Chapters 30. A real wedding plan

Nathan drives Lilis home, even in his own vehicle. Lilis is riding a motorcycle and Nathan is riding in his personal car which is recognized as his boss' car.

Arriving in front of Lilis' house, Nathan parked his car on the street. At that time, it appeared that Desta was standing outside a house while watching Lilis who had just returned home.

For some reason, when he saw Desta, Nathan became very jealous. Moreover, they live close together. It seemed like it was already Desta's tactic to get close to Lilis.

Nathan half ran up to Lilis, then followed her to Lilis' door. Lilis stopped right in front of the door and turned around.

"Mas Nathan, don't go home right away?" ask Lilis.

"Can't I stop by? I saw that your ex lived next door to your house" Nathan replied.

"Two houses from here. Maybe he'll watch us?"

Lilis and Nathan rush in to talk about Lilis and Desta's problems. Nathan started thinking of a way to tell Lilis the truth, about her current feelings.

"Does Nathan have a solution to this problem?

"I think the marriage we've been planning is the best solution to get your ex-husband to give up."

"But how can we get married? I don't want to involve Nathan in my dealings with Desta's mas."

"Why, I don't mind at all. We're friends and I'll help you until your problems are completely solved with your ex-husband."

"But if you get married, you will be harmed. Your status will turn into a widower, and I don't want that to happen to you."

"Why should I be a widower? Can't we try to do everything well? You don't have to worry about me."

"Do you need to make a letter of agreement or a contract?"

Lilis knew for sure that her mother would not approve of this marriage if she knew that this marriage was a charade. If Lilis had lied to her mother, when Lilis and Nathan separated, she would have been the first one to be hurt over the failure of Lilis' second marriage.

"Why does Lis, you look so confused?" nathan asked worriedly.

"It's okay. I was just thinking, if Desta didn't leave this town, then what?"

"Everything is, we just live our marriage like any other married couple. Are you ashamed, having a driver's husband?"

"Lilis, actually, I've been in love with you for a long time" Nathan said rather nervously.

Lilis was shocked, but in her heart, she cheered happily at Nathan's sudden confession.

"Therefore, I hope to keep the three of you in the future. So, I want this marriage, not just to make your ex-husband give up. But also for our future" Nathan added.

"I don't know what to answer, it's too sudden for me. I'm…."

"I know I'll be patient waiting. Or suppose I never said this. You just focus on your goals" Nathan said.

There seemed to be disappointment on his face that had been full of enthusiasm. Lilis could only sigh and could not give him an answer because Nathan had already said what made Lilis silent.

"Yes already. We just run according to your plan," Lilis replied smiling.

"Tomorrow, I'll officially ask your mother for permission. After that, we'll meet my grandfather."

Lilis agreed. Let what happens next be the secret of God. To be sure, Lilis was relieved that the marriage, which was originally just a charade, could eventually become the marriage she wanted.

Desta's upset. Just then, Naina appears and runs after Nathan.

"Nathan's father…."

Naina's voice shocked everyone, including Nathan. In fact, it was he who taught Naina to call her 'father'. You're until Lilis finds out I taught her, Lilis can kayak earlier.

Lilis does not want to, Nathan later thinks, he was the one who taught Naina to call 'father' to Nathan.

"Nathan's father" Naina said, pointing at Nathan's cheek, which made Nathan misbehave.

"Mas Nathan, you?" lilis said in shock.

Lilis did not expect that the one who taught Naina to call 'father' was Nathan himself. Wanting to be happy or angry, Lilis became confused. Finally only a sigh and a shy smile were seen on Lilis' face.

Nathan smiled shyly as well while looking down, as Naina could not lie. Fortunately, Lilis was not angry just looking shocked.
