Who kidnapped Karenina?

One of the men opened a cloth that wiped Karenina's face and forced her to drink the water she had brought but Karenina's mouth did not open and upset the kidnapper until she threw the water away.

One of the kidnappers began to get upset with Karenina who was talking too much, he took the cloth that had smothered Karenina's mouth and then put it back. Karenina shouted but her voice could no longer be heard clearly.

Karenina tried to untie the rope that tied her hand, but her efforts were futile because the rope was too strong that it would only hurt her hand if she continued to force it open.

“Do those shoes belong to sister Karenina?” ask police.

“Iya, Sir. It belongs to Miss Karenina” Ryan replied as William could no longer be spoken to.

Ryan sneered before answering a call from his boss.
