Trapped In Ambiguity

Trapped In Ambiguity
He's my father

The days I spent in school were really lonely, but the loneliness was sometimes covered by the presence of Reni who inexplicably used to talk to me, accompany me on my break and take me to the cafeteria

"See you, Adel." He waved his hand as his brother came to pick him up.

"Bye, Bye." I returned his hand.

I then went home with ojol. After paying, I went into the house.

The clock shows at 14:00. I immediately headed to the room, picked up a book from the shelf, and began to study. Since the day that Brother Rega showed me the letter, that day I was excited to get the same letter.

Sometimes I get tired of studying all day, but I always hope that my struggle will get results. Soon I graduate, just 1 month away. After graduation I will enroll in two schools, one the same as Kak Rega and the other at Harvard. I was so interested in the college.

"Adel, let's have dinner" cried Dad.

"One more thing, Dad," I replied with a small shout.

After finishing the matter, I then immediately headed to the dining table, sitting next to my father.

"You really worked hard to get there, Adel. Even so, you should keep your health in mind."

"Yes, Dad."

The days continued to change, the graduation announcement was announced and my school diploma was out. I've sent all the papers and now I'm just taking the test and this is probably going to be my last day fighting for college there. Because when I finish the test, then I'll just wait for the announcement.

"Mother, which father?" my many.

"You're going to take the test?"

"Yes, Mother."

"Want Mother to accompany?" tawar.

"No need, Mother. Mother at home. Then, I go first Mother. Pray for me."

"That's for sure."

I put my feet out of the house. Congratulations on fighting for myself and see you, Brother Rega. I'll try to answer all about it.

I let out a sigh of relief. I have answered almost everything about it, although it is still difficult. But I hesitated a little for my answer because when I was busy working on it, my feelings suddenly felt bad. Hope everything's okay.

I saw a clock on my wrist that showed 17:00. My house is 500 meters from here. Walking home seems good, I haven't been out for a long time. My body has to move.

"Hi, Del," said Wildan who suddenly stopped his bike beside me when I had traveled about 200 meters.

"Eh, Wildan. What's up?"

"Where are you going?"

"Want me to take you?"

"No need. It's close, really. Thank you." Thank you."

"All right, see you," he said, then took off his bike, away from me.

Although tired, at least the atmosphere of the afternoon in this city is really impressive. The tall buildings amaze me. Not to mention the orange-colored effects of the sun.

My steps stopped when I saw many people gathered. My kepaku desire suddenly appeared. I then broke through the crowd. My first sight was on two cars. One of those cars is no stranger to me. The car with the license plate I always see in the morning.

My senses suddenly chime together quickly, shedding cold sweat, not to mention the suddenly gripping atmosphere. I then cleared my sight of the two victims lying on the ground.

My legs felt limp as I watched the face of one of them. I stepped up, then sat down next to the man. My tears are spilling.

"He's my father, call me an ambulance, quickly" I shouted at whoever was currently surrounding us.

I immediately took out the P3K box from my bag. The box was never absent from inside. Tears never stop flowing from my eyes. I did first aid to my father, stopped the bleeding from his head, and draped it with gauze. Sometimes my eyes blur for trying to stem those tears.

"What about the ambulance?" I shouted once more.

"At the way" replied a man. I didn't look towards him. Just hearing from his voice.

I then switched to giving first aid to the person who was also lying next to my father, maybe he was worse.

Someone then grabbed my shoulder. I looked up, looking at the woman.

"Let me. I'm a final semester student and really understand this."

I then nodded, walking back to my father's side, looking at my father's handsome face.

"Dad, let's get up. Your daughter is waiting for you, well," I said in a hoarse voice. I don't care about people who only see us.

Two ambulances came, they immediately took the father and the man. I got into the ambulance with my dad.

Dad was then put in a room. I sat there waiting for him and called my mother. Of course, my mother was very shocked and initially disbelieving, just like me.

I wipe away my tears that have never stopped to wet my cheeks. I was so scared of losing my dad.

"Cila," shouted the mother who was currently running towards me. I stood facing him and he then hugged me very tightly.

"Dad is inside, Mother." I cried in the opening of the mother. I cried with sobbing. Wreaking all my anxieties and fears in this cry.

"Father will be fine, Cil," said the mother in a hoarse voice while rubbing my shoulders. I know, you must want to cry now too, but she's trying to look tough. I want to be like Mother.

Mother then held my shoulder, told me to sit back and gave her shoulder as my place to lean.

"Just calm down, Cil," said Mother.

"I'll go take care of Dad's car, Mother." I'm budging. I don't feel like I can be in this place. Because every time I look at that door, I always want to cry. My heart is too weak for now.
