The Casa Del Castaneda

The Casa Del Castaneda
Like a Nightmare

Paloma fell silent again and thought. However, what the young woman had in mind was instantly gone, as Martin made a sound again. “Please, don't ask to see Calos Martinez now. It is time for us to rest.”

“What Mr. Aguire said is indeed true, Miss,” Antonio timpal after shutting down his computer again. The dark-haired man got up from his seat, then said goodbye. Antonio left Paloma and Martin in the room.

“How about, Miss de Luna? What's your decision now?” ask Martin.

“I ...” Paloma was doubtful.

“It's already night. I'd better take you to the waitresses' place,” break up handsome guy with those checkered shirts. Without waiting for an answer from Paloma, Martin moved out. He turned off the lights and locked the door, after Paloma followed him. Martin directed the young woman with the floral midi dress, back through a long corridor near the fountain park.

“Indeed, it's okay if I stay here without working?” paloma asked as he walked in Martin's steadfast footsteps.

“You should have left earlier,” Martin said without stopping or turning to Paloma.

Paloma itself did not immediately respond. The hazel-eyed woman recalled her husband, who had no idea where he was at the moment. His feelings are getting worse. Paloma still chose silence, until they arrived at the door of a room.

The room is at the back of the building. Martin tapped it slowly. Without having to wait for long, someone opened the door from the inside.

Raquela's face appeared. The view of the middle-aged woman with a large height was immediately fixed on Paloma. After watching the brown-haired young lady for a while, Raquela turned her attention to Martin. “How, Mr Aguire?” tanyanya opened her voice.

“Let Miss de Luna stay tonight. You don't have to worry. I will handle, if there will be a problem with Mr. Sebastian,” replied Martin. “Please make a bed for her.”

“Alright, Mr. Aguire. I'll get Matilde to drive her to the empty butler's room.” Raquela nodded in agreement.

After which, Martin glanced for a moment at Paloma who was still silent. The handsome man nodded at Raquela as a gesture that he was about to say goodbye. Martin, who was very tired of his activities after working all day, soon passed from the presence of the two women.

After Martin's death, Raquela takes Paloma to see Matilde. Matilde was the deputy butler there. She was younger than Raquela.

Matilde escorted Paloma to the room he was going to occupy. The room was at the back. There is also a number attached to the door. This is because there are several rooms provided for the servants. Something natural, because the Casa del Castaneda building is very large and spacious. Such a place certainly requires a lot of people to take care of it so that it is always clean and neat.

Matilde knocked on the door of room number 25. He waited until someone opened it from the inside. Looks like a sweet face with white skin. The woman seemed to be the same age as Paloma. “Good night, Flor. For tonight, you will not sleep alone,” Matilde said as she looked at Paloma.

“Oh. Thank you, Mrs Moreno.” The young lady named Flor nodded with a warm smile. Meanwhile, Matilde replied to him with a knotty smile. Without saying much more, the vice butler left the two young women in front of room number 25 earlier.

“Come in,” invite Flor friendly. The blonde-haired young lady continued to maintain a warm smile. “My name is Flor Ceballos. What's your name?” tanyakanya.

“Paloma,” replied the brunette with the floral dress, while putting the bag that she had been carrying on the wooden buffet. “Paloma Sanchez de Luna.”

“Paloma,” reset Flor. “Just put your bag there,” point it to a small wooden cabinet, which is near the bunk. “It will be your wardrobe, Paloma,” Flor said again.

Paloma doesn't talk much. He smiled, then nodded. Paloma followed Flor's words. He placed his bag on top of the small wooden cabinet.

“I slept in the top bed, and you were down,” Flor said. It seemed, the young blonde woman was someone who was so fit. He did not look awkward, even though he had just met Paloma. “Before, I occupied this room with a friend. However, he resigned about two weeks ago. Thank goodness, now I'm not alone anymore.” Flor kept chattering.

Meanwhile, Paloma chose to sit on the edge of the bed. His body feels so tired.

“You mean?” Flor put on a face not understanding. However, Paloma did not answer let alone explain at length. The owner of the hazel eyes only smiled as he responded.

The night is getting late. It crept slowly, inviting a quiet atmosphere around Casa del Castaneda. When all the residents of the place were asleep in the cradle of a beautiful dream, Paloma was awake from his sleep. As usual, Nilo's shadow was again present and disturbed Paloma's longing for his dead son.

Paloma sat pensively leaning against the wall, because the bed was deliberately placed on the edge. Without feeling, tears fall back on the corner of the lips. As much as possible, the woman held back her cries. However, the feeling of disintegration in his chest was unable to control him. Finally, Paloma decided to leave the room.

In the dimness of the corridor, Paloma continued walking while crying. The young lady's gontai steps ended up in a wide opening. Beautiful backyard with garden lights that illuminate it from various angles.

Paloma was glued for a moment. He looked around the place. Suddenly, his turmoil slowly faded away. Paloma wiped away the tears that soaked her cheeks, as a gust of night wind hit her pale pretty face.

“Are you here, Nilo? My son.” Paloma muttered slowly. He then bowed and returned sobbing. Paloma places both palms on the chest. The pain that had been just evaporated in a sob, over time became a bitter cry. Paloma just wanted to free the wedge in his heart that again teased him that night.

A few moments have passed. Paloma felt much calmer than before. He also decided to go back to the room. The woman waited patiently for tomorrow to come.

The next day, Paloma rushed to tidy up. He returned to the bag with clothes. Paloma came out of the room, and passed by several servants who were busy doing their respective tasks.

People who saw Paloma's whereabouts there had felt strange. However, the brown-haired young lady chose to act indifferent. Paloma kept walking out. The goal is the plantation workers. He's going to see Martin. However, it was fortunate that the man appeared along with Paloma who had been in the corridor near the fountain garden.

“Good morning, Mr. Aguire,” greet Paloma.

“Good morning, Miss de Luna,” reply Martin. “I've met Carlos Martinez. Follow me. We must hurry, before working hours begin,” take Martin while turning back. He walks very hard. Meanwhile, Paloma followed him.

Near the gate to the plantation, had been waiting for a curly-haired man. His name is Carlos Martinez. Without much ado, Martin immediately asked about Rafael Hernandez.

“Rafael decided to stop from here. He had said that he got a job with a much larger wage,” said Carlos.

“Do you know where he went?” ask Paloma. A glimmer of hope is back. However, he must meet with Rafael, to determine the clarity of his marriage bond that has not known where he will be taken.

“Sevilla. He went there,” replied Carlos sure.

“Sevilla?” repeated Paloma. “Do you know where it works right now?”

Carlos shakes. “No. Since we went there, we no longer communicate. Who are you?” Carlos asked back.

“I'm his wife,” Paloma replied.

“Wife? As far as Rafael is single,” argues Carlos.
