Edgar stared intently at Benjamin. He stood up while holding the golf stick with his right hand. His left hand was clenched near his thigh. "What relationship do you mean?" ask him with a full look.

"Me and your daughter love each other. We've been in a relationship for a while now" Benjamin said, trying to stay calm.

"Since when?" edgar's tone was suddenly not as warm as before.

"Since the inauguration of the resort in Marseille," Benjamin replied confidently and confidently.

"Oh, so?" the impressed response was very unfriendly in Benjamin's ears. He had been able to foresee this from the start, which was why Benjamin had prepared himself for even the worst. "You're dating my daughter secretly?" ask Edgar again. His sharp gaze felt increasingly piercing the recesses of Benjamin's heart.

"Yes" replied the gray-eyed man confidently. "We're waiting for the right time to talk" he explained.

"So you're the guy he met in Marseille?" facial features, eye-to-eye, and Edgar's tone of speech, make the atmosphere feel more tense. But Benjamin didn't want to be hooked. The thirty-five-year-old man still tried to show a positive response to the change in attitude Edgar showed him. "Have you fucked my daughter too?" lost was Edgar's respect for his business partner. The term 'You' is now instantly changed into a commonplace call that he used to use for everyday.

"I love him" Benjamin said straightforwardly and confidently.

An answer Edgar did not expect. The middle-aged man approached and stood right before Benjamin, who had not changed his position since earlier. Equally having beautiful gray eyes, the two beautiful men looked at each other deeply. "Look, Mr. Royce," Edgar again said. "I have great respect for you, even though our age is quite far apart. I appreciate a Benjamin Royce with all the achievements and big names he has made in the business world. However, for this one I'm really sorry. My daughter is twenty-two years old. You think I'd just hand it over to a guy like you?"

"Man like me?" Benjamin knitted his brows as a sign of incomprehension.

"Yes, men like you," Edgar reiterated. "Everyone knows what Benjamin Royce's personal life is like. You and dozens of women who have dated you. Jeez ...." Edgar clucked slowly.

"That's my past, before I met your daughter. After being in a relationship with Elle, all my attention was on her. There's no other woman" Benjamin assured Edgar. "There are many who live with the past that are not commendable and I will not deny it. I'm not a good man. However, I tried to be better for the love I felt for Elle. I'm sure you can understand that, Mr. Hillaire. We as men, can't be separated from the jerk attitude. However, there are times when a man finds a figure who can take him on a noble purpose in life. Right now, I'm climbing the stairs to reach the highest goal of my life, which is marriage and family," Benjamin explained to Edgar at length.

For a moment, Edgar was silent. His breathing sounds pretty heavy. The man seemed to be holding a considerable amount of anger in him. "We see how much you can fight for my daughter" finished saying so, Edgar turned his back and left, leaving Benjamin still standing glued to him.

Meanwhile, Autumn just got home from the office. As usual, he chose to walk even though the cold air started to whack. A moment later, Autumn stopped her steps in front of a toy store. He then went in and looked through all the toys that were sold there. It seems, the girl wants to go back in childhood when she saw all the funny toys.

Autumn's attention was then drawn to a white music box, with ballerinas on it. The girl turned the lever, until the sound of classical music is very soothing. The ballerina who was on top, seemed to spin as if dancing to the rhythm of the music. Autumn smiled gently. He loved the music box.

After a while, the girl stopped in front of a flower shop. Autumn ordered white roses from there. After getting everything she needed, the brunette continued on her way to a place she had not been to for a long time.

The air is getting colder. However, it did not dampen Autumn's intentions, until finally he stood at the door of a magnificent house. After he knocked on the door, someone opened it from the inside. "Bonjour" said Autumn to a woman dressed as a servant. "I want to meet ...."

"Elle?" the voice of a woman who was none other than Aamber, was heard there greeting Autumn kindly. The woman's maid immediately retreated, as Aamber approached the door. "How are you, Elle?" with a warm smile.

"Pretty good. You alone?" Autumn asked back. "I heard yesterday that you were not well" said the girl.

"Ah, it's okay. I just fell in the bathroom" Aamber said, laughing softly. "Come. Come in, Elle," he asked Autumn who had been standing outside. The girl smiled as she stepped through the door. "It just so happens that Ben hasn't been home since. He said today he had to meet with one of his business associates. Have you made any promises?" Aamber looked at Autumn with everything she had brought.

"Not really. At first I didn't plan to come here. However, I suddenly remembered the state of Fleur. I heard that he was sick" explained Autumn who was still standing.

"Yes, you're right" Aamber replied. "She just got back from the hospital this afternoon. Do you want to see him in person?" haggle with the middle-aged woman.

Autumn nodded slowly. "I hope she's willing to meet me" said the girl hesitantly.

"try it. After all, you've brought him something, "Aamber said in the paper bag and the flowers Autumn brought. "That's for Fleur, right?"

Autumn smiled as she nodded slowly. "Ben doesn't like teddy bears" he said.

"Yes, already. Come on," take Aamber. He asks Autumn to follow him. "Yesterday Ben looks very troubled. I also can't help him because my body hurts all," said the slightly fat woman.

"Yes. He told me, " Autumn continued to follow the nanny from Fleur, until they stopped in front of the little girl's room. Aamber then opened the door. He went in first.

In the room, Fleur was reading. The copper-haired little girl turned to Aamber for a moment and smiled. However, his smile faded away when he saw Autumn enter the room.
