The Casa Del Castaneda

The Casa Del Castaneda
Mysterious and Terrible

Paloma was surprised not to play. He immediately looked. Seen as Sebastian stood in the doorway. The man even walked closer.

Meanwhile, Paloma again set his eyes to every corner of the room. “This room is very neat and beautiful. What else to put in here?” ask the woman confused.

“Try you to think. About what to reorganize?” Instead of answering Paloma's question, Sebastian even seemed to want to play with the beautiful woman.

Once again, Paloma circulated the gaze to every corner of the room. His eyes did not catch anything strange. “Can I not think too hard, sir? Life problems that I have to face have been very confusing,” Paloma protest slowly. He turned to Sebastian who was moving near the door in the corner of the room.

‘I don't want to make you more burdened. Therefore, do whatever you think should be tidied up from this room.” After saying so, Sebastian opened the brown door, which Paloma had thought of as a wall. Sebastian's going in there.

After the owner of the room, Paloma still did not move from where he stood. He again observed the spacious room more closely. A moment later, the hazel-eyed woman flashed a small smile. He rushed out of the room.

Paloma, walk quickly down the corridor. The goal at that time was the warehouse.

Meanwhile, Sebastian is enjoying the splashing water from the shower flowing profusely. The handsome man stood up with his head bowed. He closed his eyes, permeating every whir of water that fell on his body. Occasionally, the well-built man turns his hair back.

However, the drops of water that fell were too heavy. As a result, Sebastian's curly hair that was a little shady was back to fall in front of the face.

While Sebastian was engrossed in his bathing ritual, Paloma went to the park to pick a few flower stalks. After feeling enough, the brown-haired beauty returned to the warehouse. He returned the equipment he had used.

Paloma, then continued on towards the kitchen. From there, Rogelio's son-in-law took a beautiful plain jar that he filled with water.

After getting everything she needed, Paloma rushed back to Sebastian's room. As usual, he paid no heed to the unusual gaze of another servant who happened to cross paths with him. After all, ever since the incident at the banquet and the arrival of Raphael who dragged him by force, every servant became strange. No exception to Flor. The girl was also acting ordinary, even tending to keep her distance.

Again, Paloma had to be uncaring. Just like the first time Rafael left him a few years ago in Granada. Paloma must close his eyes and ears, from everything that will only make his feelings more uncertain.

Upon arrival in front of Sebastian's room, Paloma went in without knocking on the door. The atmosphere in the room looked quiet. Seems like Sebastian wasn't there. That would be much better, because Paloma can do his job calmly, without feeling supervised.

With a slow and careful step, Paloma placed the half-filled topes on the small table in the corner of the room. He began arranging flowers of several types into jars. Paloma did it all carefully. She, who used to work in a flower shop while living in Granada, is re-displaying her pent-up talent. Although only working for half a year, but the short experience is quite imprinted in his mind.

A short while later, Paloma had finished his work. He moved the jar containing the flowers that had been assembled earlier, then placed it on the table next to the bed. Paloma smiled to himself for the results. She felt a sense of pride in herself, even though she knew that everyone was also capable of doing what she was doing just now.

“So, so?” A heavy and deep voice in Sebastian, suddenly rang out and came back to surprise Paloma. The woman jumped in shock. He turned spontaneously toward the source of the voice.

Sebastian was standing on the other side of the room. The handsome man had changed clothes and looked fresher. Sebastian walked quietly to nearby Paloma. He stopped right next to the young lady who was only as tall as his shoulder. “How can you have an idea of putting a flower arrangement in my room?” tanyanya while knitting his forehead.

“Entahlah. I guess, your room is too dark and mysterious. It seems, this colorful flower can neutralize that creepy impression,” Paloma replied lightly.

Sebastian laughed softly. “Misterious and creepy. Is that so? I think it's called shady. Calm and ...”

“Are you hiding from something?” paloma asked, interrupting Sebastian's words.

The man in the white shirt did not immediately answer. His gaze fixed on the colorful flowers in the transparent jar. A moment later, Sebastian tidied his collar and folded his shirt arms three-quarters. “I have to greet Mr. Gallardo at the dinner table. Thank you for what you did today,” Sebastian said without answering any questions asked by Paloma. He passed by the door. “Don't forget to close the door if you're done,” the man's message as he steps out of the room.

After the man left, Paloma again circulated his gaze. Look into the twenty-five-year-old woman's eyes, locked in a photo tucked away on a wooden buffet by the window.

Paloma, step over there. The photo of the beautiful woman in the photo is exactly the same as the large painting on display in Sebastian's workspace. There is no doubt that it must have been Sebastian's late wife Brishia.

Paloma didn't want to bother with anything that was there. He sees a dark grey bedsheet that makes Sebastian's room dark. The beautiful woman went to the other side of the room. He fumbled through the walls with a layer of carved wood. Paloma means to find a door.

Finally, the woman was taken aback when one of the walls she was palpating suddenly shifted. Paloma was fixated for a moment, when he noticed the spacious room behind the wall which was the sliding door earlier.

Meanwhile at the dinner table. As he said earlier, Sebastian entertained Rogelio with a full family. They talked warmly, discussing work.

Rogelio tells the story of business prospects in his hometown, Chihuahua. Everything he said, made Sebastian feel interested.

While Rogelio was still in Porcuna, Sebastian intended to take the middle-aged man around the estate on horseback. “I used to export plantation products to Italy and Turkey. It will definitely be much more challenging if you can get to the Americas,”, Sebastian said on the sidelines of dinner.

“Oh, of course. I will coordinate with the special staff in the company. We know how much olive efficacy in the world of medicine and beauty,” reply Rogelio responded enthusiastically. “I'm really impressed with your hospitality, Mr. Castaneda. Hopefully, you are also willing to take the time to visit Mexico.”

“It would definitely be a lot of fun,” Sebastian said. “Why don't you stay here for a few days? Consider it a vacation. There are many interesting places to visit besides Sevilla and Porcuna of course,” bargain Sebastian mince words.

Rogelio smiled broadly in response to the owner's offer Casa del Castaneda. He sipped his drink first before giving an answer. “I'd love to do that, Sir. However, I always couldn't linger leaving Mexico. I don't know. It felt like a huge magnet was pulling me back,” Rogelio said.

“So, you will still leave tomorrow?”

“Yes, Mr. Castaneda. Moreover, since Paloma will also come with me this time. It feels like a dream to see him again after so many years have passed.” Rogelio suddenly looked grim.

Something that Sebastian feels is strange.

He could not imagine how much love his father-in-law had for his son-in-law. But Sebastian doesn't want to think too far. The man with the thin beard and mustache only smiled faintly.

“Alright, then. I have no right to force you,” Sebastian said at the end. He no longer forced Rogelio to stay any longer.

The conversation at the dinner table ended with a chat and a light joke. Without feeling, the night is late. Rogelio said goodbye to rest.

After Rogelio died, Sebastian also left the dining room to his room. However, how shocked the man was, when he opened the door of his private room.

Highlight Sebastian's sharp eyes, capturing changes to bed-mounted bed linen. He was sure, it must be the work of Paloma.

Slowly, Sebastian stepped up and sat on the edge of the bed. One hand rubbed the surface of the bed sheet that had changed recently. The fabric that was dark, this time changed into a flower-patterned bed sheet with a bright color. Sebastian still remembers clearly, that the bed sheet that is now attached to his bed, is the favorite of the wife.

"Brishia" said Sebastian slowly, as he called out the name of the woman he loved. The woman who until now has never been replaced by anyone. Sebastian, gives Brishia the highest throne, even though the beautiful woman has been gone since a few years ago.

"You will always be the best" Sebastian said.
