Not Same Again
A beautiful night with a sprinkling of stars, in a suburban hospital saw a Mercedes Benz V260 parked in the hospital parking area. In the car, Jester and Naomi are silent looking at the entrance to the hospital administration, Naomi is seen squeezing her bag sling rope and looks heavy hearted to get out of the car. Seeing Naomi who was still silent after a few minutes when the two reached the hospital, Jester was surprised but he was confused to start the conversation.
"Why?" jester asked, breaking the silence between them, Naomi let out a sigh and turned her eyes to look at Jester.
"I'm nervous" with Naomi's smile saying it, Jester turned to look at Naomi questioningly in her head.
"Bigger because I'm meeting Becca? or because of Daniel? or because Becca's pain is so severe that you feel so sad? or because of Daniel's parents?" jester asked, Naomi laughed at Jester's questions. Naomi again sighed and stared at the hospital entrance, her hand clasping her sling bag so tightly.
"I was nervous to see Daniel again, I don't know why but when I met him, in my head came to your face and your voice called my name ringing in my ear" naomi answered a little and her eyes became sad, hearing the answer Jester's face turned red and her heart was racing again.
"Na.. Naomi... can you... stop kidding like that?" jester asked stammeredly with a flushed face and nervous feeling, Naomi looked back at Jester and smiled sweetly.
"I'm not kidding, I really mean it" Naomi replied firmly but in a soft voice, Jester also threw away his face because he could not stand looking at Naomi's face at that time. The two were silent for a while, before long Naomi opened her seatbelt and was about to go down but suddenly Jester's hand clasped Naomi's arm even though Jester's eyes were still staring at the rearview in the right.
"Bi.. let me.. accompany you in for tonight.." said Jester stammered, Naomi also chuckled to hear Jester's words at that time.
"Hihi, are you really ready?" naomi asked sounding happy, Jester did not answer Naomi and immediately removed her seatbelt and immediately got out of the car. Naomi got out of the car and immediately chased after Jester and embraced Jester's arm so tightly, Jester who was surprised when he turned his eyes to look at Naomi and the two stared at each other.
"Thank you" Naomi said with a smile on her face, Jester's face turned red and Jester threw away as fast as she could and covered her with her right hand so that Naomi would not see her face.
The two walk back to the entrance of the hospital and by chance Daniel and Sarah will get out of the hospital, Jester and Naomi cross paths with Daniel and Sarah. The shocked expressions of Sarah, Daniel and Jester were clearly visible on their faces, but Naomi looked at Daniel and Sarah with a flat face as if there was nothing between them.
"Hi Sarah" said Naomi to break their silence, as Sarah's eyes were glued to see Naomi's hand embracing Jester's arm so tightly.
"Oh, O Naomi, how friendly you are" Sarah greeted back with a smile full of compulsion, her surprised face was still not lost and continued to stare at the wonder of Naomi who held Jester so tightly.
"Let's go Jess" Naomi said as she pulled Jester into Becca's room past Daniel and Sarah, Daniel and Sarah fell silent as she stared at Jester and Naomi's backs as they walked further away.
"What happened huh?" sarah asked in a confused tone, Daniel held his head with both hands and lowered his head.
"I made a fatal mistake, I lost him" Daniel replied, hearing the answer making Sarah laugh cynically.
"Did you not treat him well? after letting you have fun with me, you should at least treat her like a queen, right?" sarah asked with insinuation, Daniel shook his head several times.
"You've lost a very good man, there won't be another woman like that in this world. Dada Daniel, I'll see your sister again when - when" said Sarah then walked away from Daniel just like that, but not far away Sarah turned to look at Daniel again.
"Ooh yeah, the contract I put on the waiting room table. Sign immediately, you need money to charge right" Sarah chirped back and walked away from the hospital, but at that time Daniel was still petrified where he stood.
In the hospital hallway, Naomi continues to pull Jester to follow her footsteps to Becca's room. Until a while in the silence finally arrived Jester and Naomi in front of Becca's room, Naomi stopped and let go of her hand and immediately turned to look at Becca who was eating being fed by Blenda through Becca's bedroom window. Becca, who was staring at her window and found Naomi coming to visit, immediately smiled happily. For a moment Blenda turned her gaze to the window of the room and immediately stood to the door and opened it, giving a gesture to let Naomi inside.
"Looking Naomi, Becca is waiting for you. And also bring the handsome man next to you" said Blenda who sounded happy to see the presence of Naomi, while Naomi turned her eyes to look at Jester who stood behind her.
"Yuk our Jester." Naomi's speech at that time was cut by Jester.
"Just you, I'll wait in the cafeteria. You know it will be awkward" said Jester with a smile, Jester slightly lowered his body towards Blenda and immediately walked away from the place.
Naomi smiled at Jester who left her there, then walked up to Blenda and went into Becca's room. Becca looks very happy to see the presence of Naomi, the two chatted together and laughed together. Not wanting to miss the moment, Blenda joined in to chat with the two. After the days that Becca and Blenda passed full of sobs, the moment of laughter together was very much awaited by Blenda.
On the other hand, in a cafeteria that looks not too crowded by visitors, Jester sat down and ordered a warm drink and waited for Naomi in that place while spending time playing games with her mobile phone. Not long before Daniel walked up to Jester, Daniel immediately sat in front of Jester without a word. Realizing the presence of people in front of him, Jester put his cellphone on the table and looked at Daniel with a flat gaze.
"You're just setting, right?" ask Daniel with a little bit of a glance
"Then why did you get this far with her?!" daniel asked with a bang, but Jester still looked calm with a snap of Daniel.
"Because you keep hurting him" Jester replied calmly, hearing Jester's reply as it made Daniel angry. Daniel stood up and moved his body closer to Jester and pulled the collar of Jester's shirt, both looking at each other with anger.
"You have no right to say that to me!!" snapping Daniel right in front of Jester's face, Jester brushed Daniel's hand hard and tidied his shirt.
"There is no need for the right to help someone" Jester's timp sounded calm, Daniel also kicked the table venting his emotions.
"He is mine and will forever remain mine!! don't you understand?!" with a cry from Daniel said it
"Why did you hurt her heart? is he yours that is worthless so you can hurt him at will? or because you believe she is yours forever so you don't care about her heart?" asked Jester with a slight scrape, Daniel again pulled the collar of Jester's shirt violently but at that time Jester pushed Daniel until he fell. Daniel tried to stand up but Jester was standing near Daniel when he looked at him with anger, Daniel who was scared crawled away from Jester and immediately stood staring at Jester back.
"Know what you are about hu.." Daniel said, Jester cut off.
"I don't need to know about your relationship, if you already have it then it's your duty to always make her happy. If you can't, just let go of him and stop bothering him!" snapped Jester at that moment, Daniel was silent staring at Jester. Before long some people seem to want to break them both up, someone pulls Jester away from the place and someone else helps Daniel to stand up.
"I will not leave him to you, I will continue to pursue him" Daniel said, Jester turned to look at Daniel and smiled. Daniel was surprised to see Jester's smile back then, without a word Jester walked away from the place again. Jester walks down the hospital hall to Becca's room, but Naomi crosses paths with Jester.
"Just now I want to meet you at the cafeteria" Naomi said as she looked at Jester who walked over to her, smilingly looking at Naomi.
"Is it done? how banging?" jester asked curiously, Naomi sighed for a moment before answering Jester's question.
"Becca fell asleep because of the medicine, rather than bothering her I better go home" Naomi replied casually sounding happy, not long after Daniel's voice sounded from behind Jester.
"Naomi!!" somewhat shouting Daniel mentioned Naomi's name, Jester turned around and looked at Daniel flatly. No sooner did Naomi immediately pull Jester's hand to get away from the place, but Daniel immediately ran blocking Naomi's step to get away from the place.
"Surge!" snapping Naomi at Daniel who was preventing him from walking, Daniel knelt down in front of Naomi while holding Naomi's left hand and placed it on Daniel's forehead.
"I'm sorry Naomi, I'm begging you. Come back, I miss you so much, I love you so much, and I'm so sorry to have hurt your heart. Please Naomi come back.." with a hoarse voice Daniel said it, did not feel his tears break at that moment.
"I've come to the point where I think that the most important thing in my life is my happiness" Naomi said as she pulled the hand that Daniel held so tightly to her, Daniel who was still crying at that time raised his head to look at Naomi's face which looked very angry.
"I gave up and gave my whole heart to you, I only care about you, your feelings, and your happiness. Until I forget that I need love too, I need to love myself and I need to respect myself. I've been a fool, and this is Daniel's last time.the last time I'll tell you.." Naomi's words hang, too, daniel's gaze was blank as it looked at Naomi with tears growing more and more dripping from her eyes.
"I don't love you anymore! I'm so sick of you!!" naomi snapped at that moment and the snapping made Jester very surprised, but Daniel petrified looking at Naomi who looked very angry at him. Naomi again pulled Jester back then to the hospital parking lot, while Daniel was still kneeling and petrified at that place.
Parked in Jester and Naomi's car into the Mercedes Benz V260, Jester and Naomi put on a seat belt and Jester turned on the engine. After the engine sound is stable usually Jester will directly step on the gas, but this time not. Jester was silent looking at the hospital entrance, Naomi was seen speechless while looking down at her feet.
"i don't know what you're feeling right now, but if you want to cry then cry" Jester chirped, breaking the silence, naomi's tears began to drip from her eyes through her cheeks and chin and fell into Naomi's hands between her thighs.
"Papa ever said never regret meeting someone in life, good people will give happiness, bad people will give experience, very good people will give memories, good people will give memories, while the wicked will teach you a lesson" said Jester softly, Naomi still wept bitterly next to Jester with tears flowing.
"He's a bad Jester. He's mean to me. I was stupid to give my heart to him" Naomi said in a voice that sounded sad, Jester turned to look at Naomi who was sitting next to him and her hand gently stroked Naomi's head.
"Then she'll teach you a very valuable lesson" Jester said gently, Naomi wiped her tears and looked back at Jester with a smile
"Thank you, I'll remember well what you said. Now I want ice cream, buyin" said Naomi still with a hoarse voice after crying, Jester laughed then stepped on the gas pedal to find ice cream for Naomi.
