Hope for the Gates Family

A clear morning on a hill far enough from the city center, gates' large residence is still guarded by many sturdy men in black tuxedo suits and sunglasses that adorn their faces. On the way from the room to the front door of Jester and Naomi walked past many women - women dressed in maid who was in charge of cleaning the entire house and all bowed their heads when meeting with Jester, at the door, Jester and Naomi see two men.

"Good morning young master Jester, sorry you are not allowed to get out of this house" said one of the guards guarding the front door, Jester frowned at the guard.

"Who forbids me?" ask Jester with a little pressure

"Lord Arthur forbade it" the guard replied

"Grandpa again huh, let's meet him" Jester timpal turned his body to meet Arthur inside the house, Naomi suddenly held Jester's arm tightly until making Jester turn to look at Naomi.

"Jess, do you know where your grandfather's room is? the house is spacious" asked Naomi, Jester also laughed a little at Naomi's question.

"Do not know, but later we ask - just ask the same workers here" replied Jester with a little shame - embarrassed, not long heard the echo of the sound of feet that sounded pressing.

"Young Gates.. Where are you going?" asked Arthur who appeared from behind Jester who was a little far away, Arthur's heavy and large voice made an echo throughout the room. Jester immediately turned his back to stare at the source of the voice, while Naomi hid behind Jester's back to cover her face.

"I'm going to college, I'm going to be the testing committee for the inter-university competition" Jester replied calmly

"You don't have to trouble yourself with such a dime, if you want me to close your university right now so you can focus on your assignments" Arthur said flatly as he walked closer to Jester

"Yes that donk grandpa also..why is everything always solved in such a way anyway?" sounds annoyed Jester asked

"Let William's son in and out of this house, no one to stop him from doing anything in this house" Arthur said in a loud voice to make Naomi jerk and her hand squeezed tightly onto Jester's shoulder, the echoing voice made some people hear what Arthur had just said.

"Ready!" at once every worker who was there said it both man and woman, his voice echoed and made the fur of Jester's neck to stand up in awe of his grandfather's charisma.

Arthur exited the room to a Bentley State Limousine waiting for him in front of the court, quickly opening the back door and closing it when Arthur got into the car. The driver then ran around the car to drive it, not long after the car had walked away from the Gates residence.

Jester and Naomi who were walking towards the courtyard of the house saw Bentley State Limousine Arthur leave suddenly realized something they had not thought of before, huh... they are both in Gates' large residence because they were forced and taken by Arthur's bodyguard.

"Jess... You forgot something important right?" ask Naomi flat

"I. yes..we are not here to bring your own car.." replied Jester stammered and embarrassed because a small thing like this escaped his attention, Naomi patted her forehead slowly and sighed.

"Due... Jess.... How are you going?" naomi asked, sounding resignedly waiting for Jester's decision, had a moment to think Jester then got the idea and immediately turned to look at one of the guards standing in front of the entrance.

"Hey sir, how am I supposed to meet Julius?" jester asked as he turned around and looked at one of the guards

"I can call Julius' head with our communications tool to determine his location" the guard replied

"Do it" Jester pointedly said, the guard directly pressed the device attached to his ear.

"Good morning Julius' head, young master Jester wants to meet you in the main courtyard of the house" said the guard, then removed his hand from the device attached to his ear.

"Young master Jester, Julius' head is on his way here and asks young master Jester to be willing to wait for Julius' head" the guard said politely, Jester just nodded his head then looked back at the fountain which was quite far from the current position of Jester. Without Jester realizing it, he was daydreaming and staring at the fountain.

"Jesss.... Jess? Jester!!" somewhat snapping at Naomi calling out Jester's name, Jester immediately regained consciousness from her daydream and looked at Naomi with a surprised face.

"Jess? you why?" ask Naomi worried

"Eeh... well, I was a little daydreaming because of staring at the fountain in front of us, somehow like there are bad memories associated with the fountain" replied Jester sounding confused, and he was not happy, Naomi also looks surprised to hear Jester's answer.

"You... have bad memories here? but is this your first time here?" ask Naomi wonder

"Yes, this is the first time, but somehow there is an aura - a negative aura that makes me feel sad when I look at it" jester answered still with doubt about what she was really feeling at the time, Naomi clasped tightly onto Jester's right arm and her face showed fear.

"Jess.. I am afraid of the same things!! don't be freak it's aaa~" said Naomi frightened, Jester laughed and his left hand gently stroked Naomi's head trying to calm her down. Before long the main door of the house opened, Jester and Naomi turned to look at the open door and saw Julius walking up to them.

"Young master Jester and young lady Scott, I'm sorry to keep you waiting this long" Julius chirped as he walked closer to Jester and Naomi

"Sir Juliu.." Unfinished Jester said, Julius cuts.

"Julius alone young master Jester" Julius timps calmly, Jester paused for a moment and looked at Julius with an annoyed face.

"Can we stop that pointless debate? I really struggle to call you by name" Jester said, but Julius shook his head several times in response to Jester's annoyance.

"Come on.. It doesn't matter, does it?" jester asked, still sounding annoyed

"No no no no no. It is important young master" replied Julius firmly, they both argued a little about the problem of Jester who had difficulty to mention the name Julius without frills. Their debate made the two guard men want to laugh but with all their might holding it back, Naomi who initially felt very depressed since then finally laughed a little

"Have already been...what the hell is that being argued about?" naomi asked with a hint of laughter, Jester and Julius turned their eyes to look at Naomi. Julius' smile line was visible for a while, then he tried to set his attitude again.

"I wish that was the case for young Miss Scott" Julius sounded flat

"Naomi! let's just pick this Ferrari 458, let's go now!" sounding enthusiastic Jester said it while slightly shouting, Julius looked at Jester back.

"Naomi?" Jester looks at Naomi who continues to look down and dreamy, Jester's hand gently patted Naomi's shoulder to resuscitate her from her daydream. Getting a touch from Jester made Naomi wake up and look at Jester but still silent, Naomi's shocked gaze made Jester feel worried.

"Hey, what's up?" jester asked worriedly, Naomi shook her head several times in response to Jester's question.

"You promised me nothing was hidden from me, right?" ask Jester again with a little pressure on Naomi, with a sigh Naomi began to speak.

"There's nothing - what Jess.. I'm just thinking about your grandfather's challenge and. If you become the leader of the Gates family, will you...." Naomi hung up her sentence for a moment and looked at Jester, their eyes met.

"We take care of this inter-campus race while waiting for news from papa and Madam Jessica, after that our band is scheduled for two more months!" with Jester's spirit saying it, Naomi smiled.

"Don't forget..." Naomi hung up her sentence and made Jester look at Naomi
