Autumn complains of being upset after her two calls are left unanswered by Benjamin. It had been almost fifteen minutes, he and Arumi were waiting for the arrival of the man at a place they had already agreed upon. However, until lunchtime was almost over, Benjamin did not come. "Where is Mr Royce? Why didn't he show up, too?" Arumi looked bored waiting.

"Wait a minute, Mom. My call just went unanswered. I think ... maybe he's on the road" Autumn said, though she wasn't sure. "Hopefully," he murmured softly. It was so slow that Arumi did not hear it.

"I'm just asking permission to go a little while to your father. My time's up, Elle. I still have to go somewhere else," Arumi said somewhat annoyedly. Autumn just took a short breath. His lunch break will soon be over. "alright. Let's wait for that man of your heart in ten minutes. If it's more than that, then don't prevent me from leaving here" Arumi said firmly. Autumn said nothing. However, a glimmer of hope appeared when his phone rang. Benjamin's name appears on the screen. Immediately, the girl answered. "Thank God. Where are you, Ben? My mom and I have been waiting for you since. Why are you taking so long? Hurry up, because my break time will soon run out, "Autumn continues to lean on Benjamin relentlessly.

"Elle ..." came the heavy voice of the gray-eyed man from the other end of the phone. Benjamin hesitated to say something to Autumn. "Elle, I'm sorry .." she said so deeply.

"My daughter's sick. She had a high fever last night. Then, this morning suddenly a seizure. Now I'm with him at the hospital. Fleur's condition stabilized," Benjamin explained, instantly making Autumn stunned when he heard. Benjamin did not answer immediately. The man was silent for a moment. A moment later, Fleur's father again said, "Give him your cell phone, Elle," he said.

"For what?" asked Autumn not to understand.

"Give it," Benjamin said.

Autumn obeyed the words of her lover. He thrust his phone at Arumi who was still sitting with a flat face. "Ben wants to talk to mom" the girl said, sitting next to Arumi. He was curious about what Benjamin would say to his mother.

"Trees bien, merci. I'm sorry Miss Hillaire. You must have been waiting for me since then" Benjamin said, opening a conversation between them.

"Yes, that's absolutely right. I've spent a few minutes sitting here and just watching people passing by," replied Arumi withstanding the saturation that had been mounting in her heart since.

"I'm sorry again. There are some things that are outside of the plan. One of them was because my daughter was suddenly not feeling well and had to be hospitalized" Benjamin explained. "I can't leave him. Therefore, I was forced to cancel all schedules that had been made. I was trying to contact Elle before, but maybe he was busy" explained the copper-haired man at length.

There was one thing that made Arumi pause for a moment, after listening to the man's explanation. He stared intently at Autumn, rendering the twenty-three-year-old girl clueless. "Oh, so? Yes, I can understand it, Mr. Royce. May your daughter recover soon," Arumi replied without letting go of the sharp gaze of her eldest daughter. Autumn looks worried. He had never spoken of Benjamin's status to his mother.

"Thank you for your understanding, Ms. Hillaire. One thing is certain that I love your daughter very much" Benjamin was silent for a moment before continuing. "Yes, I know that we are a long way off, but I hope it doesn't matter to you or Mr. Hillaire. I'll talk to him soon. It just so happens that tomorrow we have plans to meet" the man said with great expectation.

"Yes, Elle's been talking a lot about you even though not all she's saying. Please talk to Edgar yourself, because I think it should be your duty. My husband really likes a guy who dares to be straightforward. I can't make any decisions.
