When his consciousness recovered, Zefanya realized that he was in a room with walls with soft wallpaper. There are couches and tables to receive guests near the entrance. Then a pantry with a minimalist design in the corner of the room. This place was warm and felt much more comfortable than the dark room in his dream.
Slowly - Zefanya's breathing field began to be regular, her heartbeat was much calmer. He breathed a sigh of relief. It turns out he is now in a hospital room.
"Good morning, Mrs Halley. How's my most beautiful patient doing?"
"Good morning, Doctor Sandra. I'm fine." Zefanya did not turn her head, she stared at the window of the room that showed the garden outside. Colorful flowers and green leaves - leaves make his heart feel cool and calm.
"I'm glad you're now calling with my first name. Is there something you want to tell me?" sandra asked, her hand touching Zefanya's cold hand.
"I want to walk - the road is out there." he murmured softly.
"Patience, there's all the time." murmured Doctor Sandra as she read the last note in Zefanya's journal.
"But I feel good - it's fine to go to the park." His eyes were still fixed on the view outside the room.
"Thank God. I'm happy with your progress. The person you always call in your delirium, comes to see you." The doctor said.
"Who?" The spaceman turned his attention from the window towards Doctor Sandra.
"Ma moitie's.... "
Zefanya's body stiffened as she looked at who saw who was standing behind Doctor Sandra. His hands reflexively grasped tightly the blanket that covered his feet.
"Ma moitie, I miss you." Ezra greeted again feelingly.
That voice and face that she was very familiar with, made Zefanya shaken. She wanted to hug her husband but could not. Can't do. Just once, he hugged Ezra so he wouldn't be able to let go. No matter how much they love him, they can no longer be together.
Error, it is not possible but it cannot be. They can't be together anymore. Right now, and then and so on. Meeting like this alone has made each of them difficult to control feelings.
"Ma Moitie?"
Zephaniah's hands started to sweat. His tongue was a little mute, wanting to talk but not a word came out of his mouth. Blank's brain. Not being able to process any information other than his relationship with Ezra is a forbidden and immoral relationship.
Zefanya's heartbeats echoed in her own eardrums, she was rummaging through her anxious hands. He lowered his head as deeply as possible so that his eyes would not meet Ezra's. His ears heard footsteps approaching.
'Please, stay away from me. We can no longer love each other.'
But the sound of that step had already stopped by his bedside. "How are you doing Ma Moitie?"
Ughhhh! Zefanya's heart feels like direm.as - rem.as when he heard the voice of the person he so missed.
"Don't touch me."
"Don't touch me."
The zefanya covered her mouth with two hands, her head moving left and right. It is hard to resist the emotions that force out in the form of teardrops that have now gathered in the corner of his eyes. If only he could have turned into the invisible of the moment.
'Don't cry. No cry. It's for the good of everyone, especially Ezra. Do not let Ezra and yourself continue to wallow in sin.'the inner Zephaniah continues to speak.
Meanwhile, Ezra looked at him with a stirring emotion. His eyes look hopeful. For months his wife was unconscious, while he could only wait and pray for a miracle. Waiting for the moment where his soulmate woke up and came back to say his name. The long wait broke his heart when Zefanya did not recognize him on the first day he woke up from a coma.
And today, Dr. Sandra told him that Zefanya could already name the people in the photo, including him.
Unfortunately, the reaction was not up to his expectations. Ezra looked inside - in the woman who always managed to make her heart fall in love every time they met. His arrival this morning wanted to see for himself that his wife, in much better shape. Moreover, he wanted to make sure that Zefanya really remembered herself, Ezra Halley.
Realizing her woman was trembling, Ezra got closer. "You're okay, what?" his hands gently stroked Zefanya's head.
Ezra's worried tone and gentle touch made Zefanya go awry. He clenched his hand. "Can I have a medicine?" tanyanya panic.
"Medicine?" Ezra frowned, his eyes looking at the small bottle on the wooden table next to Zefanya's bed. "This?" Ezra lifted the bottle and showed it to Zefanya.
His Zefanya grabbed him quickly, opening the lid in a hurry. Prepare to pour the drug granules inside. But Doctor Sandra's hand held Zefanya to take the drug.
"Medicine doesn't always solve your problems. Try to dampen your emotions. You have to be brave against your fear." advises Doctor Sandra gently.
Then the middle-aged doctor immediately gave Zefanya instructions to regulate her breathing when the panic attack struck. Zefanya tried to follow the instructions and succeeded, slowly the tremor disappeared. Feeling more relaxed, the beautiful woman leaned her back against the bed rest and closed her eyes. Pretend - pretend tired. Wishing Ezra pity and leaving him to rest.
"What happened to my wife, Doc?" Ezra asked confusedly.
"It's okay. That's a normal reaction. He's adapting. Old and new memories overlap each other. Don't worry, Sir. We will help him to recover his physical and mental condition" said Doctor Sandra, trying to calm Ezra down.
The doctor was moved every time he remembered how much Ezra loved Zefanya. Not only himself but the rest of the hospital knows how a handsome and super busy CEO spends more of his days in the hospital. For the sake of the woman he loved, the handsome man was willing not to sleep for days accompanying his beloved wife who was in a coma.
Dr. Sandra asked Zefanya a few questions and added notes in her special patient's health journal. Zefanya answered those questions more calmly and clearly. The doctor was satisfied. "If your condition continues this way, you can immediately walk in the park and go home, Madam."
A moment when Zefanya was stunned, then she shook her head. "I don't want to go home." she said.
Zefanya's words made Ezra short of breath. Zefanya's moment back home is a much awaited moment - wait for her. But in reality, the wife did not want to return to their home. With all the pain in her heart, Ezra forced herself to speak without emotion.
"Why, Ma moitie? Is there anything sick and uncomfortable?" This time the man sat on the bed next to Zephaniah. Doctor Sandra left the husband and wife to give privacy.
Unknowingly, his Zefanya tiptoed and shifted her position. The fragrance of Ezra's perfume thrusts into Zephanas sense of smell, making him have to refrain from hugging his beloved husband.
"Ma moitie, I'm waiting for you.... " Ezra watched Zefanya's face closely, his eyes began to glaze over as Zefanya closed her eyes again. I don't want to look at him at all.
"Ma moitie, tell me the truth. What's weighing on your mind?" Next to Ezra was stretched out, rubbing Zephaniah's cheeks that looked slightly sunken. After the coma his weight dropped a lot.
"Ezra, I'm sorry. We can't be together anymore."
