The Proposition De Stage

Benjamin, who was having a conversation with Edgar, immediately turned his attention to Autumn who was sitting not far from him. The girl did not look at him at all. Autumn opened the phone again and seemed to focus on playing the object.

Not long after, there was a notification that the plane they were going to ride was ready. They rushed to bring their own luggage. Apparently, Benjamin will return to Paris on the same day and on the same plane. It's a coincidence Autumn didn't really expect.

However, the girl again chose to be indifferent, even though she felt a little uncomfortable and occasionally stole a look at the beautiful man. One more thing that makes Autumn feel surprised. Benjamin was sitting in the chair next to him. "Darren, can we switch seats? I want to look out the window" whispered Autumn.

Darren who was busy listening to music through his earphones immediately turned his head. Without saying much, the brunette young man immediately agreed to the request of the older brother. For a moment Darren had a glance at Benjamin who just happened to look at them. The young man nodded politely, and replied a similar nod from Benjamin.

"You're not happy sitting next to your girlfriend, Elle?" whispered Darren made Autumn instantly swerve at him.

"Shut your mouth!" sergeant Autumn is slow. He turned his gaze out the window when the plane had started taking off.

The journey between Marseille and Paris does not take too long. After about an hour on the flight, the plane they were on finally arrived at the airport in Paris.

"Did anyone pick you up, Mr Royce?" edgar asked as they all got off the plane.

"Yes. My personal driver is on his way here" Benjamin replied briefly.

"In that case, I will not offer you a free ride" Edgar said again accompanied by a soft laugh.

"I thank you in advance, Mr. Hillaire. Good luck until you get home" Benjamin looked at the family one by one. His gaze locked on Autumn for a moment. The beautiful girl turned to her, but soon she turned her gaze in another direction. Benjamin was able to understand the cold attitude Autumn had shown him. He paid first, because the driver who picked him up had arrived in front of the airport.

"Why can Mr Royce come home with us, ma'am?" whisper Autumn to Arumi. He did not dare to speak to Edgar after the incident before his departure.

"Your father and Mr. Royce have indeed made a promise to go home together" replied Arumi. He then dragged his suitcase to the car of their invitation that had been waiting since. They also continued their journey home.

On the way home, Autumn again did not say much. The girl went back to daydreaming while staring out the window. Soon, however, all his daydreams were up when he felt his phone vibrate. Autumn then grabbed the phone she had placed on top of her lap. The girl checks for an incoming message that turns out to be from Benjamin.

I'm glad to see you're okay.

Autumn complained quietly after reading the message. That made her feelings even more upset. He did not understand the meaning of that man. "Sucks," said Autumn slowly while putting her phone back on her lap. Autumn looked out the window again.

"I told you, Elle. Stop messing with our dad. He's a good guy. However, after we both grew up, then suddenly Mr. Hillaire became a firm father with very strict rules. I'm surprised because you're still free to go out at night. One more, Elle. I won't forever help you through the window. If you ever find out about it, then I don't want to get dragged into the trouble you're making. I don't want my credit card frozen anymore" Darren said at length as he walked into his room.

Autumn was silent for a moment. He rushed to the room and immediately threw his body on the bed. "Leonardo Orville, Benjamin Royce, you're both very annoying men!" gerutu Autumn closed her eyes. However, Autumn was just closed suddenly she heard a knock on the door.

"Elle! Are you inside?" arumi's voice came from outside. Lazily Autumn got up and stepped towards the door, and immediately opened it. Look at the beautiful face of the mother with a sweet smile that characterizes the woman. "You're not sleeping, are you?" asked Arumi softly. Autumn replied with a soft slit.

Arumi looked at her eldest daughter for a moment. "Your father wants to talk for a second. You'd better meet her right now," said Arumi still in her gentle tone. Autumn seemed to want to protest, but he immediately paused and chose to obey. He closes the door and follows Arumi's steps towards the father's office.

Inside, Edgar had just finished talking to someone on the phone. He then sat with his legs crossed, while Autumn and Arumi chose to sit in a chair not far from the man.

"What's up, Dad?" Autumn ventured to ask, even though the girl did not dare to look into the eyes of the father for a long time.

"Prepare proposals for internships. I want you to have a much more positive activity than wandering around at night without permission" Edgar said firmly and straightforwardly, leaving Autumn wide-eyed.

"Internship proposal? Me?" Autumn doesn't believe her father's decision.

"Yes, of course you are. I've recommended you for an internship at The Royal Royce Hotel. Prepare now and send tomorrow to the personnel section," Edgar said in a firm tone.

"The Royal Royce Hotel?" muttered Autumn in disbelief. He then fell silent for a moment. His feelings started to feel bad at that time.

"Yes. I've spoken to Mr. Royce and recommended you intern there. Mr. Royce agrees with that" Edgar said without changing his style of speech.

"Why should it be there?" autumn Protest .

"Because that place has the potential to support your career later. You'll learn a lot there" replied Edgar.

"I don't want to be there" Autumn refused firmly.

"Why?" ask Edgar.
