"The witches from the northern Coven(8) area will meet with the vampires near our territory, based on the information we have, both parties have established an affiliation." Raphael explained as he flipped the documents before Torak.
Torak raised his hand, giving a sign for Raphael to stop talking. "We'll talk about it later," he said in a cold voice.
After that he turned his attention to Ronan. "Alpha Ronan.. I heard someone from your flock saw a Kanima in our territory last week?"
Kanima is a shape shifter, a mutation of the werewolf gene. Kanimas can be classified as dangerous creatures because they are commonly used as tools of revenge.
These beings do not seek the Flock or the Community, but they seek a Master and will carry out whatever command of the Master.
Alpha Ronan lowered his gaze. "Yes, Alpha Supreme Torak" he confessed. To find another being trespassing into his territory is an insult to Alpha Ronan. "Actually two days ago another member of the Herd identified two Kanimas, changing into human beings within our territory."
Torak's eye brows frowned unhappily. "How dare they.." a deep growl escaped his lips.
The Torak dominion, as Lycan, covers nearly seventy percent of the human world with itself as Supreme Alpha, while the rest are dominated by Demon(9), Vampire and other creatures.
Supernatural beings live among humans, although humans are unaware of their existence, and this should never change.
Torak placed his elbow on the table and covered his face with both hands. He felt restless these late and the wolf inside him felt uneasy, he did not even know what caused this.
"Alpha Supreme Torak, are you okay?" Ronan's voice was shrouded in confusion. He looked at the Beta who seemed to be in the same astonishment.
Torak wanted to discuss something with Ronan, because that was the reason why he asked her to stay. However, he felt extremely agitated and this almost drove him crazy.
Does this not feel right, or has he missed something?
No one can explain this…
"Torak.." Raphael nudged his shoulder. Apart from being Beta, Torak's right-hand man, Raphael is a close friend of Torak. He had been by his side since the first time Torak had built up his power in the human world and ruled over the entire Lycanthropes.
"Alpha Ronan, I'm sorry. Supreme Alpha Torak is not in a good condition."
Alpha Ronan then said nothing more as he stood up and nodded towards Supreme Alpha Torak and Beta Supreme Raphael before he finally left the room.
"Torak, are you okay?" Raphael then sat down next to him.
Torak lifted his head and opened his eyes. However, the sea-blue color in his eyes had turned dark-black while he gazed into the distance.
"Torak, your night is on the surface." Raphael said what he saw.
"I know," Torak said with his hoarse voice. He closed his eyes again for a while before finally opening them again and the color of his eyes had already returned to a slightly dull blue sea color.
"What's wrong? You don't look calm these days."
"I don't know, the wolf inside me wants to take control."
"It's been a while since the last time you wanted to take control. Maybe you just need a little 'warming'?" Raphael flicked his shoulders as he stretched. "Oh! I also need to let my serial out once in a while."
"Calleb here!!!"
The sound of yelling along with the squeaking sound of the door made your Torak Raphael growl.
From behind the open door, a young man, who was in his mid-twenties, took a quick step into the meeting room.
"The next time you do that again, I'll fire you!" Raphael.
As Calleb walked towards the table near them, he gave Raphael a ignorant grin. "From what position? As an assistant or as a Gamma?"
Calleb is Supreme Gamma, the third highest status after Torak and Raphael, and although he often acts recklessly, he is one of the strongest and brightest Lycan Torak knows.
Not to mention, with his personality like this, he can balance Torak's power in two worlds.
Raphael did not answer the meaningless ignorant question from Calleb and just stared at him fiercely.
Calleb reiterated Raphael's statement and this only made Torak even more upset.
"Silence you two!" Torak rebukes them. "Let's go."
Torak stood up and walked out the door. Days are long and Torak has a sense of necessity to know what happened to his wolf.

"Gee! I wonder what my soulmate is doing right now." Calleb sighed and his shoulders drooped to the passenger seat.
It seemed, the overcast night sky that could be seen from the windows of their car, had exerted some effect on Calleb's mood as he turned more emotional.
"You don't have a soulmate, Cassanova." Raphael rolled his eyes from his seat behind the steering wheel.
"Please keep your eyes on the road, we don't have a 'car accident' schedule on tonight's list of events." Calleb was angry and grumbling. "Ughh! Why haven't I found my soul mate yet?"
"You're only sixty years old, still too young for that." Raphael scolded Calleb back.
"Excuse me, I'm seventy-two." Calleb was offended when Raphael said he was too young. "I should've had grandchildren if I was human."
"I would have the seventh generation if I were human."
"You should have died if you were human." Calleb corrected Raphael's words. "No human being can live up to three hundred years."
Because of their long life span, sometimes this becomes their personal joke.
"Well, no one can beat him." Raphael persuaded Torak, who was sitting in the back seat of the central rearview mirror.
Calleb followed Raphael's gaze and saw Torak closing his eyes, as if he had fallen asleep. "Indeed. If I were him, we'd be talking about centuries."
"And you're complaining about not having a soul mate?" Raphael reminded Calleb in a low tone that made Calleb grimace.
Almost every soul in the supernatural world knows about the curse for Donovan.
The Donovans were cursed by the Moon Goddess, to live without a soul mate, but no one knew about the prophecy that followed the great battle, between the Lycanthropes and the monsters of the darkness, it ends.
Soul mates are the most important things in the life phases of Lycanthropes and werewolves, like the essence of their existence.
In many cases, werewolves will become wild and savage if they do not find their soul mates for a long time.
In any case, their soul mate is a counterweight to the brutal and wild side of the monster that resides within them.
On the other hand, Lycan who have a longer life span, sometimes they will find their soul mate longer, and sometimes they will find their soul mate longer, therefore they are much more powerful to remain sane than werewolves.
But, still it is a miracle for Torak to live without his soul mate for centuries, even for the size of Lycan.
The highway in the city of Fulbright was still very crowded, regardless of the time it had shown past midnight and the overcast night lights began to lower the raucous hides when Raphael heard the raucous sound of the Torak. "Right turn."
"What?" Raphael thought that if he misheard, instinctively, he saw Torak through the middle rearview and found a cheek eye looking back at him.
Because of the sudden order, Raphael did not give a response to change direction. He almost passed by when Torak suddenly leaned forward and took the steering wheel from Raphael.
"Right turn!" Torak yelling.
"Damn!" Calleb swore loudly as the car they were riding in took a sharp turn into a narrow alley to their right.
