Don't Want to Split
Chapter 37 - Close With The Kids

"I want you and your children to enjoy the atmosphere here. I hope this place can be heaven for you. Here, with me... "

Zefanya's body stiffened, her hair bristled. It felt like she was laying her head on Ezra's chest, resting her hands on her husband's hands that were coiling around his waist. It is very regretful, the romantic atmosphere that all women want, at this time can not be enjoyed.

Realizing that Zefanya looked tense, Ezra peeked at the top of his wife's head and smiled wryly.

"Does coming into contact with me feel so scary, Ma Moitie?" tanyanya while releasing her embrace, hiding a gaping wound.

Zefanya blinked her eyes. He didn't look and just looked out there.

The night finally arrived, the sunlight sank at the boundary of the horizon and darkness surrounded the resting house. Tired of travel and play makes all residents of the house enter the room more quickly.

Ezra and Zefanya decided to go back to sleep in separate rooms because Zefanya still refused to sleep together. This actually makes Ezra disappointed, but once again he tries to understand his wife's wishes.

He slept on his back on his bed staring at the sky - the sky of the room above him, thinking of what steps to take to soften Zefanya's heart. He turned back the time around his marriage and honeymoon with Zefanya. Is there anything missing until divorce becomes an option?

He had prepared everything according to Zefanya's wishes. Even the honeymoon and hotel places all his wife's choice, schedule activities or activities on the bed also seemed to be no problem. They are really drifting in love.

Within thirty days he should be able to find the cause of filing the divorce papers. Whatever the case, he will face. All this he did for love. Anything will be done for his beloved little family.

Meanwhile, Zefanya's tears flowed back. On his bed he again regretted, why did Mr. Halley not bring the secret to his grave? Why tell her after the honeymoon? If he didn't know anything, their lives would be fine. At this time of course they are enjoying happiness with their small family, gathered in the same room. Joking and touching each other without fear of sin.

'How could Mr Halley do something like this to them? Why didn't Mama ever warn me when it was obvious I was fascinated by Ezra?'

'How can their families stay in good contact for so many years while in reality there is an affair between them?'

Zefanya closed her eyes, tried to sleep and forgot her problem for a moment. About five minutes later, Zefanya heard the sound of rain. He tried to close his eyes but the rushing roar of rain made a creepy sound on the windowpanes. Zefanya saw the light glittering - lightning coming in from between the curtains. The first thing he thought about was his children!

His wife immediately pulled out her blanket, the sound of heavy rain and thunder made him feel like he had to look at the twins. He jumped straight from the bed as soon as the lightning light infiltrated through the window. Her legs reflexed running out of the room and into the room of her children.

"What's wrong?" the question was half yelling at Ezra who was already there.

"It looks like a rainstorm. It's okay, everything will be fine. We're all safe in here." His words tried to calm Zefanya down.

Zefanya patted - patted Louisa's back that started to move restlessly. Ezra rubbed his son's head overtime.

"The brave boy" he praised Louis, who was still sleeping soundly without even realizing the ferocity of the storm. Zefanya looked at her two children who looked so innocent in the midst of a raging storm. If only he could face his problems with an attitude as calm as theirs.

"Zie?"

"Eh, uh... "

Zephaniah stammered when he heard Ezra calling him, and the daydream was cut off.

"Yes... I'm fine - all right. What about you, Ez?"

Ezra did not immediately answer, the look in his eyes suddenly became illegible. Sudden awkwardness appeared between them, the atmosphere felt more gripping compared to the storm out there.

"Did you know? This is the first time you've asked me how I've been since you came to your senses from the coma?" ezra asked haru mixed with grief.

Zefanya gulped. Ezra's pain was felt up into the sum sum bone. He couldn't respond to anything, his tongue was muddled.

As Zefanya froze, lightning and thunder again struck. His voice was stronger and blaring. Louisa wakes up crying and is soon followed by Louis.

Zefanya jumped up to hold one of them and grabbed him. Similarly, with Ezra, the man grabbed the other baby and hugged him while peeping the head of his baby.

Meanwhile Ezra took the s-u-s-u in the storage cabinet and poured the white liquid into each bottle and gave one bottle to his wife for Louis.

Inside the room with minimal lighting, Zefanya let Louisa hold tightly to her fingers. They remained silent for a moment.

"Zie?"

"Yes?"

"I'll take care of the kids. You can sleep now."

"No, Ezra." Zephaniah refused firmly. "You need more rest so that tomorrow will not be sleepy when driving back home. After all you have been a single parent for them for months, tonight let me take on my responsibilities as a mother. I want them to be close to me and love me."

Ezra sighed and looked concerned at Zefanya. He has always put his female interests first all along.

"You also take care of them yourself during pregnancy and early childbirth. The first months are very important to establish an inner bond with children. Regarding affection, they love you, as evidenced by those who are directly close to you. Don't worry about them, take a break."

Zefanya. Ezra was right, his children were so easy to stick to him.

"Thank you, Ez. You're very kind to me." said Zefanya. His neck choked slightly without daring to look at Ezra, worried that - if he said anything more personal.

"You can still feel I'm good, even though I forced you to stay for thirty days?" Ask Ezra bitterly. Zephanya's statement is so contradictory. His mouth said that Ezra was good but he also refused to get back together. Really - really irony.

Zephaniah bowed deeply, afraid and sad mixed into one. She was not afraid that Ezra would hurt her because in reality it was her who had disappointed her husband many times.

"Ezra." call him softly.

"Yes! I-i know. You asked me to sleep and leave this room, right?" sergeant Ezra fast. He must know himself if he does not want to feel hurt again because he was expelled by Zefanya. "All right! I'll follow your wishes."
