The Casa Del Castaneda
Not Intruders

With the help of Alonso, Paloma was able to go with the group of workers who were going to Porcuna. Most of them are men. While the women are only a few people, who will later be placed as servants in a magnificent building called Casa del Castaneda.

The group departed from Granada Bus Station, located at Avenida de Juan Pablo II. For approximately three hours they must travel, until they arrive at Porcuna. Precisely, on the largest olive plantation of the municipality. The olive grove itself belonged to a man named Sebastian Cruz Castaneda.

Sebastian is a thirty-seven year old widower. His wife, who was famously beautiful and graceful, died before giving Sebastian a child. After the death of the woman he loved, Sebastian decides to live alone. The man always busied himself, with his business growing rapidly.

As we know, olives can be processed into various products. Whether it's for food or beauty. The benefits of olives themselves are beyond doubt. This makes the business land owned by Sebastian as if it has no competition at all. He became king of Porcuna.

“Good afternoon, Sir,” greet the well-postured man. He is younger than Sebastian. The man was wearing torn jeans on the knee, combined with a checkered shirt top. He was someone who served as a foreman on the plantation.

“Good afternoon, Martin,” reply to the compound without reversing the seat he was sitting in. The man's position was turned back on the foreman. Martin could only see the employer's right hand, which was placed on the edge of the chair while holding a thin smoky cigar. “What's up?” ask Sebastian. The voice of the plantation owner sounded so heavy and firm.

“The workers from Granada have arrived. I've already directed them to mess. However, there seems to be a bit of a mistake,” reports Martin.

“Mistakes how do you mean?” ask Sebastian again. He turned his chair so that it faced Martin who was still standing firm and polite.

Sebastian Cruz Castaneda's. The man looked so mature. Copper brunettes with a pair of beautiful honey brown eyes. Sebastian has a very masculine face. It looks a little fierce with a sturdy jaw, and a firm face line decorated with a beard is not too thick. "Explain," he said with great authority.

"Look, Mister." Martin begins his explanation. "The number of people who came here was not in accordance with the data I received from Antonio" he reported.

"Not suitable?" Sebastian raises his eyebrows. He then sucked on the cigar, which was still puffing on thin smoke.

"Yes, sir," said Martin. "In the data I received yesterday, there were fifteen male workers. They will all be placed on the farm. For women workers, there are ten. Three will be in the kitchen. The rest of the people served at Casa del Castaneda, to help prepare for this weekend's big banquet" Martin said.

"Then, what's the problem?" Sebastian asked again.

"The problem is that the ones who came here turned out to be more than one person. A woman whose name is not on the list" Martin replied carefully.

Sebastian chuckled softly after hearing Martin's words. The man moved from his seat. "I thought there was a serious problem" the man said lightly.

"I'm just giving you a report." Martin showed his respect. "I'm afraid that this will be a problem for the future."

Sebastian walked dashingly in front of the foreman who had a posture almost the same as himself. "You don't have to dispute that. After all, we need a lot of energy to prepare for the big banquet that I decided on the spur of the moment" Sebastian said. The curly-haired, slightly puffed-up man patted Martin's arm, looking relieved by the employer's reply.

"Well then, sir," Martin replied with a smile.

"Go back and take care of everything to stay in order. I don't want it until there's a riot like the one." After saying so, Sebastian stepped near the exit of his study.

Martin who saw the master would pass from there, immediately following the man. He followed Sebastian until the owner of the olive plantation turned the other way. While he himself intended to return to the plantation area.

The group of women stopped and turned in unison to Martin, who half ran towards them. After arriving before the butler named Raquela, Martin took out a piece of paper. He read a copy of the list of female workers he got from Antonio.

"I want to check the names of the female workers who just arrived today" Martin told Raquela.

"Oh. Please, Mr. Aguire," replied the middle-aged woman with the large high posture.

Without lingering, Martin mentioned one by one the names on the list. All totaled ten people. They raised their hands when their names were mentioned. There is one person who does not raise his hand. The brown haired woman who had been looking restless since.

"What's your name?" ask Martin.

"Palome."

"Note your full name, so I can put it on the employee list" Martin said.

"The Paloma Sanchez de Luna. I didn't come here to work here" Paloma replied, giving Martin and Raquela a look at each other.

"You go" said Martin. But Paloma did not comply. He stood in his place. The attitude of the pale-faced beautiful woman made Martin even more astonished. He looked at Raquela. "Bring the others. I'll take care of this woman, "let the handsome man know.

Raquela nodded politely. Despite his age far above Martin, but the young man had a fairly high position there. In addition to being a foreman, Martin is also a confidant of Sebastian.

After the death of Raquela and the other female workers, there were only Martin and Paloma in the corridor earlier. For a moment, the two of them fell silent to each other. Martin was busy observing the beautiful figure in front of him, wrapped in simple clothes. Meanwhile, Paloma turned his gaze to the floor.

"So, your name is Paloma? The Paloma Sanchez de Luna?" martin's repetition broke the silence between the two of them.

"Yes" Paloma replied briefly.

"Why did you come here if you weren't going to work?" ask Martin full of questions.

"There's an important matter that I have to settle," Paloma replied still in the same tone. He also did not turn to Martin, when answering the man's question.

"If you have entered the Casa del Castaneda area, it means that everything that is your business must be confirmed to me. I have to give Mr. Sebastian an accurate report. That's also if you don't want to be considered an intruder, Miss de Luna" Martin explained. His speech style was calm, but it sounded resolute in Paloma's ears.

"It's a personal matter" Paloma replied. He kept talking as necessary.

"I won't interfere in your personal affairs. At least, state your reasons if it's not for work" Martin said.

Paloma did not answer immediately. His eyes are still on the floor. On a pair of boots worn by Martin. There was no reason for Paloma to keep save the reason he had come there. Paloma also does not want to be considered an intruder, although that is the reality. "I'm looking for Rafael Hernandez."
