The biggest fear is losing you

The taxi driver who took him did not stop glancing at him from the rearview mirror, his appearance was now very sad. Not to mention that Malik hugged him before he got into the taxi making the taxi driver think that he was a mistress who was caught by his legal wife until battered in the beat.

Karenina lowered her head and covered her face while walking in the hotel lobby. Some people notice it because it looks strange.

“Awww..” Karenina grimaces when she opens her shirt, she can see from the reflection of the mirror that turns blue. Not to mention her battered face in Rina's slap.

“Brightly”, her moans “What I did to the hospital aja ya”. Karenina cleansed herself by holding back the pain, her appearance now looks very sad after Rina's mistreatment.

“Try me take the vip room, surely I can soak hot water in buthutb”. The room that Karenina ordered was just an ordinary room whose bathroom only had a shower, even though she was eager to soak her bruised back with warm water.

‘If William had been here, he would have taken me. I miss William’. Karenina turns on her phone, she accidentally turns it off so William doesn't bother her. He still feels awkward even though he is only talking on the phone.

For some reason, there was something strange in his heart when he did not find any message from William, even the reply to the message he sent was not there. Karenina bit her lips twitched, for the first time she felt so disappointed.

“William was angry because I did not answer him, did he not want to see me again. What if she really left me”, without her noticing that there was water dripping from her eyes. The pain in his heart imagining William leaving him was apparently much more painful than the wounds he had on his body right now.

The night was getting late but Karenina was still drowning with her own thoughts. She kept staring at her phone screen waiting for calls or messages, even William's name was on the screen of her phone but Karenina still hesitated to press the call button.  

“But if she is disappointed and looking for another woman”, Karenina shakes her head, gets rid of all her bad thoughts until she finally falls asleep with deep disappointment.

The day was getting late, Karenina woke up with her eyes puffy the more perfect add to her face. Karenina walked with her eyes still narrowed towards the door because someone out there just kept banging on the door.

Karenina rubbed her eyes, making sure of her vision and that she was not dreaming of seeing who was in front of her right now. William, his lover turned out to come looking for him to Lampung.

The two of them looked at each other with different views, Karenina made sure that the one she saw in front of her was the man she cried all night while William looked at her with a gaze that was hard to guess. Karenina wanted to hug him while William held her back but Karenina kept trying until William relented and hugged her tightly.

The people who happened to pass in front of the room that Karenina occupied looked at them with unease, the lovers might forget that they were still outside the room.

William parses his embrace first, raises Karenina's chin and turns it left right watching closely the sad face of his lover. William sighed then pulled Karenina's hand and led her into the room.

“What did your aunt do it?”

“Mmm..?”

“Your face, did your aunt beat you”, Karenina held her cheek, then quickly ran looking at herself in the mirror.

‘Gosh... did William see this?, he was not afraid after seeing this face?. Why didn't I wash my face before opening pintu’.

Karenina looked fresher after taking a bath, she immediately took a shower and dressed a little after looking at herself in the mirror earlier.

“Why can you be here?”, William keeps his phone on the table as soon as Karenina sits next to him. He smiled as he looked at his girlfriend.

“Why else, because you are here” he said make all the disappointment Karenina melted. William stroked his cheek which still looked bluish and then sighed again.

“Other times wait for me if you want to go, if I can I will definitely accompany you”, he said again that makes the heart of Karenina more flowery.

“I panicked when I heard about the accident, but I said yes. I sent a message but you didn't reply” Karenina put her lips together, William then snatched her a glance making Karenina cluck but happy in heart.

The door on tap, Karenina who was already about to stand up to open the door at William's hold. The man will open the door. When William re-entered, there were two room service people following behind him. One of them pushed a food trolley and the other one brought something that William had asked for.

William rubbed his hair fondly watching Karenina eat so greedily.he actually held back his annoyance and anger seeing the battered face of his lover. William knows that Karenina wouldn't like it if she did things that would hurt her family.

“You didn't eat?” William shook his head, and put down his spoon and fork, drank a little water and took the table away from them.

“Will..”.

“Hemm”

“What is your offer still valid?” William knitted his brows not understanding.

“Married, what is it still.” Karenina did not continue her speech, she looked down embarrassed to not be able to see the thin smile drawn on William's lips.

“No longer, the offer is no longer valid”

“No other women”

“Then?” William sniffs his shoulder and pulls the table back closer and forces Karenina to continue eating.

After a brief argument, Karenina finally brought William to meet his om and tantenya. Not in the least, there was already Halim who still hoped to marry Karenina.

“Nina” Rina and Malik look at the door when Halim mentions Karenina by name.

“Nina, you're fine. Who is this?” Malik who spoke, Rina stood looking at William from top to bottom like she was judging his appearance.

“So you prefer this poor man over me?”

“Don't shout in front of him”, William Anggoro's distinctive voice begins to sound. He bowed his head politely to the old man whom he believed was his beloved, as well as to Rina. Even though she knew what Lina had done to her lover, it did not reduce her horniness in the least.

“I'm William”, he said introduce himself. “Can I sit”.

“Please send William”, Malik said.

“Sorry if I come here not bring anything”, he said politely who immediately got scorn from Halim.

“Unfortunately you can buy what, buy lipstick for Karenina only you can't afford” she said with a mocking smile.

“It's okay son, no need to bother”,

“Do you want to come here”, Rina began to show her dislike when Halim said she could not buy anything.

“I'm sorry for my indecency, I came here to propose to Karenina to be my wife. My parents will come officially later”. Karenina looked at him without blinking. There was a sense of haru that was stirring in his heart.

“Indeed you can support Nina, and just so you know that Karenina is still the backbone of this family. If he married a poor man like you, then what about us who raised him”. There Halim smiled triumphantly, she felt she was one step ahead of William. For his parents' business, he'll take care of it later.

“Rina, what are you saying. Since when Nina became our backbone. I'm still working and Kia is also working, we don't have to trouble Nina and son William”. Malik tried to straighten out, he knew it was just Rina's wits to make William give up.

William smiled, while Karenina shook her head.

‘They just don't know how rich the person beside me is’.

“Me and Karenina will be back to Jakarta today. Nina will contact you to see when my parents will come to apply for Nina officially”, William said.

“We agree that you..”.

“Already Rina, let Nina determine her life”, cut Malik off before his wife finishes her sentence.

“You cannot marry her Nina, I know you first, I love you first”.

William and Karenina were quiet, not caring about Halim who kept shouting at them.

“You said the offer is no longer valid”, they have arrived at the hotel, William helped Karenina pack her clothes.

“The old offer is no longer valid, now I update it again. Nina, you want to marry me?” Karenina smiled, her fear of a marriage bond turned out to be nothing compared to her fear of losing a man who had not been since when to fill her whole heart.

Karenina nodded, she smiled. William joined in smiling and his smile widened into a crisp laugh. They hugged very tightly, William let go of their embrace and brought his face closer.

Their lips fused together, they poked each other with a friendly flow all the happy feelings created.
