Evidence in the Second Trial

I was just watching as Mr. Hotlan and some of the tech guys put together the infocus. I'm also curious about what evidence Hotlan will present at this trial.

I took a deep breath and glanced at the audience who filled this courtroom.

But my eyes became fixated on my group of fellow educators. Almost all the teachers at the two schools I served attended.

Pure Ma'am, Ani ma'am, Yuk Yaya and the others seemed to be waving their hands at me. I returned with a smile towards them.

I also saw Ningsih there. He was with his parents and other brothers. But I didn't see Indra and Dimas, maybe they were outside. I saw him looking at me with his eyes. I nodded my head at him.

"This is the result of a cctv at the Bengkulu hotel, three years ago. We collected this evidence three years ago, Judge, so it's a long time ago"

Andi's face gasped. On screen, she is seen coming out of the car with Tina.

"The objection of the judge!" yell out the law enforcement Andi

"This picture only shows my client getting out of the car. Not that my client cheated on me" he said

"You calm down, relax first. It's not over yet" said Mr. Hotlan calmly

Andi's law enforcement sat back.

"It is here that we can both see the father of the judge, if the brother of the plaintiff went into the same room since 14:03 and they came out again at 19:38"

I stared at Andi's face that turned pale. My eyes showed more hatred towards him.

"And this cctv from the cafe where the brother of the plaintiff and his affair often visited"

"And this is what made me try the judge" Mr. Hotlan mempause slide.

He seemed to be staring at me. His face turned pity. I, who was also looking at him, could only remain silent

Mr. Hotlan pressed the button and the slide came back.

My tears fell as I appeared on the screen my body collapsed soaking wet with many lashes on my body.

"Andiiiiii" cried my two brothers

Unable to block my two brothers from jumping over the rows of seats like an atrocity.

Quickly Brother Andri jumped over the table in front of Andi, Andi's lawyer who was shocked immediately twitched until he could dodge when my brother pounced on Andi.

My brother's big fist immediately floated to Andi's face. Brother Angga also followed by smashing his kick.

"Death to you Andiiiii!" yell brother Andri

"Your dog, huh!! come fight me! fight me!" shouted Angga's brother while his legs and hands did not stop beating Andi

The judge struck the hammer so many times that my two brothers would stop their brutal actions.

The room is so rowdy. Some of the men in the room immediately pulled my two brothers who were beating Andi. But my two brothers did not stop their angry actions.

I saw my two brothers beating Andi did not stay silent, I shouted to stop them.

Until finally my two brothers stopped when some policemen came in and yelled at them both.

With angry faces my two brothers turned to the three policemen behind them

One of the policemen appeared to salute Andri's brother

"We're going to take you both out, because you two have messed up the hearing"

Both my brothers snorted in annoyance.

"Come on Mr. Andri, you understand the law. So don't use it this way" one of the police said

Both my brothers were like when the three policemen took them out. Before they came out, they both looked at me. I immediately wiped my tears. I don't want my two sisters to get any worse if I see me crying.

The room is still rowdy. Andi whose nose was bleeding and her face was swollen immediately helped by some people to sit back.

"Our trial is suspended for up to two hours" the judge said

"We continue again at one in the afternoon" he continued, tapping his hammer three times.

I sit in a chair. Mr. Hotlan looked pityed. My office friend immediately walked to my place in a hurry. They immediately grabbed me and began to shed tears.

"I wait outside mbak Indah" said Mr. Hotlan left me sobbing in his arms Miss Kris.

I didn't answer, I kept sobbing.

"He cheated yuk, not me" I sobbed

Ms. Kris nodded her head and stroked my shoulder.

After being quiet, we finally left the room. Outside the room turned out Mr. Hotlan was again contacted by several journalists. I chose not to approach him, I was afraid that the reporters would interview me.

Me and eight of my friends sat down.

"Te" a voice made me look up

Mbak Ningsih's. I immediately stood up and hugged her tightly. We both fought each other.

"Don't hate the same mbak yes Te even though aunt is no longer the same Andi" he said after we calmed down a little and took off a hug.

Then we both sat side by side. I forcefully nodded while returning teary-eyed.

"Please take care of the kids, a strong aunt. Please forgive Andi" she said while crying

I was sobbing when he mentioned my children.

"Honestly, I don't want this to happen, I'm just as fond of you as my own sister. But looking at the evidence, I'm ashamed of you"

I breathed a rough breath with glaring eyes.

"We can't be together anymore. We don't love each other anymore" I replied

Ningsih seemed to take a deep breath.

I realized as soon as I saw her stomach was flat

"Mbak is already a lahiran?" ask me while rubbing my face

Mbak Ningsih smiled, and he did the same, rubbing his face and nodding.

"Alhamdulillah, what kind of girl?" ask me enthusiastically

"girls"

"Oh, congratulations" I said, hugging him.

"Let's have lunch first" said Mr. Hotlan who had been standing in front of us

"Ah yes sir" I replied nervously

"Ehm, sorry sir, this is my mother, mbak Ningsih, precisely this is her older sister Andi" said I introduced Mr. Hotlan with mbak Ningsih.

Mbak Ningsih nervously reached out his hand which was greeted kindly by Mr. Hotlan.

"Let's have a lovely lunch first. The place has been reserved" he said

"Bak come with ya" asked me to mbak Ningsih

Ma'am Ningsih shook his head

We hugged for a while and then Ningsih walked towards his family who had been looking at us.

"My friends sir?" I asked Hotlan

"The whole thing, go" said Mr. Hotlan

My friends who had seen Mr. Hotlan approaching and talking to me only opened their mouths with astonished looks

"Come on!" said Mr. Hotlan who awakened them from his admiration.

Soon they all stood up and elbowed each other. We walked in crowds, passing the Andi family who were treating the wound on Andi's battered face with a bite.

At least I didn't look at them. I didn't look and just kept following Hotlan and Abraham who were walking towards the two cars parked in the parking lot

"The trial is reopened to the public" the judge hammered three times after the court's score.

My eyes focused on the screen again. This time my two brothers are not around, they are both barred from entering the courtroom.

"Political powers please proceed" said the presiding judge

Mr. Hotlan stood up and returned to the center of the courtroom.

"I came back with evidence four months ago, Judge, here we can both see how the plaintiff's brother did the KDRT against our clients when they attended an event in Pekanbaru held by the office where the plaintiff worked" said Mr. Hotlan began his proof

"The objection of the judge!" back to law enforcement Andi shouted

"If it's only photographic evidence and recording, it could be engineering and edits, we need evidence of a police visa" he said

Mr. Hotlan smiled.

"Well, unfortunately that's the evidence that we don't have noble" replied Mr. Hotlan

"That means that this evidence is not strong, the judge" replied Andi's lawyer.

Andi whose nose and face were swollen looking smiling won hearing that we did not have strong enough evidence.

"But we have a witness who saw our client pass out and also the testimony of a doctor who helped our client" Mr Hotlan replied

I was shocked, and so was Andi. Because as I recall the moment I finished being persecuted Andi I don't remember anything else but when I opened my eyes there was Jennifer's sister waiting for me

"Witnesses are welcome to attend" said the presiding judge

There was a sound of sticky heels on the floor but the face of the wearer of the heels was not yet visible.

The courtroom door opened, my mouth almost screaming as I watched Jennifer gracefully stand in front of the door fixing her scarf, glasses and branded bag before she stepped in

All eyes looked towards her who was walking with a gleam beating the top model.

Matakupun accompanied her graceful steps until Jen's sister arrived in front of the clerk who would take her vow

"Would you really see the beautiful sister who experienced KDRT when in Pekanbaru on December 30, 2006?" ask the judge

"Right, I witnessed it myself" sister Jen replied

"Can you explain the chronology?"

"That morning about six o'clock less I got word from someone who called me if Indah fainted after being molested with her" Jen pointed at Andi with hate

"Do you know the brother of the plaintiff?"

"Ihh amit-amit knows her model male" replied sister Jen amused

The present one smelled a smile looking at his centile style

"Can you tell me who told you to dress up our client's ex-wife" asked Andi's lawyer

Andi's law enforcement face looks upset. Brother Jen continued his sentence

Back sister Jen walked gracefully and all eyes were glued to see her walking in her centile style.

Abraham straightened his eyes. Brother Jen hurriedly sat down in fear

"This is our last evidence, the judge" said Mr. Hotlan.

I took a deep breath as the beginning of the video showed Andi's den.

I understand that video. Because when I saw the video it made me more broken. Mr. Hotlan looked at me, I shook my head at him.

Mr. Hotlan immediately mempause the video.

"This video is not appropriate for me to show it to audiences" he said.

Mr. Hotlan immediately brought his laptop and handed it to the Judge

"Brother legal counsel, you please see this video together with the father of the judge and member judges" continued Mr. Hotlan

Andi's legal authority immediately walked towards the presiding judge. And Mr. Hotlan directly press enter then the video immediately rotates.

His fourth eye looked at the video. They alternated looking at each other and looking at Andi who was sitting tense and agitated.

I saw how they reacted, bowing my head. Back that perverted video flashed through my head.

"Our trial continues the next two weeks to read out the decision" the judge said, hammering three times after he finished watching the video.

Andi's law enforcement who was so finished seeing the video immediately sat down limp next to Andi
