette reflex dodged, so she slightly lurched back. "Get out of my room, Papa!" throw Fleur away with half a shout.
Benjamin stood up while watching the princess. He felt astonished at Fleur's drastic change in attitude. The man thoughtless, as Fleur vehemently rejected Autumn's presence among them. "What's your problem Fleur? Why do you hate Elle so much?" ask with a fairly firm emphasis.
"I don't like it! I don't like Elle or any woman you're going to marry! If she's not Elle, then I still won't allow you to bring anyone here!" reject Fleur still with his hysterical attitude. "Papa is mine and I won't share it with any woman!" firmly the little girl.
"How can you have such thoughts? Who has instilled this silliness in you, Fleur?" as much as possible Benjamin can still master his anger that began to ignite. However, fortunately she still had full awareness, that what she was facing at that time was her own biological daughter.
"Nobody influenced my mind! I don't want you to marry any woman, Papa!" fleur's firmness again made Benjamin link his brows with an expression of disbelief.
"No, Fleur. Nah! This is not you," Benjamin refused, shaking his head slowly.
"Go from here, Papa! If you still want to choose Elle, then let me go back to Marseille. You don't have to visit me anymore! Let it be as if I have no parents at all" Fleur said the braver the longer.
"Fleur!" sergeant Benjamin. Highlight the gray eyes of the man began to look sharp. "Never speak so recklessly! What would I tell your mother if she questioned my sense of responsibility for you?"
"I just want to live a normal life!" benjamin's tone began to be firm and high. Soon, however, the man soon regained his senses. He immediately adjusted his breathing to make it much calmer and in control. "You know that all this time I've always put you first over everything. Please, Fleur. I'm getting married to Elle. So give your consent and don't argue much anymore" Benjamin said later.
"Please marry her, but don't expect me to stay!" threaten Fleur later.
"You're threatening me?" the gray-eyed man scrunched his forehead. "Where are you going? Who's gonna take care of you? You know for yourself that Aamber has often suffered from health problems. Then, you still want to force her to work hard, especially having to face a little girl with a character like you!" Benjamin firmly.
"I don't care even if I have to be a bum!" fleur replied still with his stern attitude. The cheerful face and wide laughter had disappeared from the beautiful face of the gray-eyed little girl.
"Say one more time, Fleur!" the firm and deep tone of Benjamin made the ten-year-old cry bitterly.
Along with that, Aamber appeared. Seeing the situation that was not wearing, he immediately approached Fleur and clasped him tightly. Wearing the hair of a little girl who has always been a darling. "Calm down, son," he said softly and soulfully. While Fleur embraced the nanny's waist tighter and tighter. He hid his face there while continuing to cry. "Here you go, don't cry. You are a strong child and also very tough," Aamber persuaded the encouraging Fleur.
"Papa doesn't love me. Unlike you, Auntie," Fleur said in between sobs.
"Keep thinking like that, Fleur. If it wasn't for my love for you, then I wouldn't have cared or asked for approval to marry Elle. But in fact, I still do that. What's my fault for wanting to marry a woman other than your mother?" benjamin's anger could no longer be contained. But again, he had to regain consciousness and control. Benjamin recalled that what he was dealing with was a ten-year-old child. A moment later, he turned his attention to Aamber. "Please and give her understanding. We'll talk later, "firmly, the gray-eyed man said to the nanny.
Aamber did not answer. He only responded to the speech from the owner of the luxurious residence with a soft nod. While his hands still continued to gently stroke Fleur's long hair. Raut was disappointed at Benjamin's harsh attitude towards Fleur, vividly painted on the middle-aged woman's face.
After saying so, Benjamin immediately walked out of Fleur's room carrying his anger. Benjamin preferred to dodge, rather than get out of control. It's good if he calms down first. Meeting with Autumn is the best idea.
