Replacing Memories

Long enough trip from the house of eyang putri to Jakarta. It may take nearly six hours by car. And after departing from this morning, this afternoon Bima and Gendis just arrived in the capital. There's not much they talk about along the way. They just keep quiet with their own thoughts.

Gendis isn't ready to meet David yet. Because he can be sure if the man will definitely continue to come to him. Gendis understands very well how the nature of David who is not going to give up just like that before his cover is revealed.

Bima turned towards Gendis who looked dreamy and looked out the window.

"Where should I take you?" ask Bima.

Gendis slightly gasped, and she immediately turned to Bima.

"Just go to my father's house" replied Gendis.

"Well, you can tell me the address. And don't daydream a lot, I'm afraid Mr. Renggono will scold me later" said Bima.

Gendis immediately snorted hearing that.

"I'm not that pampered as that to dad. Besides he cares enough about you, how could he possibly scold you" said Gendis.

Bima chuckled for a moment while looking at Gendis. Mr. Renggono is very grateful to Bima for being willing to accompany Gendis and keep her at home princess. Until now he has been much better. You have to have an unexpected incident first.

"Bima" call Gendis

"Hmm" muttered Bima who was still focused on driving

"Thank you for wanting to accompany me and take care of me during the princess's home" said Gendis.

Bima snorted a smile and nodded.

"Yes, that's my job. After all you are injured also because of me" replied Bima.

Gendis smiled and nodded.

"No more intoxication because of a broken heart. I'm afraid the princess's house will be full of people who are injured because of you later" said Gendis.

Bima laughed again hearing that.

"No, I make sure you are the first and last person to bother me" said Bima. And this time it was Gendis who laughed. Even Bima immediately turned her head towards her, she was very fond of that laughter.

"As a thank you, I will make another apple pie for you later" Gendis said.

"May, but I hope you make more, I think I like your cake" replied Bima.

"Of course" said Gendis.

They smile at each other and look at each other for a few seconds. And after that the car that Bima drove had entered a large and spacious luxury home area.

Even Bima was amazed by this sight. Mr. Renggono was the second best big company owner after Adidaksa, so it was only natural that he had such a luxurious and large house like this. If master Renggono's house is this big, then what about Reynand's house huh?

And what makes her tick amazed is that all this wealth and luxury will surely fall all into the hands of Gendis. The princess just her wayang. It is fitting that David is so fond of Gendis and does not want to let go. It was definitely because of this treasure, Bima was sure of it.

Some of the big gatekeepers opened the gate as Gendis opened the car window and showed her face. Until Bima can easily enter his car into the luxury home area.

"You didn't come down first, Bim?" asked Gendis when she saw Bima who was just silent and looked at her house.

"Looks not. Next time I'll stop by. After all, Mr. Renggono is also not home" replied Gendis.

"Yes, maybe the father is still in the company" said Gendis.

"I'm not good if it's just the two without him" said Bima.

Gendis was stunned hearing that. But a few seconds later he immediately smiled and nodded.

"If so, thank you very much" said Gendis.

Bima nodded

"Do not hesitate, we are not friends" said Bima

Gendis gave a small laugh and nodded while opening her seatbelt.

"I go down first" said Gendis.

"Yes" replied Bima.

Bima only noticed Gendis who got down from the car, she smiled and nodded as the girl smiled as she was about to close her car door. And when Gendis was standing in the house, then Bima drove her car to leave the house, accompanied by a wave of Gendis's hand.

Yeah, it's over their story at the princess's house. Two months they were together. Sharing stories that sometimes make them laugh and sometimes make them argue with each other. Their laughter and joy have all unknowingly made memories that they will never forget. Memories that without feeling can make wounds in their hearts each begin to improve.

Gendis sighed and walked into the house after Bima's car left her house. A house he rarely lived in. But quite a lot of memories with his father and mother back when he was a child.

Gendis only smiled when all the servants in the house greeted her warmly. He was tired, and he wanted to rest now. The long journey made his entire body ache. Moreover, his legs that had just recovered, now felt throbbing again. So she decided to go to her room and rest.

In the room even Gendis immediately threw his body on the sofa while opening his jacket and shoes. But suddenly his eyes were even seen in a photo on the table next to the bed.

A photo of him with David a year ago when the man visited him to New York.

Gendis again sighed heavily, she immediately walked towards the right sleep and sat there with her hands reaching for a photo of David.

Gendis smiled so smugly looking at this photo. Photos that look like if they really love each other. But the truth is, David could betray their love. The relationship that has been established for two years was not enough to make their love bond strong. Though all this time David never hurt his heart, even to just ask for strange things he never. The man looked so in love with Gendis. Why is it just a mask?

Maybe the long-distance relationship made David's faith waver, especially he was known as the owner of a beautiful model in this country. Of course every day the temptation must be so great for her.

"Now it's all over. I don't want to remember you anymore" muttered Gendis, She walked up to the closet and picked up a big box. Where the box contains the goods given by David all. Gendis took him out and handed him to a passing servant.

"Please burn all the bi" said Gendis.

The bitter memories must be replaced. Don't remember it again. Enough already he was crying over his misfortune that was void of marriage. Which should be held in two days. But now all just memories. And Gendis must forget about it. It was two months to calm down. And now he has to start a better day, and with new memories.

But.....is it that easy???
