"I'm confused how to explain it to you, Elle. One thing's for sure, Leon you can't count on. He's not a good lover" explained Darren.
"You're very long-winded. It's boring!" lamented Autumn. He got up from his seat and went to the bathroom. However, his intention came to a halt due to hearing a knock on the door of the room. Autumn then glanced at the younger brother. "Hurry to hide the snacks! Don't let me see you eating on the bed!" tell Autumn to whisper. He then stepped towards the door and opened it.
A beautiful face of Arumi appeared behind the door. He smiled sweetly at Autumn. After which, the middle-aged woman gawked into the room. "Darren, what are you doing in Elle's room at this hour?" asked Arumi who was astonished to see her youngest son at that time.
"Darren wanted to borrow my computer, but I didn't allow it" Autumn said, turning to the younger brother, who had climbed out of bed and walked up to him.
"I just wanted to tell Elle something, but I don't think Elle would be interested."
"You should pack up soon, as we're leaving this afternoon" Arumi said. He then glanced at Autumn who had not had time to change clothes. "You don't eat breakfast. Don't tell me if you just got home this morning" he said.
"I came home last night, but woke up late and had not changed clothes because Darren first came in here and disturbed me," Autumn said.
"Alright, I'll just go to my room," said Darren as he moved out of Autumn's room with a look of wonder Arumi. However, the beautiful woman was not too dizzy. He turned his eyes back to Autumn, who was sitting back in her chair and checking her phone.
"You packed up, Elle?" Arumi watched her eldest daughter closely. He knew that Autumn was not interested in Marseille. The girl was less fond of formal occasions which made her feel bored.
Autumn still looks busy with her phone screen. Whether he really did not hear Arumi's words or just pretended, he continued to focus on the square object. "You didn't hear me, Elle?" reprimand Arumi makes Autumn distract him for a moment from the screen of the phone. He looked at the mother.
"Why did you force me and Darren to come to Marseille, Mom?"
"That's your father's decision. So, if you want to protest, then say it in front of him. I'm just reminding you to pack up soon, because we'll be there for about three days. So prepare the things you need to bring. We'll leave at three this afternoon, "after that, Arumi then walks towards the door. But before he got out of there, he turned back. "I hope you and Darren don't cause any trouble while there" she said. Arumi walked out without closing the door.
At about two in the afternoon, Autumn was ready. He dragged his suitcase out of the room and waited in the living room. A moment later, Darren came with a sizable backpack. The backpack he used to climb mountains with his friends. Darren has a similar hobby as Edgar. He was a perfect duplicate of that man.
"I'm sure Leon hasn't returned your message. Aye, right?" whispered Darren who was already sitting next to Autumn. The gray-eyed girl glared at the young man. His face still looks upset. He did not want to respond to the words of his sister, especially because at that time Arumi and Edgar had appeared there. The two brothers immediately stood up.
Edgar Hillaire's. He still looks handsome even though he is no longer young. His divinity emanated so clearly, from the body language that he showed in front of his two children who had now grown up. However, Edgar still had an incredible gaze capable of knocking out anyone. No exception Autumn who is stubborn like the mother.
"Thank God you're both finally willing to come along. It's a very important event. There will be many colleagues and successful entrepreneurs who will also be present at the event. So, in addition to having to maintain an attitude, you will also certainly get a lot of interesting knowledge about the business world," explained the man who is now half a century older. He then glanced at Arumi who was smiling sweetly at him.
"We're leaving now, honey?" asked Arumi while holding the husband's arm.
"Yes. Don't be late for the airport. I'm afraid we're stuck in traffic on the street" said Edgar. He ordered his personal driver to bring their belongings and put them in the trunk of the car. Once everything is ready, they immediately go to the airport.
Fortunately, because the road was not too crowded, so they could arrive at the airport on time. Without waiting any longer, the plane they were about to board was ready to take off. They also flew to Marseille.
During the trip, Autumn, who was sitting with Darren, chose not to talk much. He did not even have time to say goodbye to Leon who did not also reply to messages or answer calls from him. While Darren seemed asleep, but the journey from Paris to Marseille did not take long.
Moments later, the plane they were boarding had arrived in the city of Marseille. They were picked up by a driver from Edgar's company. The driver immediately took the employer and his family to the house that Edgar had bought several years ago. He deliberately bought the house because he and Arumi often come to the city of Marseille. So, they no longer stay at Uncle Arumi's residence.
The house is not as big as their residence in Paris. However, it is a very comfortable house and faces directly to the sea. Autumn likes the place. He felt much calmer in that house. Arriving there, Edgar immediately contacted someone.
"Mr Royce, we've arrived in Marseille. What if you stop by here?"
