The Casa Del Castaneda

The Casa Del Castaneda
Profound Hatred

After a journey of about fifteen minutes, Sebastian arrived in Valenzuela, Cordoba. The vehicle stopped in front of a two-story house, a typical Andalusian building with a predominance of white and brown.

“Can I come, Mister?” leandra asked putting on a look of hope.

“Down,” Sebastian replied as he exited the car, without waiting for Pedro to open the door for him.

A cheerful smile immediately painted beautifully on the beautiful face of Leandra. The young lady looked so excited, as she accompanied her master walking to the gate guarded by two guards. Without removing the sunglasses he was wearing, Sebastian spoke to one of the security guards.

“I'm Sebastian Cruz Castaneda. Is Mr Elazar on the spot?” ask the owner of the largest olive plantation in Porcuna.

“Have you made an appointment in advance, Mister?” The man with the sign that read Osvaldo Arambula on the right pocket of his clothes, asked Sebastian.

“No. Not yet,” Sebastian replied. “I just happened to pass by and want to just stop by,” he reasoned.

“Good. Please wait a minute, Mr.” The security officer, Osvaldo, asked his colleague to call the building by phone. Osvaldo's colleague asked someone inside, about Elazar's whereabouts. Moments later, the man nods as a sign that Elazar is willing to meet Sebastian.

“Please enter, Mr.” Osvaldo pressed a special button. Slowly, the gate opened by itself.

Sebastian nodded faintly. He stepped dashing into the courtyard that was not too wide, so that his vehicle could not be brought in. Sebastian and Leandra pass through a small garden with a path layered with natural rocks, which divides the park until it arrives at the terrace.

On the porch with mosaic-patterned tiles, it was waiting for a curly-haired man slightly above the shoulders. Men with an age range are not much different from the late Rafael Hernandez. The gray-eyed man, who smiled warmly as he welcomed Sebastian and Leandra's presence there.

“Sebastian,” greet the man who is none other than Elazar Ganimedes Blanco. A well-known contractor in Seville and beyond, who was also the ex-husband of Tatiana Vidal.

“Hallo, Elazar,” Reply Sebastian. The two men across the ages hugged each other familiarly. “For a long time no see,” said Sebastian pleasantries.

“I've never been anywhere. My company in Sevilla is already in charge,” said Elazar accompanied by a calm smile. His gaze then turned to the beautiful woman next to Sebastian.

“Ah, this is my personal assistant. Miss Leandra Navarro.” Sebastian introduces the beautiful brunette next to him to Elazar.

“Nona Navarro,” greet Elazar politely, who replied with a nod and a friendly smile Leandra. “Mari. Please sit.” Elazar directed his hand, at the circular sofa that was on the terrace. The man intentionally put it there. He rarely allowed guests who visited his residence to enter, except for certain things.

Sebastian already knew the habits of Elazar like that, so he did not bother anymore. The landlord of the Porcuna immediately sat down, not far from the host.

“So, what brings you here?” elazar asked, after a waiter served drinks and some snacks.

“I just stopped by. I hope you're not busy,” Sebastian replied.

“Of course not. I love living here because of the quiet atmosphere. Every day, my time is up just to read a book. I went to Seville only two or three times a month,” Elazar said.

“Do you still communicate with Tatiana?” ask Sebastian.

“So yes?” Sebastian mangosteen. “I think you're still communicating with Tatiana,”.

“What's wrong? Do you have a problem with him?” search Elazar while raising one eyebrow.

“Not really,” replied Sebastian trying to look as calm as possible. “It just so happens that I haven't heard from him in a long time. The last time he contacted me was ...” Sebastian paused his words. He remembered very well when the last time Tatiana Vidal had contacted him. The wealthy woman called Sebastian the day before Paloma and Rafael came to Casa del Castaneda, which ended with the news of the tragic accident.

“Tatiana is a woman who is always busy with work. I think he's too enslaved by worldly affairs. However, it seems like it will not be a significant problem, because he has a reliable husband like Rafael Hernandez,” said Elazar. The look on her face was slightly different, when she mentioned Paloma's husband's name.

“His cup, you really don't keep up with the news about your ex-wife.” Sebastian grabbed a cup of tea from the table, then gulped it down. “Three years have passed. Tatiana and Rafael have separated. Rafael returns to his legal wife and moves to Mexico.” Sebastian put the white porcelain cup back.

“Really?” Elazar put on an incredulous look.

“It feels, too awkward if you really don't know at all about it,” said Sebastian hesitated.

Elazar laughed softly as he grabbed the cup before him. The brown-haired man sipped the tea served by the waiter, then put the porcelain cup back in its place. “Not knowing. I just don't think it's important any news about that woman anymore. As I said earlier, my life has become much more comfortable and quiet now. I don't care anymore about Tatiana Vidal or Rafael Hernandez,”.

“Rafael Hernandez is gone. The man was killed in a tragic accident a few days ago on the border of Porcuna,”.

“Really?” Elazar again put on a surprised expression. “Can't be trusted,” he said as he clucked slowly.

“It was also one of the reasons I came here,” Sebastian said again.

“Oh, yes? Why is that?” Elazar. He leaned toward Sebastian.

“To be honest, Paloma ... um, I mean .. Rafael Hernandez's wife alleged that I was the culprit behind the accident that killed her husband,” Sebastian explained slightly staggered.

The change in attitude and expression that Sebastian showed, apparently has attracted the attention of Leandra. The beautiful woman opened her mouth to ask questions.

However, before Leandra could say anything, Elazar had already interrupted. “How can that be?” Elazar scrunched his forehead. He began to wonder what Sebastian would say next.

“Because I invited them to Casa del Castaneda, then drove them away with bad words. That's where Paloma suspected me. However ...” Sebastian hung up his sentence while watching Elazar's countenance.

“However?” tanya Elazar, the construction businessman who is also the ex-husband of Tatiana Vidal.

"The day before, Tatiana called me. I said that Rafael and his wife will come to my place,” Sebastian explained as he took a deep breath. The handsome widower was silent for a moment. There was discomfort in him.

After a few minutes passed, Sebastian let out a long sigh. The man resumed his words. “Sorry if I suspect your ex-wife. Only he knew that Rafael and his wife were visiting Casa del Castaneda, on the same day that they experienced the unfortunate incident."

Sebastian's gaze was glaring. Her shadow was fixed on the beautiful face of Paloma. The mother of Luz Maria looked at herself, with a glare of vengeance and deep hatred.
