In ancient times in one area in Gorontalo, lived a kara a man named Lahilote. He has a hunting hobby. He often wanders into the forest and out of the forest. Lahilote is stout and his will is strong so he always does something so that his desire is achieved at any cost.
One day, as usual every morning Lahilote went wandering in search of game animals. But this time he heard a noise in the pond that was not far from the forest. The sound was faint in the distance, like many women were joking. Lahilote then approached the origin of the sound.
When he reached the origin of the voice he heard, Lahilote then peeked out from a hidden place. How surprised he was when he saw there were seven very beautiful women bathing in the lake in the forest. After bathing the seven beauties, put on her clothes and immediately flew off and disappeared into space. Now Lahilote knew that they were the Daughters of Heaven from heaven descending to earth.
Lahilote then always visited the lake and observed to find out when the princesses of kahyangan would come to the pond.
The day that Lahilote was waiting for came also on a sunny morning after the rain, the seven princesses came back to the beautiful lake with clear water, it was clear, they both took off their clothes and each went into the lake cheerfully while joking, they swam on the beautiful lake.
Lahilote was still observing from behind the bushes, he did not want to waste the golden opportunity. For that he tried to find a way to hold one of the princess kahyangan to be his wife. Then with his magic he transformed himself into a rooster and then walked closer to the pile of the wings of the princess and stole one of the seven wings and took her home to hide it in homehouse.
After that, he returned to the pool to see what happened next.
He saw the girls were already packing up to land with scrambling to take each other's clothes. How surprised one of the girls was to see that her wings were no longer in place, while her friends one by one floated away leaving her
The girl with a sad heart then started looking for her clothes, “Where are my wings? I am afraid to be alone here.” he said softly while continuing to look for his clothes in the bushes but never found.
After seeing the girl alone Lahilote then came out of hiding to approach the girl.
The girl did not answer, did not turn her head, even her cries grew louder.
Lahilote was confused, then he comforted and continued his question, “Wahai Dinda calm down, what is your name?” ask again. But the girl kept crying. Lahilote has not given up, he continues to ask, “Oh Dinda, maybe it's God's will you will fate like this, calm down, there I will take care of you here,” said Lahiolote.
Apparently Lahilote's last words made the girl aware, she then tried to smile and slowly turned to Lahilote and smiled, “Where should I go?” ask the girl confused.
How happy Lahilote was, when he saw the girl smiling and looking at him. “I'll take care of you, Dinda. Then what's your name? And where did Dinda come from?” ask Lahilote.
“My name is Boilode Hulawa, from heaven,” replied the girl. The two then left for Lahilote's house. While heading to his house, Lahilote proposed to Boilode Hulawa.
After hearing Lahilote's words, Boilode replied. “Okay Kanda, maybe this is God's Almighty stipulation that I will mate with Kanda. So I accept you as my husband,” Boitode replied receiving Lahilote's proposal. After that, they married. They made a new household in harmony and peace.
Lahilote every day performed his duties as a farmer and hunting. Boilode Hulawa works in cooking, washing clothes, and other household affairs. Lahilote tried to increase his agricultural business so that he worked all day tirelessly. Watching and feeling it, Boilode began to think and feel how hard life on earth, all to be done alone, must make a living alone if not so will hunger.
Often he remembered the kahyangan and his friends, he said he did not need to work because everything was available. Very different from his current condition of having to work as a wife, he had to cook, clean the house and others. All of this work was never done in Kahyangan. Boilode endlessly longed for the land of heaven, his beloved hometown, but how to return still difficult to break, while the pool for their bath was never visited again by his brothers.
Realizing that her husband worked hard every day, Boilode tried to help ease her husband's burden. Using the magic she had as a daughter of heaven she could cook with one grain of rice only to eat her and her husband for one day, it happened without knowing her husband Lahilote. One day the husband thought why the rice in his barn never ran out. He and his wife always eat well. Then came his desire to pay attention to his wife's daily circumstances secretly.
