Chapter 95. Meet the kidnapper

Lilis sets her heart and feelings on meeting Wiwik. Neighbors and kidnappers of Revelation. Wiwik, the woman who loved Wendi so much, but at that time, Wendi fell in love with Lilis. Wiwik is more angry at Lilis, because even though Lilis is married, Wendi still loves Lilis selflessly.

"What's the news, good. Better than you expected," Lilis replied withholding emotions.

"How does it feel to lose someone you love, is it painful, isn't it? You should have known that a long time ago, Lilis. That's how I felt when Wendi rejected me because of you!" shouted Wiwik.

"You're too narrow-minded, Wiwik. You're the one who can't make Wendi fall in love, but you blame me. You can't believe that Wendi will like you if you have an evil heart" said Lilis.

"Whatdidyou say? I should have killed you long ago, so that Wendi could love me" Wiwik said.

"I'm grateful that Wendi didn't marry a woman like you. Now he has found a woman who is much better than you. Wiwik, tell me why are you so willing to give my son to a beggar, to be a beggar too?" tanya Lilis was curious to mix in anger.

"I hate you so much, Lilis. You can part with your useless husband and now you go home with a new husband who better everything than your ex-husband. I don't accept your fate better than I did who until now no one loved me. I want to see you cry all your life lamenting the loss of your son" Wiwik said with emotion.

"It turns out all of this is because you have an envious nature. You envy me? Because of this, no man will love you at any time. That's my prayer for you," said Lilis getting emotional.

"Police officer ...." Nathan calls one of the police to bring Wiwik back for fear that Lilis' angry emotions will affect the condition of the baby in the womb.

After the officers took Wiwik away, Nathan hugged Lilis to dampen his emotions.

"Darling, remember our baby. We already know the reason, right? We won't be curious anymore. After this, let the police officers solve everything. You just calm down at home," Nathan said in a nod from Lilis sign agreed.

They rushed home. During the journey Nathan begins to understand the past friendship between Lilis, Sri and Wendi. Nathan shouldn't be jealous of Wendi, who, though he can't get his love, is still good at their friendship. There is rarely such a story.

Arriving home, Nathan receives a phone call and he tries to stay away so that Lilis does not hear their conversation. Lilis wanted to ask but, always trying to hold him back. Because if her husband didn't want Lilis to know, then it was definitely something that could have troubled Lilis' emotions. It might be Wiwik's problem, and Lilis also does not want to know anymore.

It doesn't happen just once. Even a day can be up to 5 times. Lilis was curious about the caller too.

"Mas, who the hell calls you often? Why don't you answer me sometimes?"

"not nobody. Just the phone is not important. Leave it alone" replied Nathan.

That was Nathan's answer every time Lilis asked. Rather than making a fight, Lilis chose to quietly stop asking about it again.

"Mas, if I wanted to stay in the village, would you be willing to stay here?" lilis asked as she looked at Nathan grimly.

"Thank you, Mum."

"Tomorrow I'll find a job, around the nearest town. There might be something that suits me" Nathan said, trying to clear Lilis' doubts.

Nathan is a city guy who is used to living a steady life and a light job. Even though he was a waiter, but the waiter at his own restaurant does not belong to anyone else. In this village, if Nathan really wants to work, then he has to start from scratch. He must be willing to be at the command of people.

The next day when her husband went to look for work in a nearby town, Lilis got a phone call from Thunder. Of course she was very surprised, considering if Thunder was necessary with her husband why should she contact him. One thing that surprised Lilis even more, was what Thunder would talk to her about.

"What's the Thunder?"

"Lilis, I just want to beg you, persuade your husband to come home. Grandpa was sick and he kept asking about Nathan. Grandpa feels guilty for you and your family. He also wants to apologize to you."

"Why not just call Nathan?"

"I've contacted him a lot, but he seems to be too stubborn and wants to stay in the village. Only you can persuade him. You guys go back to town."

"I don't want to go back to town. If Mas Guntur wants Nathan's mas back, persuade yourself. I don't want to interfere in your family's affairs."

Without waiting for a response from Thunder, Lilis immediately hung up the phone call. Lilis sighed in annoyance. Lilis still could not forget what her grandfather had done to her and her family. Lilis was really still afraid of Grandpa's threat just yet. Although there is Nathan who will certainly protect him and his family, but still living there feels depressed like never before.

So, the one who kept calling Nathan, was Thunder. But Nathan says the phone doesn't matter. Isn't this about his grandfather's health.

Lilis heart was full of question marks about the answer from her husband. Lilis also continued to think that if anything happened to Grandpa, Lilis heart would definitely feel guilty because they should have been there to give Grandpa Edward new hope.

Rich people like Grandpa Edward, can do anything, to fulfill his wishes. Desire governs those who are near it. Whether his heart is made of what, the presence of Revelation alone is not able to make his heart accept the presence of Lilis in Nathan's life. Lilis did not want to, making the relationship of the grandson and Grandpa there was tension because of him. But she also could not give up on releasing her husband back to her Grandpa.

The voice of Lilis' phone rang again, and it was seen on her phone screen the name 'Thunder Mask' was clearly visible. Thunder still did not want to stop convincing Lilis to make Nathan return.
