“I? Why does Tatiana think so?” sebastian didn't understand.
“Entahlah. Mrs Tatiana insisted that the car had been dumped, days after Mr Rafael Hernandez broke ties with her. Mrs Tatiana said that the black SUV was once a gift she gave to the late Mr. Rafael, which is why she wanted to eliminate all objects related to her ex-husband,”.
Sebastian was silent to the words of Tatiana's lawyer. Every now and then, he's a beard. However, more often the owner of the magnificent building Casa del Castaneda was just listening to some other explanation, which was also spoken by the man in a suit without a tie earlier.
“Good. In that case, I will meet Tatiana directly in prison,” break up Sebastian after listening to everything Alfonso said.
“What if tomorrow?” bargain Alfonso. “We can meet directly there at morning time.”
Sebastian did not answer. He remembered that tomorrow Paloma was going to Porcuna to see the house that the woman was going to buy. Sebastian could not have let Luz Maria's mother go alone with Elazar.
“What if the day after?” Sebastian made another offer. “Concidentally, tomorrow I still have an important agenda,” he said. Sebastian paid no heed to the strange look Leandra gave him. He remained focused on Lawyer Alfonso Guinan.
“No problem, Mr. Castaneda. In that case, please record my phone number so that we can more easily communicate.”
Sebastian turned his gaze to Leandra, who had been listening since. The beautiful woman nodded immediately. Leandra immediately recorded the phone number of Lawyer Alfonso Guinan. He also gave Sebastian his third phone number.
Sebastian has three phone numbers. One, is a personal number that contains the contact of the closest people. Two, it's a business phone number. It is only used for work. Three, this number he used to give to people who did not communicate intensely with him.
Moments later, Lawyer Alfonso Guinan said goodbye to return to Seville. Sebastian drove him to the front yard. Meanwhile, Leandra followed from behind.
“Thank you for your cooperation, Mr. Castaneda. See you in Sevilla.” Alfonso shook Sebastian's hand with familiarity, before he got into the vehicle. A moment later, the car owned by lawyer Tatiana Vidal drove quietly away from the front yard of Casa del Castaneda accompanied by the gaze of Sebastian and Leandra.
“Does tomorrow have an important agenda, sir? Why don't I know?” leandra asked as she turned to Sebastian standing next to her.
“You don't know, because it's something that has nothing to do with work,” Sebastian replied, without turning to the beautiful personal assistant.
“Is it related to Paloma Hernandez?” leandra asked again full of questions.
Sebastian did not answer immediately. He muttered softly, then smiled knotfully. “Your job is only to record everything related to the plantation as well as important agendas around the business. Beyond that, you don't have to bother yourself to take care of it, Leandra.” Sebastian glanced at Leandra who looked disappointed at the employer's reply. However, the man did not want to bother. He turned around, then went back inside.
Next day.
Before ten o'clock, Sebastian had already arrived at the house that Paloma had rented. The man ignored the discomfort from yesterday's dispute, which caused him to become upset and decided to go home with annoyance to Porcuna.
That day, Sebastian comes with a charming smile that was given in a special way to Paloma and his daughter As usual, the beautiful toddler thrashed around, asking Sebastian to hold her.
“I don't think you're coming,” said Paloma who was preparing to leave. He was waiting for Kalida to come to Porcuna.
“You think I'll let you go alone with Elazar?” Sebastian laughed softly. “Don't hope, darling,” whispered, because at that time Kalida appeared there. The nanny brought a bag with some supplies for Luz Maria.
A few moments after Kalida appeared, Elazar arrived there. The look on the face of former husband Tatiana Vidal was again sour, when she saw Sebastian had been there first. However, Elazar was smart to hide the disappointment in his heart. The thirty-year-old man walked over while showing off a warm smile to all who were there.
“Sebastian,” greet Elazar. “You are moving very fast apparently,” said the man with a little subtle satire seasoning.
“I have to move fast if I don't want to be left behind,” Sebastian reply calm. He kissed Luz Maria's cheek, which immediately laughed as he clapped.
“Can we leave now?” ask Paloma. He wanted to be the referee for a smooth innuendo match tournament, from two handsome men who were both wealthy widows.
“Sure, Mrs Hernandez. Please.” Elazar pointed his right hand towards his car.
“Ah .. alright.” Elazar responded slowly. He exhaled deeply, before returning to his vehicle.
‘Jeez, Mistress. So happy to be you,” whispered Kalida accompanied by a crisp laugh. He was able to capture the body language of the two handsome men competing for Paloma's attention.
“They're both very annoying, Kalida,” Paloma replies while walking near Sebastian's white SUV. Before sitting in the front seat next to the driver, Paloma first checked the state of Luz Maria who already looks comfortable in his chair. Paloma felt calm, because in the middle seat there was Kalida who accompanied the child.
The journey to Porcuna has begun. Sebastian's vehicle follows Elazar's car. Although in the distance of about two hours there is no conversation that is too meaningful, but Sebastian looks very very happy. Every now and then, the man smiled slightly as he continued to hold the wheel. Not infrequently, he glanced at Paloma who preferred to pretend not to know that the handsome man next to him was stealing glances.
Sebastian dehem quietly, because Paloma did not care about it. However, instead of turning his head, Paloma turned his gaze to the side. He only smiled slightly, when he felt Sebastian's hand touch the back of his hand. Paloma did not refuse, but did not respond. Honey, that sweet scene had to end when Elazar's car stopped in front of a two-story house. They have arrived at their destination.
Elazar got out of the car without taking off the sunglasses he was wearing. The gondrong hair of the man moved slowly in the wind. He walked up to Sebastian's vehicle, as Paloma was also out of there.
“This is her house, Mistress,” appoint Elazar. He pointed his right hand at the two-story building.
Sebastian and Paloma briefly observed the exterior of the house with shades of white and yellow ivory. Sebastian, who was wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, even looked up to the second floor of the building.
“Conditions are still good, Paloma. Apparently, this building has just been renovated,”, the man said in a comment.
“You're right, Sebastian,” says Elazar. “The owner of this house did deliberately renovate first, before deciding to sell it.” Elazar turned his attention to Paloma who had yet to comment. “What if we just log in, Mistress?” bargained for.
Paloma turned his head, then nodded in agreement.
After getting approval from Paloma, Elazar pressed the bell attached near the entrance gate. Not long after, a middle-aged man appeared from within. He immediately opened the trellis earlier, when he saw that Elazar was the one who was visiting.
“Ah, Mr. Blanco. Welcome,” welcome the man warm. “Please enter.” The man with his bald front head invited them in.
“I hope you guys like the wall paint color I chose. White is an elegant color, making the building look luxurious,” chirped the old man who turned out to be very friendly.
Paloma simply smiled in response. He did not understand the intricacies of the building. “For me, as long as the roof is still good and does not leak, because there will be nothing to help if damage occurs," he said with a faint smile.
Back to Paloma, Carlos Sanchez's heritage home is not as luxurious as Rogelio's residence. Paloma spent most of his life there, until he married Rafael. The beautiful woman was already used to living the days in simplicity.
“Oh! Don't worry, Madam. I can guarantee the physical condition of this house. Everything is in perfect condition, because it has just been renovated,” said the man who owns the house is sure. “Although I had to build and repaint the fence section of the house,” he added later.
“Whatever why, Mister?” paloma asked as he scrunched his forehead.
“Ah! I'm really upset to remember that night. About a few months ago. There was a bad driver. He drove his vehicle very fast when passing the front road of the house. I think, he might be drunk, so his car smashed and hit my fence,” explained the man.
“When I was about to run out to reprimand him, the car had already escaped leaving my fence shattered. How insolent the driver!” growled at the man. “Saking was angry, even now I still remember the type of car and license plate number of the vehicle."
“Oh, yes?” Sebastian showed an expression that he was interested, and seemed enthusiastic about the man's story. Sebastian approached the owner of the house. “If you may know, what kind of vehicle hit the fence of your house, Sir? Then what's the license plate?”
The man was silent and seemed to remember for a moment, before finally answering Sebastian's question. “The car is SUV type with black color. The tires are larger than SUV car tires in general,” replied the man.
“Then, what's the number plate?” ask Sebastian again, squinting.
“SE 2211 NN,” replied the man who owns the house so sure. The instantaneous answer made Sebastian gasp. The license plate is known to belong to the vehicle, which had hit Rafael's car until he was killed.
