The Peaceful Night

Nara arrived home early, it was late afternoon but the sky was cloudy again. He really wasn't in business today. Being on a fairly long journey was enough to make her exhausted and of course all she needed was to take her medicine and rest to relieve her waist which again felt pulsating.

No longer cleansing herself, after taking her medicine, Nara immediately climbed on the bed and began to close her very heavy eyes. Last night he didn't get enough sleep, so this afternoon, tired, he was finally able to fall asleep in peace. Although he did not get comfort, he wished his body could rest for a moment from his tired life.

And when Nara fell asleep, Reynand returned to the house. The day was so twilight and the drizzle had started to come down. The man seemed to run into the house a little. He opened the door that Nara had not locked.

Reynand's footsteps walked decisively into the house. His eyes circulated to find where the existence of the house occupant who was his wife status. He was still wearing his formal suit, it seemed like he had just returned home from the company and kept coming back to this house.

Reynand's sharp eyes squinted slightly when he saw the house was so quiet and the lights had not been turned on at all. Nara should have been at home, because her car was built.

Out of curiosity, Reynand finally headed for Nara's room. He entered the room so slowly. Nara's room was dark, as if uninhabited. But he knew that someone was wrapped in a blanket on the bed.

She immediately gasped as Nara suddenly moved and tilted her body, still with her eyes closed.

"Sleep" muttered Reynand

She still noticed Nara's face that didn't seem so obvious, but she knew that it looked pale and blustery.

Reynand asked what really happened to the woman last night, why she was bleeding so much. Reynand wanted to ask, but his sense of ego in his heart was quite large even though he felt that there was something strange that made his heart piqued.

Long Reynand was there staring at the face of someone she hated, but it was on her mind every day.

At the end of this he felt that something was always making him unsettled, something was making him feel disturbed. But he doesn't know what. The problems Reynand faced were already so complicated, and Nara, Nara was one of his problems.

A few hours later...

Nara started to open her eyes, still feeling heavy, but she already felt that her body had started to sweat and get sticky. Nara immediately moved and sat on the side of the bed. Swiped a little of her puffy eyes and circulated her gaze in the room that was so dark. Nara turned on her sleeping lights and glanced at the small clock that turned out to be showing at nine o'clock at night. That long he was asleep.

Nara immediately went to the bathroom, she wanted to clean herself up and look for food. His stomach had asked to be filled and his waist had also had to find a cure.

Not long after, just a few minutes in the bathroom Nara had come out with a pale face that was fresher. She just wore a thin nightgown and went straight out of the house. Her house was dark because she remembered she was sleeping and had not turned on her light.

Nara walked slowly towards the kitchen while feeling the wall so as not to get hit by something like a table or urn. Find where the light switch is. He was a fool, why not bring a cell phone earlier, and now he himself is in trouble.

Nara's hand continued to feel and go down the wall, until she suddenly touched something that felt different. Nara tried to feel her again and

"Aaaaaaahhh" Nara immediately shouted loudly when she suddenly felt that the one she touched was someone. Even Nara grew even more frightened as that person instantly pulled her body firmly

"Don't.please" Nara shouted in fear but her mouth was immediately smothered by the burly hand. And suddenly the lights turned on to make Nara immediately able to see who the person was

Nara's eyes grow perfectly when she sees that the person she thinks the thief is Reynand.

Reynand looked at Nara with a flat and cold face as usual, she immediately released Nara's body and her hands to make Nara immediately fall on the floor

"Rey, you..." Nara was really upset because she was shocked, and also felt her waist back throbbing in pain from being knocked away just like that

"Why are you yelling like that?" reynand asked with the hand she had folded in front of her chest, looking at Nara who was still grimacing and holding her waist

"You said I'm a criminal" Reynand said, his eyes almost popping out scared Nara again

"Ti.no. That's not what I mean, I think you're a thief, uh, I don't think you're home, so I think someone else is coming in" Nara replied, looking back at Reynand's grunting face

"Mistake it yourself why the lights aren't turned on. You sleep like a dead pig" Reynand grumbled

"Why don't you turn it on?" nara asked in surprise but saw the face of Reynand who again looked at her with annoyance made Nara back down and condemned her stupidity. He should be quiet, Reynand is the truest man in the world, so ask how Nara will still be blamed. After all, she was thankful that she was not angry when Nara touched her body earlier. After all Nara was also astonished, why was the man already home? He looks fresh as if he's taken a shower, but why don't you want to turn on the lights. How strange.

"Why are you just standing there. I've been hungry waiting for you since this afternoon" exclaimed Reynand. Making Nara back jumped in shock and immediately stood up but again her waist throbbed so painfully because she woke up in a hurry to make her straight and wanted to fall again. Nara grimaced and instantly closed her eyes as she felt her body was about to hit the floor again, but she was so shocked that Reynand caught her body that she fell into the man's arms.

Nara's sad eyes immediately opened and looked at Reynand's sharp eyes which looked at her in wonder. Not wanting to pass, Nara immediately stood up straight even though she had to lean against the wall and endure all the pain of her waist.

"What's wrong with you?" reynand asked in wonder. Moreover, looking at Nara's paled face and looks to withstand pain to cold sweat.

Nara blinked her eyes a few times and took a deep breath. He shook his head slowly and smiled as he looked up and looked at Reynand

"It's okay, just a little bit of grin on the waist, maybe I'm drinking less. You're hungry, wait a minute. I'm going to cook something for you" replied Nara who immediately moved on and left slightly limped towards the kitchen, leaving Reynand who was still looking at her in surprise.

Is Nara hiding something???

But... What does it matter?

Again the cruel words that crossed his brain.

Reynand shook her head slowly and went to her room, she had just received an email that required her to do something now, so Nara was now alone in the kitchen.

Nara brings everything she needs to the table, her waist hurts, but if she doesn't cook Reynand must be angry. After all he could still endure this pain, and as long as he was able he would serve Reynand well. She doesn't know when the time is over, so as long as Reynand is still willing to go home, then Nara will try to be a good wife for her. And indeed Nara was a little surprised, for the last two years, indeed in this month Reynand who often went home and met her, usually the man can be counted how many days there are at home in a month. But in October this time, he was at home almost every day.

Nara smiled as she sliced through various vegetables and meat. He's happy if Reynand comes home. Moreover, October is the month where their first meeting was. Reynand may have forgotten about her little sister who promised to find her and marry her. But it's okay, let Nara remember. That meeting, one that Nara will never forget in her entire life. Whether in October next year he can still meet or not, but at the end of October this year, his only hope is one, hopefully he can see Reynand's sweet smile for him as they met before.

An hour later, Nara was ready with her cooking. Reynand had also been sitting waiting for his seat. It seemed like this man was already very hungry, evidently with him who did not need to be called but had already come first.

Nara stood beside Reynand, taking food for the man as usual. And somehow he felt that Reynand seemed to occasionally glance at him. Was it because he was astonished to see Nara's pale and sinister face? Yeah, Nara didn't wear makeup after the shower. He doesn't know if Reynand's home.

"Tonight can only cook this, I forgot not shopping weekly" said Nara suddenly made Reynand a little gasp because he was watching his wife

"Eat, tomorrow if you are not busy, I will cook your favorite food again" replied Nara who also sat in her seat in front of Reynand

"Not to be so considerate" Reynand snorted as she put food in her mouth.

Nara just smiled and took her food a little, she just put in white rice and also vegetables without her meat plate. And that made Reynand look at her a little in wonder. Want to ask, but again his ego is too high.

Sauteed vegetables mixed with minced meat and sambalado tempe is quite capable of pampering Reynand's stomach that night. He was even so hungry. He even remembered that today he had nothing to eat at all. Just had a cup of coffee bought by his assistant this afternoon. Reynand is dizzy because of the problems in the company at this time, he is also in trouble with his father, not to mention with Cleo who continues to urge him to divorce Nara. All that really makes Reynand dizzy and quite depressed. But what he was surprised by was why did he choose to go home??????

That night Nara felt a little peace at home. Reynand no one makes anything that hurts his heart or physique anymore. After eating, he immediately returned to the room and did his work. Even at midnight when Nara offered him coffee, Reynand happily accepted. Pretty weird actually, but Nara was so grateful.
