Chapters 11. Lilis gave birth

Lilis grimaced with enduring pain, pain immeasurable. She wanted to scream as her body was taken into the delivery room. Lilis mumbled softly, "is I going to give birth now?"

What Lilis felt, more like signs of childbirth. Lilis felt a very intense contraction. Like what he read on Google.

The contractions it feels are a little bit similar to cramps during menstruation. The difference is, these contractions feel several times heavier than menstrual stomach cramps.

Lilis also felt her stomach like a bloated stomach. Which makes Lilis very uncomfortable. The feeling of flatulence is not subsided even Lilis like to waste the wind or defecate. Looks like labor is about to happen. Lilis still did not understand because this was a first for her.

By the time the baby is born, the contractions that Lilis feels are getting stronger in an effort to push the baby out of the womb. Discomfort spreads to all parts of the stomach, ranging from the front, right and left of the stomach, to the back. The lilis stomach also feels hard when the contractions and pelvis feel like they are pressed.

Lilis felt the intensity of the pain getting heavier and the shorter the distance. Lilis also feels the more intense the pain, which may signal the time of delivery is near.

Lilis continued to endure the pain and she felt like she had to fight for her baby. Lilis was reminded of Desta, her husband. At a time like this, he's not here. But Lilis did not want to be sad and desperate. He encouraged himself, to stay even without Desta.

After such a persistent struggle, there was born a tiny and beautiful baby with a normal delivery. Without operation. Lilis let out a sigh of relief and her happy tears flowed slowly.

Now the problem is, who will say the Adhan and Iqamah in the ears of his daughter. Wendi volunteered to recite the adhan on the ear of little princess Lilis. Lilis looked towards the mother who nodded slowly, as a gesture of agreeing to Wendi's offer.

Finally, Wendi who did the task of Desta who is now out of nowhere. Finished reciting the adhan, Desta's extended family came to visit Lilis and her daughter. They were a step late, because the task of Desta accompanied the wife to give birth was instead taken over by others.

Lilis was immediately transferred to the inpatient room so that she could be visited by other families. Lilis' father and mother-in-law came and tried to comfort Lilis who was disappointed in Desta. When needed, Desta was completely unreliable.

"Desta knows if you gave birth?"

"His phone could not be contacted. Either the battery ran out or it was deliberately switched off."
