The debriefing activity began, as usual the dean will give a little welcome and will be continued with briefings from the academic side.

One month Rahayu did fieldwork practice activities in Serang Banten, Rahayu was also separated from her two best friends Nina and Sari they interned in Jember precisely in one of the rubber plantations there.

Rahayu and her three new friends started interning today, they are not alone there are some students from Telkom and one of the universities in Sumatra. Rahayu and her three friends are also separated where there are in the marketing department, there are those in HRD, there are those in the material rau section and rahayu itself is in the preparation stock section.

Rahayu and her three friends choose a place to boarding one area only different rooms, for which girls choose to rent one room only because it is only for one month and to save costs. Dion is the only guy who chooses to live in the mess office along with the other single workers.

As usual before leaving for our internship the three of us looked for breakfast first, because our working hours followed the workers who were there, entering at eight in the morning and going home at four in the afternoon. This morning Rahayu and friends chose a rice breakfast sitting in front of their boarding alley. This is the first experience for Rahayu to enjoy nasi uduk, savory rice like yellow rice only the color is still white. One serving of rice sat with soy sauce noodle side dish, fried tofu sambal and egg omelet for three thousand rupiah (in 2013) for one portion, while for water drinks are provided free by the seller.

Rahayu got a lot of new knowledge there, even though there is a high level brother who has a high position there but the treatment of all participants in the field work practice remains the same, he said, it's just that Rahayu gets more opportunities to exchange stories during the break.

In the morning the activity begins with control and introduction with the production machines that are there, a little not connected with the agricultural majors that Rahayu took but he was more focused on the management applied there.

There are a lot of big machines there, the first is a machine for making pulp, and the first is a machine for making paper, the raw material used in the production process in this factory is recycled scrap paper which will then be crushed into pulp.

The second process is the printing of paper pulp into very large sheets of paper. The engine used here is very large and hot because the product process uses steam as engine fuel. Paper porridge that has been printed into large sheets will be rolled into very large rollers and cut according to consumer needs.

After the paper in the form of large rollers and in the next cut the paper is brought to a special storage place before being distributed to the customer. For the marketing process in this paper factory in be to be that is serving between companies that need packaging in paper media.

When the break comes we usually interns will gather in the library, there is a large mosque, pantry and room to read. We were allowed to eat and drink there during the break. Usually, we will spend a break to discuss what information has been obtained from each advisor.

After the rest hours are completed we will return in the respective departments according to the job disk and the responsibilities of each. Rahayu learned a lot how to make a daily report of work in the preparation stock, she was also given the opportunity to several times follow important meetings there.

When Rahayu and her three friends come back together in front of the library, they wait for each other only when everything is done they will go home together.

It did not feel one month already Rahayu was attacked, one month there but did not have time to play to the tourist attractions there, he said, or just a walk in the city square was never. Rahayu chose to stay at the boarding house while friends enjoyed her Saturday night at the mall. Not because they do not want to come, but the wallet forces to stay silent at the cost for the sake of survival until the time of returning home later.

Do not forget before returning home they say goodbye to friends who intern together there. They exchanged mobile phones and met with photos as a memento of having lived together when in Serang.

One month in a place far from Malang does not make Rahayu can forget the special figure on campus, although the activity is very dense but still on the sidelines of free time Andika's shadow passes without permission in his brain.
