Chapter 69. Like a madman looking for you

Nathan panicked, after receiving a message from Lilis. He tries to contact Lilis to prevent her from following Desta's request. However, Lilis did not answer his call. Nathan was panicking.

Finally, he decided to go home and hoped that Lilis had not left yet. Wendi patiently accompanied Nathan back home. Arriving home, Nathan shouted loudly to his wife.

"Lilis, Lilis."

"Nathan, what's wrong?" ask Ms. Siti when she sees Nathan coming home.

"Where, Lilis, where is he," Nathan asked frantically and felt almost insane.

"He's gone from half an hour ago" replied Ms. Siti worriedly.

"Why is he doing this, why? He deliberately wanted to drive me crazy because he was worried about him" Nathan said in a panic.

"Nathan, relax. Lilis was also definitely in an unconscious state because of Naina. You don't go along unknowingly, come on think of a way to get your wife and child back safely" Wendi said, trying to calm Nathan's heart.

Nathan's sitting listless, his mind fucked. His face looks pale.

But true, said Wendi, I must be a protector for my son and wife. I can't panic, Nathan.

"Wendi, you go to the police station. I'll catch up with Lilis alone. I'm afraid it's gonna be too late for me. I have to go now. I'll call you every 15 minutes, so keep your phone on" Nathan said.

Nathan uses his motorcycle to head to the park where Lilis is delivering the money. With anxious feelings, Nathan continued muttering and calling Lilis, his wife. His eyes were red with deep anger. He will not be able to forgive Desta, if he hurts Lilis or hurts Naina.

He was in the city park, but there seemed deserted. Nathan tries to search here and there, but neither Desta, Lilis nor Naina are seen in that place. Nathan's panicking. He yelled out to Lilis and Naina. There was no answer, only a few people who looked astonished to see Nathan like a madman.

Seeing Nathan's condition that seemed unreasonable, came a mother with a soft talk to Nathan.

"Are you looking for a pregnant woman?" ask the mothers slowly

"True, that's my wife. Did you see him?" nathan said with a face full of hope.

"But her husband took her away" the mother replied in shock.

"No. She's not her husband, she's her ex-husband. Now, I'm her husband."

"Oh then I'm sorry. I don't know, I think they're one family that's about to go for a walk."

"Do you know where that man took my wife and children?" nathan panicked.

"Mom doesn't know. I just heard, the man said he was going to book a plane ticket for three soon" the mothers replied.

"What, a plane ticket of three?" Nathan said he was panicking.

"Thank you" Nathan said to the mother.

Nathan restrains his anger at her because Desta intends to take Lilis and Naina away. Went where? Nathan immediately contacted Seno and asked him to find out from people who had been placed in several airports. Nathan explains that there is a possibility that Desta will bring Lilis and Naina home.

Nathan also contacted Wendi to tell him about the same. Especially to explain the whereabouts of Lilis and Naina in the hands of Wendi who is likely to be at the airport.
