The Casa Del Castaneda
Paloma's Regret

Paloma was stunned, when he found the cellphone that had been lit. However, he had not had time to say something, the name Sebastian that had been listed on the screen had disappeared. Concern tussling Paloma, between contacting Sebastian back or not. After weighing for a while, Paloma finally decided to put his phone back on the nightstand. He turned to Rafael.

“What do you want now?” asked Paloma softly.

“I just want to sleep soundly in my room,” replied Rafael weakly.

“Take it easy, My son. Your wish will be fulfilled soon. The doctors have coordinated and definitely approved your transfer process, after carrying out a detailed examination tomorrow morning. Hope the results are good,” said Rogelio who just entered the treatment room.

“Is that true, Dad?” The eyes of Rafael sparkled, after hearing Rogelio's words.

“Yes, son,” said the middle-aged man was so, sure as he walked closer to the bed. He rubbed Rafael's head which was still wrapped in bandages affectionately.

What the owner of the largest pharmaceutical company in Mexico said is true. The next day, the team of doctors performed a full examination. They decided that the transfer of the patient was ready.

After going through a fairly complicated process and stages, Rafael managed to be flown using a special plane to Mexico.

He was transferred to Chihuahua City Central Hospital. Rafael was also placed in the VVIP treatment room.

Ten hours of travel successfully passed smoothly without significant obstacles. The happy raut was so visible on Rogelio's face.

Different conditions are being faced by Tatiana. A few days after Rafael's move to Mexico, the woman who always looks glamorous was about to leave her luxurious residence. However, the arrival of several police officers, forced to stop his steps.

"Mrs Tatiana Vidal?" ask one of the officers politely.

"What do you need to find me?" ask Tatiana. As usual, the woman displayed a haughty and determined attitude.

The officer did not answer questions from Tatiana. He immediately took out a piece of paper that was immediately thrust into Tatiana.

"What a joke is this!" the forty-year-old woman. He felt unacceptable, after reading the writing on the paper earlier.

"That's an arrest warrant for you, Madam. You have been made a suspect, in the case of the attempted murder of Mr. Rafael Hernandez" the police officer said calmly and authoritatively.

"What kind of madness is this?" Tatiana's tone grew even higher.

"We've got Mr. Castaneda's permission to check his phone. There, we found a message from you inviting Mr. Castaneda to prevent Mr. Rafael Hernandez's return to Mexico. However, Mr. Castaneda refused it" the police said.

"It cannot be used as evidence. I did send a message to Sebastian, but it doesn't mean that I'm actually doing anything out of bounds against Rafael. I am a lady of honor!" elak Tatiana was still acting.

"Unfortunately, we found more than that. One of the perpetrators of the persecution who was caught on CCTV cameras, we have managed to identify his face. From there, we search and match with existing population data. We have managed to uncover the identity of the man" the police officer said confidently.

"He has admitted that you have transferred some money into his account, as a reward for taking the life of Mr. Hernandez. We've been browsing the man's account, and can confirm that everything he says is true." The policeman smiled calmly, when he saw the change in the face that always polished the expensive makeup of Tatiana.

Meanwhile, deep in a luxurious building nestled in the middle of Porcuna's largest olive plantation, Sebastian sits restlessly in the seat of his greatness. The gaze of the thirty-seven widower looked up, looking at the photo of the late wife who was large on the wall.

"You have grasped my heart and carried it away as you please. You think I'll just shut up?" racau Sebastian is already under the influence of alcohol.

The man then got up from his seat. He walked over to the large workroom window. "I won't let you go, Paloma. Not now or anytime. I'll chase and make the calculations with you." Finished saying so, Sebastian threw his liquor bottle tightly towards the window. The two glass objects clashed against each other, making shards of glass and shards scattered in all directions.

Thousands of miles away from Porcuna, and separated by the ocean. Paloma woke up feeling worried. At that time, he was sleeping in a special bed provided by the hospital for the patient guard. Paloma felt that someone had surprised him all of a sudden. In fact, there was no one there but Rafael who was sound asleep.

Paloma inched to the edge of the bed while kneeling the nape. He spread his eyes around. Paloma grabbed the phone, then looked at the clock in the upper right corner of the screen that showed at three in the morning.

The woman was about to continue her sleep, when suddenly her mobile phone shook. Paloma immediately saw the incoming call earlier, so that Rafael did not feel disturbed.

"Cardenas' lawyer?" his murmur read the row of names on the screen. "Hola," said Paloma slowly. "Have you called me this early, sir?" tanya Paloma was curious.

"Ah, I'm sorry, madam. I completely forgot that we have a time difference" said the lawyer from across the street.

"This is because I was too happy, I forgot that in your place you had entered the early hours of the morning. In Spain it's seven o'clock at night, ma'am," Cardenas' lawyer continued.

"Maybe that's the reason Mr. Rogelio's number can't be reached. He must be resting." Cardenas' lawyer continues his remarks.

"What do you really want to say, sir?" Paloma was getting impatient.

"Ah, yes. I'm sorry, madam. I just want to tell the good news from the police, that they have managed to uncover the perpetrator of the attempted murder of your husband" explained Cardenas' lawyer.

"Oh, huh?" Hazel Paloma's eyes are perfect. "Who?"

"Mrs Tatiana Vidal" replied Cardenas' lawyer.

Instantly a feeling of guilt lunged and filled Paloma's chest. During this time, he had always suspected Sebastian of the misfortune that befell Rafael. In reality, Sebastian was not involved in the crime.

"Oh, Sebastian," sighed Paloma. A million regrets were present and entangled him at that moment. Shaking, Paloma fingers rub the phone screen. He's looking for Sebastian's contact number. Paloma was eager to contact the man to apologize.

However, before his intention was accomplished, there was a moaning from Rafael. Paloma immediately abandoned his intentions earlier. He soon moved to Rafael's bed.

"What's wrong? Are you thirsty?" ask Paloma.

"My whole body hurts, Paloma" complained Rafael.

"Wait a minute. I'll call the doctor on guard "Paloma just put his cell phone on the nightstand. He then pressed the emergency button, which was on the top wall of the head of the treatment bed.

A few minutes passed, no response. No medical personnel came, so Paloma was forced to leave the room. In his steps towards the doctor's room, his tears suddenly dripped.

It is a picture of Sebastian's handsome face, the last time he met him at Sierra Norte hospital. "I'm sorry, Sebastian. I hope you're always happy, even without me," she exclaimed.
